They appear to be having a 'crisis' meeting and are having heated exchange of words. Shimedzu is really having a go at Miyamae, Kudo trys to come between them but Shimedzu shoves Kudo aside and walks off, looking disgruntled with his stable 'mates. Things aren't looking so rosy anymore in the SDF camp.[/I] [B]Rating: B-[/B] [CENTER][B]_____________________________________[/B][/CENTER] [CENTER][B]Match #1 : Kansuke Konda vs Marihito Masuko[/B][/CENTER] [CENTER][IMG]http://s137.photobucket.com/albums/q236/Tigerkinney/th_KansukeKonda.jpg[/IMG] [B]vs[/B] [IMG]http://s137.photobucket.com/albums/q236/Tigerkinney/th_MarihitoMasuko.jpg[/IMG][/CENTER] The opening contest saw two Junior Division wrestlers, perhaps more known for their tag team work over the past year, though Konda has begun to show that he can be a force in singles competition. Masuko had a huge singles push in 2006, but went into a slump before re-emerging as part of the P.I.N.K tag team. Konda started the match full of energy and Masuko was on the back foot in the early part of the match and the Size of the Fight man drew near-falls after a Fisherman Suplex and a Tornado DDT. But Masuko found a way to turn things in his favour going to the book of old-school heel tactics, when he stopped Konda in his tracks with a thumb to the eye. Masuko then took over as he slowed the pace of the match using calculating/often illegal submissions to suck the wind out of Konda (at one point he had Konda locked in a Dragon Clutch in the ring-ropes). The finish saw Masuko take Konda over with a Capture Suplex, that led to a two count and Masuko decided to go out onto the apron as he looked to finish Konda off with the Into the White (Springboard Bull-dog) but Konda summoned up a burst of energy and when Masuko sprung back into the ring, Konda countered with the Big Fight Stunner, with the high impact move keeping Masuko down for the three count. Really well worked opener, Konda came out in his usual high energy fashion before Masuko took control, accenting his move-set with some the sort of borderline cheating, that gets him over as a 'heel' without incurring the wrath of the fans. The finish then put over Konda's new 'stunner' finisher as the sort of move that turn a match in an instant. Both Konda and Masuko are very capable of producing entertaining matches in the mid length match range of 10-15 minutes, but beyond that sort of time-span they begin to struggle. [B][COLOR=red]Result: Kansuke Konda defeated Marihito Masuko in 11:31 by pinfall. The most notable thing is that Miyazaki and Takemitsu worked well as a team a couple of times during the match (seemingly by accident, but it had the commentary team wondering if the two former NOTBPW alumni would ever consider tagging on a more regular basis). Ironically though the finishing sequence ended with Miyazaki almost winning things by putting Takemitsu away with the Good Night, however Maita took Miyazaki down with a missile drop-kick and follow in with the Assasination Attempt (running knee) but before Maita could make the cover, SUKI took Maita down with a spinning head-scissort which he was able to transition into the SUKI Special (cross arm breaker) and with both Miyazaki and Takemitsu shaking the cobwebs from their head, Maita had no other option but to tap out. [B][COLOR=red]Result: SUKI defeated Mokuami Maita, Shingen Miyazaki and Kenko Takemitsu in 9:50 when SUKI defeated Mokuami Maita by submission.[/COLOR][/B] [B][COLOR=red]Rating: B-[/COLOR][/B] [CENTER][B]_______________________________________[/B][/CENTER] [CENTER][B]Match #3 : Sean McFly vs Tadakuni Toshusai[/B][/CENTER] [CENTER][IMG]http://s137.photobucket.com/albums/q236/Tigerkinney/th_SeanMcFly.jpg[/IMG] [B]vs[/B] [IMG]http://s137.photobucket.com/albums/q236/Tigerkinney/th_BHOTWG-TadakuniToshusaiPINK.jpg[/IMG][/CENTER] Pretty routine stuff between these two, as they worked the standard formula for a McFly vs a larger opponet type of match up, with McFly using his speed and agility to keep his opponent off balance, interspersed with little pockets of domination from the larger opponent. The finish saw Toshusai get McFly up for the shock treatment, only for McFly to slip off and nail Toshusai with the Enziguri, McFly sprung off the ring-ropes and drove Toshusai into the canvas to pick up the win the 'Way of the Future'. [B][COLOR=red]Result: Sean McFly defeated Tadakuni Toshusai in 8:53 by pinfall.[/COLOR][/B] [B][COLOR=red]Rating: B[/COLOR][/B] [CENTER][B]________________________________________[/B][/CENTER] [I]The camera's go backstage again where Kudo and Miyamae have caught up with Shimedzu, and you've guessed it, they're still arguing......Tetsuzan Kaneko then enters the scene and asks Kudo if they are prepared for the Six Man Battle tonight as it looks to him that Silver Dragon Feet are not exactly on the same page right now[/I] [I]- Kudo grabs the mic from Kaneko and goes into some rant about Silver Dragon Feet still being the greatest force in all of wrestling and that come the six man tag, Nakasawa, Horri and Ino will be put in their place.