Nevermore
NB: This diary is set in the alternate reality of ECW Worldwide, one year on in 2007.
From ECW.com Much controversy surrounds the ECW management team today as it appears that Jeff Jarrett has opted out of his contract under questionable circumstances. "I am sick of this company!" said Jarrett "I appreciate that no one intended to be malicious but I have now been on the wrong end of so many poor decisions that I can no longer remain in ECW." In 2001, following WCW's collapse, Double J signed a contract with ECW that promised him at least four pay-per-view appearances every year. However, in 2006, while still under contract, he seeked ECW's permission to tour Japan with Zero-One. Because the promotion had no major creative plans for him, they agreed. Jarrett had a very succesful tour and was well received by the crowds. However, since his return eight months ago, he has apparently been misused creatively and left off many shows. To make matters worse, he has not appeared on a single ECW pay-per-view this year. After receiving word that Jarrett was unhappy, Chief Talent Official, Paul Heyman, offered him an unconditional release, which was immediately accepted. We will bring you anymore news on the subject as it transpires...

Nevermore
I think I speak for Stallion when I say that both Unkown Future and ECW Worldwide will continue to progress. However, this is something we've been wanting to try for a while. So, we're gonna try and stay on top of both endeavours. JEFF JARRETT OPENS NEW WRESTLING PROMOTION Steve Gerweck Just days after being released from ECW and then being seen at the NWA Headquarters in Nashville, Jeff Jarrett has announced to the world that he will be opening and operating a new wrestling promotion here in the US. “It what will go down in history as a great day for wrestling and wrestling fans,” said Jarrett in a press conference just moments ago, “I have joined together with the National Wrestling Alliance and we have come up with a great idea. Its called Total Non-Stop Action Wrestling (or TNA for short) and it will be a whole new breed of professional wrestling here in the US. The NWA along with the independent company Panda Energy will provide funding and backing for this project as we propel professional wrestling into the future. We have looked at the Independent scene here in the UA and over seas and we noticed that some of the greatest wrestlers in the world today are not seen by the general public, and that’s what TNA hopes to bring to everybody. Its going to be a mixture of the more established stars and new and upcoming talent but in an enviornment that you have never seen before. Over the next couple of months we will be making some big announcement involving where you can see TNA and who will be apart of it. Thank you for your time this afternoon.”

Ive worked too hard and long on Unknown Future to let it go now. This is something that, like Nevermore said, we have been wanting to do for a while and we figured why the hell not give it a try. We have seen many Multi-Player diarys come and go on the boards and we want to try to be the first to keep it going for a long period of time. Hope everybody enjoys. edit: Oh I forgot to mention that we are planning to carry this over to TEW 07 when it comes out. We were going to wait untill then be we just got too excited about it to wait that long.

Wildfire1324
Are you two brave enough to make this a triple threat diary because if you are, I've heard rumblings about a company called Major League Wrestling looking to run shows out of California and the Las Vegas areas, headed up by Court Bauer and an unknown business parter.

The Stallion
As cool as it would be Wildfire1324, its been my experence that having more that two people in a diary makes it a lot harder. Ive had a lot of people ask me over the past few months to do a multiplayer diary (one of them was mikeyg32118 as well, sorry brother), it just so happened that Nevermore was the first man to ask a while back. As much as I would love to work with everybody on these boards (there are some really good ones out there), its best to stick with just two people. Nevermore and myself hope that even though you wont be able to participate in the writing of the diarys you would still be willing to give feedback and read our stuff. Thanks brother.
