In a realistic world if say a wrestler was given an alter ego in one promotion he may not be able to use it in another for legalities. Is there any chance you would consider adding lawsuits, and or legal threats from other promtions. My biggest "gripe" about the game is that it lacks the competitive edge between promotions. Will there be updates in regards to the feuding with other feds? In addition will there be a way to have allow wrestlers to do indy dates within your fed? For example American Indy would like a chance to book "wrestler a" for a date..maybe its a stretch..

No. To recap, adding legal ownership of names cannot happen as computers can only deal in exact wording, they do not have the intelligence to spot "workarounds". i.e. it's easy to block anyone else from using "Lobster Warrior", but "The Lobster Warrior", "Lobster The Warrior", "Lobster__Warrior" (two spaces in the middle), "Lobsta Warrior" would all get through. It's simply not worth the time and effort to put together a highly rigorous testing regime to block alternative spellings.
but maybe adams next game should be Boston Legal, or some other lawyer game. I mean lawsuits here in america already are the biggest money game going. why not a simulation. sad part is, that is only 1/2 jk
The sadder part is the joke is about the simulation.

If you want to include it in your games I would just do it rather than incoporate it in the programming. If you hire Kane for example from WWE then give him a new name and just say that trademarking is the reason. The computer doesn't care what its roster is called, you could name them 1 to 100 and it would still play the same game. You would also have to ensure the game differentiates between trademarked names (like Kane) and actual names (like Glen Jacobs). The only way I could see this mattering is if you called your worker something the computer already used and really, if there are penalties why would you? As Adam said it would be easy for the players to dodge and the computer just wouldn't infringe so it would never come into play.
