Some Alliance types and cost

I was wondering if its possible to add a 7th and 8th "type" of Alliance. The 7th one would be called "Spillover" or something. Basically, it add a small 5% spillover for each companies workers in the area's that the alliance have members in. It can also have a limit of only 2 or 3 member total, with each having to be in different game areas. 

The 8th would be a "competitive or Supportive" and its basically gives a bonus "Pot" of money to the company in the alliance that borrows the most different workers or most expensive workers at the end of each year. Maybe its tied to Alliance Titles instead if that's easier or can be a 9th 

I understand that maybe that will be more difficult due to the coding involved even to add a clickable 7th button, let alone a set of new rules but I'm hoping something close can be done. 

Also, I think that Alliances should cost more the bigger the company gets. So each month maybe a Tiny company paid like 500 to be part of an Alliance but then a Huge company paid like 10000 for the same membership to pay for Alliance "workers" like those handling the paperwork and legal costs. The number are up for change but something to add a real choice to either joining an alliance or not.

I can also see it maybe increasing the pop of the company or workers of the company in the home region of the other companies. Or workers that are Alliance title holders.
