Alienated Posted August 21 Share Posted August 21 (edited) It's a bit illogical that physically beat up workers will default to requesting to work events only regardless of if the company has 24, 12, or 4 events yearly. Workers should instead agree to an amount of dates they're willing to work, perhaps with a large bonus to get them to work non-event shows.
