The downloads are in JPEG but I see there is an "uncut" in all white and then the blue background so I'm assuming they started with transparent backgrounds. My process is to generate them on Bing on a white background (that's the version you see in the Uncut folder). After that, I strip the background away with remove.bg (free and easy to use). I download the png and dump it onto the blue background, shrink it down and save it as JPEG. Adding a GIF step at this point would be a massive undertaking that I just can't take on. That said, if you dump the render from the Uncut folder into remove.bg, I think you can get a GIF version that just needs to be re-sized.
