rayps23 Posted April 21, 2005 Author Share Posted April 21, 2005 well i read the chat log and did not see the answer. what i am trying to say is when you first make a league and pick the team you want will you be able to sign players before you start the first game ever that you play. or is it just like all the other games that start off with the preseason then at the end of the season you can start picking the players that you have scouted.
