iujim1
As a long time player of Adam's games, you would have thought I could figure out the little things, but, alas, I can't. What strategy do you guys use when setting up your player's Weekly Routine and Fitness Regiment. It seems no matter what I do, I can't find a good balance of getting better stats without losing something, like technique. I'm interested to hear any advise you guys have. Xenodracon
My Lightweight SuperJunior right now is following this. Training Regime 20% Cardio 0% Psychology (Maxed) 20% Strength 25% Technical 25% Speed 5% Safety 5% Mic Routine 40% Training 40% Fitness 15% Review 5% Recreation Fitness 20% Road Work 20% Strength 25% Cardio 25% Speed 10% Mass 0% Weight Loss Safety, weight and of course psychology which maxed out at 83 are the only things not improving for me. D. Boons Ghost
Hmmm... devoting all Free Time to either the Mentor Training or the Fitness Routine is one route, though I am sure you may have tried that. I usually drop anything that I may pick up through backstage interactions or matches, themselves; Psychology, Safety, and Microphone Skills in Mentor Training are kicked to the curb. By taking the extra time and spreading it amongst the Cardio, Speed, Technical, and Strength Training, you are pretty much not going to decrease in any of those prime stats. The one thing that I do not understand... if you become this inhuman professional that lives for training (dropping all free time, video watching, etc.), you don't seem to increase the rate of training all that noticeably from if you default it. Anyway, good luck on your training!

D. Boons Ghost
heh - true. But... the burnout wouldnt take place 6 weeks in. How long is a military boot camp? If you madly focus all training to lifting weights (or whatever), I would think you should have a noticeable increase to your strength stat within that 6-8 weeks. If you kept it up, of course you would burn yourself out and get into the 'over training' stage. But as it is, it doesn't really matter whether you focus all your time to lifting weights, or the default -- it's 6 or 8 weights, regardless; it never seems to speed up. Now, your stats start dropping if you lower the time spent on training for something. It just seems odd that it will drop at a hat, but raise like a turtle out of it's shell. iujim1
I appreciate everyone's help. I played a couple months last night with updated training and it is making the world of difference. Thanks again. Jim
