Mr T Jobs To Me
It's time to speculate on what new occurances will be happening in the Cornellverse of TEW 2007. Here's a few of mine: * Big Smack Scott, SWF Champion. * DAVE is a national promotion, ready to compete with TCW and SWF * J.K. Stallings files suit against TCW, recoups almost all their money. * Sean McFly breaks his lifetime agreement with NOTBPW and announces that he is a free agent. * The Vessey brothers join INSPIRE. * Giant Redwood uses underhanded tactics to gain control of USPW, and instantly books it as a Sports Entertainment promotion. * George DeColt is forced to leave the industry with a serious ilness, leaving the Brothers DeColt to fend for themselves. * Wolf Hawkins becomes the best North American worker, surpassing his mentor Tommy Cornell. * The Darkness brothers leave the industry to work in a fast food restaurant. * Vin Tanner is murdered in Puerto Rico after shooting on Puerto Rican Power and pinning him. Derek B
* Big Smack Scott renamed to BS Scott to make him sound CM Punk-esque (but while still retaining the original idea of how good Scott is) * Johnny Bloodstone takes his place as a lead heel in NOTBPW, possibly via throwing a Stone through a window :) * Elemental III becomes a reality in BHOTWG but his identity is unknown. Feuds with Kyoshi Muraguchi, Elemental's kid. * USPW get a national TV deal. USPW and DaVE start a small scale war over who is the real alternative in pro wrestling. * A UK promotion (preferably 21CW) get some decent exposure and run some kind of weekly show. May even become a TCW associate as Tommy Cornell tries to dominate the world * Painful Procedure break up and TCW bring in guys like Darryl Devine and Jacob Jett to reinforce the midcard * SWF lose Steve Frehley to TCW in the major steal of the year. * Champagne Lover's popularity in Mexico passes beyond A* into a new mythical era of legendary status. * PJ Strong is rammed down everyone's throats until we don't care, prompting him to turn heel on his own dad, join up with Eric Eisen, Edd Stone and Ricky DeColt to make a promotion based solely on the youngest members of any wrestling family. Barry Kingman decides to pwn them all.
Irish Wolf
- Tim Westybrook and Steve Flash starting tagging and revitalize NOTBPW's Tag Division. - Hell Monkey and American Elemental join inspire a both sky rocket in popularity as they put on one of the best series of matches seen by non-japanese workers in a long time. - Japan Opens a Lucha Pure fed which give a lot of the masked Super Juniors their own place to shine without being overshadowed by the Heavyweights. Thriller
* Vin Tanner is murdered in Puerto Rico after shooting on Puerto Rican Power and pinning him.
Now that would make a good story for the ol' C-Verse website. And how dare you steal my topic ;).
FINisher
* CZCW, NYCW and MAW have all risen in popularity, thus making them all Regional, USPW is Cult and war with DAVE, where a huge roster revolution has happened when the oldies have retired. * Rip Chord has died, and MAW has a new surprise owner. * Mean Jean Cattley is in one the big feds in the U.S * There are two new promotions in U.S, one local and one small. * Nemesis has retired, and now owns his own Hardcore promotion (see previous prediction) * American Elemental got sick of the U.S and the lack of respect he god there and now puts on great matches somewhere in the world. :) That's my dream of new Cornellverse. And how dare you steal my topic ;).
Consider it a continuation without the 70 extra posts to sift through. I only wish the worst on Vin Tanner and Henry Lee for leaving DAVE in TEW 05. * Tommy Cornell's father, Smokin' Rick Cornell becomes a road agent for TCW. * Sam Strong opens the StrongStars training camp. * Phil Vibert opens R.A.G.E., an American Garbage Fed created to fill the void created by DAVE's ascention to national status. He assigns Mitch Naess and Chris Caulfield (who suffered a head injury earlier in the year) to the promotion. * Big Smack Scott escapes the Proton Lock and forces Sam Keith to job to the Big Smack Shuffle, causing Keith's immediate retirement. * Eric Eisen starts his own fed, taking a portion of the SWF's roster with him, after being written out as an active competitor. (In secret, it is a 2-on-1 ambush of TCW.) * A former movie star named Chuck Seagal enters the CornellVerse. He has a selling rating of 0% (it can never rise).
