jjaz1 Posted August 11 Share Posted August 11 I got a new laptop and moved over all of my TEW files but when I try to launch the program on my new laptop nothing happens. I'm running as administrator and I get the pop up asking if the app should be allowed to make changes to my device(I click yes) then just nothing happens. I know it has to be something to do with permissions on the computer or something with the device because when I try to launch from the files on an external hard drive it works on the old computer but not on the new one with no difference in the files. It's not the license because it doesn't even prompt me to put in the license on the new laptop. If anyone has any idea what could be causing this, I would appreciate any help on how to fix it.
