BigStevieCool
How exactly do you get injuries?
XellenceOfXecution
You hurt yourself... ;) Seriously, though, it seems totally random to me, but I could be wrong. If it's not random, my guess is injuries are caused by high risk, long matches against tough opponents, using a lot of moves with high stiffness. Probably the safety rating of each wrestler has something to with it, as well. But I have had quite a few matches where I was medically disqualified yet ready to compete the following night. XellenceOfXecution
On a side note, non-player wrestlers cannot be injured...only the player.
BigStevieCool
I to have been medically disqualified and able to compete the next day, to quote wwe's green haired superhero "Wassupwiddat" The longest match i've ever wrestled was 62 minutes. D. Boons Ghost
I wish injuries were a tad tighter, as those medical DQs should result in some sort of injury. Like XoX, I'm not really sure what goes into formulating whether you get injured, or not. I'd like to think it's whenever you reach a certain percentage on a body part, but I'm not sure how much that plays into it. Safety ratings probably are big, but then again I've had injuries where both men were above 80 in that stat. As XoX mentioned, it's probably a combination of all those things; Toughness, Safety, the type of match, etc.
Guest Weden
Also, don't forget the freak-accident injuries most cruisers can get by doing ultra-risky moves etc.
XellenceOfXecution
Also, don't forget the freak-accident injuries most cruisers can get by doing ultra-risky moves etc.
I've had several of these as I tend to like to play the flyers, but as with the medical DQ, these are only injuries for the current match. By the next day, you're back at 100%.
Guest Weden
Are you sure? I suffered a broken leg from one or two...
XellenceOfXecution
Are you sure? I suffered a broken leg from one or two...
Ow! It hasn't happened to me yet, but that might make me a little more careful in my matches.
BigStevieCool
I guess that can put a stop to my Shooting Star Presses to the outside, Shooting Star Plancha, Standing Shooting Star, 450 splash and my more high risk moves. *thinks* What the hell? i don't want to get C grade matches. XellenceOfXecution
Go for the gusto BigStevieCool! I'd gladly break my neck (my game neck, that is) for an A* match! :D
BigStevieCool
Same XoX, the closet to an A i have ever got is B+ and that was during a 4 man tag match which lasted 89 minutes  . But i shall get a A even if its a A-.
Rygar Frost
My only A match I ever got was awarded to me after Medical DQ (which seemed weird since it was at the 60 min mark exactly so it made it seem like there was a limit.
