C-Bailey24 Posted October 12, 2006 Share Posted October 12, 2006 Just wondering how you guys handle training for seniors or juniors who've reached their potential (according to your scout) Do you give them their normal amount of football skill and strenght and conditioning hours or do you cut back the hours as to not "overtrain" them. What are usually the results? I ask this cuz it's kind of funny to see a player go from green to yellow or yellow to orange after the training phase.
