MiykaelP Posted July 29 Share Posted July 29 (edited) So far it still feels way too easy to spam long contracts, especially 10 year contracts. In real life you rarely see these kind of deals. Maybe workers counter with a shorter offer for more money and not be so easy to commit. Also, maybe the other promotions AI could be improved to counter this if possible. Another option: If you are the booker have the owner possibly override most of these long deals unless they are say a Major star with a proven track record and are very marketable. Please consider making this more challenge. Thanks for reading ! Edit: My bad this has improved, I think it could be a little tougher though. Some guys won't take the 10 years now I noticed.
