Japanese Regions Map?

Recommended Posts

Bobinc did a nice map (here) of the USA Regions, and since I'm not as familiar with Japanese geography, I'm wondering if anyone has or could do the same for Japan? Or just describe the breakdown if you don't want to tackling the graphics thing. :D tia

http://arapaho.nsuok.edu/~kuchiish/map-japan.jpg Tohoku = dark green (Tohoku also includes the very southern tip of the "blue bit", depending on who you ask, but that's pretty irrelevent for TEW purposes). Kanto = light blue. The bit that includes Tokyo. Chubu = light green. Kinki = Yellow Chugoku = dark orange Shikoku = lighter orange Kyushu = red Hokkaido = dark blue (obviously ¬_¬) Just in case it's not clear on the map, there are four main islands (there are over 3,000 in Japan, but only four large enough to count for anything). The big one that's split up into sections is Honshu. Hokkaido, Kyushu and Shikoku are on the map as you can see. From a wrestling point of view, you might as well ignore Shikoku because hardly anyone lives there ¬_¬
