Have more assistant coaches work under the head coach. 3. You should be able to choose if you would like to play as owner or gm in the game, not just as the headcoach. 4. have more assistant coaches available during the offseason. 5. make it easier for your team to hire an elite assistant coach(s) during the offseason Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
