If I want to play to my staff strengths should we not be able to get an email or maybe see their wishes on the screen? Or are they not assigned in the game yet? A staff hiring phase should be inserted here so we can at least get the type of coach we want. My coaches always leave...because I never run what they like. One time I got a WCO guy but he sucked.
