Personally, I use Sims 2 Bodyshop. It's free, simple, has plenty of templates, and serves my purpose well. Sure, the dimensions aren't exactly realistic, but they're good enough for me. Considering it has no cost, I think the quality is worth the price. ;) Unfortunately, I don't have an example on me. (All my images I created were lost when I had to uninstall WreSpi and reinstall it on a different computer, because my brain farted and I didn't backup the pics.) I actually made some pictures with it for some of the posters on this board months ago... If you want one, give me a description of your character (gender, hair color and style, facial hair and style, any specific dimensions like wide jaws or little noses), and I'll whip something up.
