Passacaglia
How about coaches being fired in MP? With 117 teams, not everyone will get their chosen team. But maybe people will be more likely to join an established league, rather than start a new one, if they figure they have a chance at getting their chosen school down the road. Also, what about changing positions? NCAA Football had a pretty good model for that, but I only played the game a couple times at a friend's place. streetballer67
Another thing is that if a guy is doing a poor job then maybe the commish could 'fire' them and relocate them to a weaker position.
GeoWar
Yes - the game should fire "X" number of coaches a year based on .. expectations, recruiting success, public relations, team morale, program finances (profit) ... fan (booster) satifaction, coach reputation, coach loyality (some may hire Lou Holtz others never as they want someone who will stay and not move every 2-4 years) ...... you then receive offers .... for online leagues the commish could set a percentage of coach firings (or set at 0% for no firings) this would then be changed yearly because of some online players quitting or changing. GeoWar
and I can see the Mods for NAIA, Div. 1AA, 2, 3 and someone wanting Junior College and a way to import the JC's into the Bowl Bound game ...
