Jaysin
There have been promoters and bookers over the years who learned to book from a mentor. I'm suggesting the ability for a booker or creative team member to mentor another individual in hopes of grooming them for a booking position later. This would be similar to the in ring style of mentor where the mentor gives the mentee tips on booking and increases their booking skill. Also, since I'm here for mentors and proteges, I still think commentators, managers, and interviewers should be able to have proteges. Paul Heyman for example learned all he knew about broadcasting from Jim Ross. Heyman then passed his knowledge down to Joey Styles.
Jaysin
Heyman also mentored in ring workers despite not being an in ring worker himself. Not sure how this part would apply to the game though
