[CV05] C-verse archives: AAA

I just got the new game after ending up not playing TEW20 at all, barring a 1 year CWW save, but this time I vowed to play through a large historic game. Also completely lost track of the C-verse like me? Take a time-machine to the good ol' days. But what to play? The workload for SWF/USPW without auto-booker is immense (if you want to do a decent job), so why not take it a notch lower?

Enter AAA, a sports entertainment promotion with a focus on family friendly fun which proved to be its undoing as people stopped caring. It seems a nice beginning to relearn to play a game I haven't touched for years. Few shows, talented workers, and they aren't getting stolen easily as NOTB is looking for Canadian talent mostly and USPW isn't a national powerhouse yet.

I'm currently playing the CV05 mod that takes you back to TEW2005, where - arguably - the promotion was set for its golden age, with Belle Bryden (as Wanda Fish) taking over the reigns from Cat, who apparently is asking for 3000$ PPA (holy ****?!). She will come across the iconic "Dream Team" of J-Ro and Raven.

I'll quickly introduce the company for those looking for the same experience and get you on your way. I added some of my own (or others') AI-retouched rerenders I use. Edjames has supplied the game with tremendous renders that are an amazing fit, but it's just hard to make the switch after so long. 😅

Here's the promotion pyramid, starting with the main eventers: Cat Quine, Black Widow, Wanda Fish & Suzue Katayama:

I hope there are others who take a journey back to the best days of some forgotten promotions. The mod does need some more work in terms of popularity, but I'm sure it'll get there.

If you want to get them on the road to success, though, you should dare to drop the PG-style entertainment and embrace the classic E-style. It boosts your match quality to 60% instead of the abysmal 20% and your ratings should rocket up. As an added bonus, your looks-based angle roles won't be nerved to death.
