Want to ditch a worker but want to possibly re-sign them later without having to wait six months? Here's how! Go into the editor and edit their contract to 28 days remaining, enough time to negotiate a new contract. Then negotiate a short term contract with one appearance. Have them job or something for this appearance, and their gone. Then try to re-sign them. You'll notice a contract negotiation screen. ;)

If you're a small promotion, then 6 months should come by rather quickly and if you're a bigger promotion and wanted to keep that guy that you just lost because you didn't re-sign him, then it's your own stupid fault.
