cps_1908 Posted August 19 Share Posted August 19 (edited) Hi would it be possible when one of your workers has been offered a contract by another company for it to say in the email what type of contract has been offered. I.E "Written", "Exclusive Written", "Handshake" etc. This would mean you would know right away whether the worker accepting the contract is going to cause you to lose them. For example if it was a written exclusive contract. At the moment you effectively have to click in to the "worker" and then "negotiate" and then "view rival offer" to see what type of offer it is and therefore what the if any repercussions would be if you don't make a counter offer .