[/I] [I]- Kudo then said that they will be ready and gives a look to both members of The Rebellion, that they need to put whatever differences they have[/I] [I]with one another aside for now.[/I] [B][COLOR=black]Rating: C+[/COLOR][/B] [CENTER][B]_____________________________________________[/B][/CENTER] [CENTER][B]Match #4: Tables Match: [/B] [B]Hell Monkey vs Rhino Umaga[/B][/CENTER] [CENTER][IMG]http://s137.photobucket.com/albums/q236/Tigerkinney/th_HellMonkeyB.jpg[/IMG] [B]vs[/B] [IMG]http://s137.photobucket.com/albums/q236/Tigerkinney/th_RhinoUmaga.jpg[/IMG][/CENTER] Despite adding the put your opponent through a table stip to this match-up, it still couldn't hide the fact that these two struggle to cook up any sort of coherent flow against one another and in the end it just added up to a bunch of spots with some random brawling thrown in between. Both came close to winning the match on several occasions, only for their opponent to slip off/away from the table. The most notable near-win saw Rhno Umaga set up a table in the corner, and then head towards Hell Monkey with the Rhino-Charge, but Monkey was able to side-step out of the way at the last split second and Umaga ending up going through the table himself (however Monkey did not win the match on that occasion, as the stipulation states that one of the wrestlers, must put the other one through the table)....... The actual finish saw Hell Monkey nail Umaga with the Hell-Fire-Kick he then placed Umaga onto a table (not the same one as the one Umaga broke with the Rhino-Charge), headed up top and landed with the Tumbling Monkey putting the big Samoan through the table. With Hell Monkey once again getting the better of the Big Samoan, one now has to wonder if Umaga can get himself out of his current slump. [B][COLOR=red]Result: Hell Monkey defeated Rhino Umaga in 10:53 when Rhino Umaga was put through a table. BBS could have had the match won on two occasions but Masuno was able to kick out after a Gutwrench suplex and even more to the suprise of BBS was able to get up after receving the Back Drop Driver, in the end Masuno was able to squeek out the win with the Avalanche Bomb. The power moves they hit were impressive, but the fact they were able to get up from such big moves in such a short amount of time given, ended up being to the detriment of the match due to the lack of selling on display. [B]Result: Yasuno Masuno defeated Bulldozer Brandon Smith in 7:36 by pinfall.[/B] [B]Rating: C+[/B] [CENTER]_________________________________________________[/CENTER] [I]Highlights of the first ever Burning X match for the Junior Title is shown.[/I] [B]Rating: C+[/B] [CENTER][B]Match #6 : Sensational Dragon vs The Awesome Kiyaru[/B][/CENTER] [CENTER][IMG]http://s137.photobucket.com/albums/q236/Tigerkinney/th_SensationalDragon.jpg[/IMG][B] vs[/B] [IMG]http://s137.photobucket.com/albums/q236/Tigerkinney/th_TheAwesomeKiyaru.jpg[/IMG][/CENTER] Sensational Dragon who lost the Junior Title in the Burning X match, would be in action next. The match started fairlty slowly with things staying on the mat with the pair exchanging holds, Kiyaru then started to pick up the pace which caught Dragon off guard but Kiyaru's momentum was stopped in its tracks when Dragon got the knees up , when Kiyaru mis-timed a Quebrada. Dragon then took over and started to wear Kiyaru down with submission holds before heading up top himself but he got too c0cky and Kiyaru brought Dragon back in with a hurracanra, from there the match swang back and forth. The finish saw Dragon take Kiyaru over with the Dragon Slice after several standing switches and that was enough for the former Junior champion to pick up the victory. The action in this match was pretty solid from beginning to end, but it lacked that bit of extra sparkle to lift it to that 'next level'. In a way the match provided a summarisation of why Kiyaru finds himself in that 'best of the also-rans' spot in the Junior Divsion at this moment in time. [B][COLOR=red]Result: Sensational Dragon defeated The Awesome Kiyaru in 15:14 by pinfall. Ino left off exactly from where Horri departed, but when he attempted a power-bomb Miyamae broke free before nailing Ino with an Enziguri. Miyamae then tagged in Hooded Kudo who backed Ino into the Silver Dragon Feet corner with a series of Knife-edged chops. Ino began to fight back though but Kudo cut off the come-back with a knee into the mid-section. Kudo then went to tag in Shimedzu, but Shimedzu stepped down off the apron refusing to tag in , much to the dismay of Kudo.....Ino again began to fight back but Kudo got the tag into Miyamae this time, but Ino was able to snap off a scoop power-slam on the tag champion before diving over to make the tag into Nakasawa. Nakasawa cleaned house tossing Miyamae over the ring-ropes and then knocking Kudo off the apron with a stiff fore-arm. The Silver Dragon Feet trio then argued amongst themselves on the outside, as the 'mega-faces' stood tall in the ring. The SDF trio then appeared to be throwing the towel in and going up the ramp , but Nakasawa & co. followed them and brought them back to the ringside area....the hard-way. When thing settled down Shimedzu found himself isolated in the ring and being worked over in the Nakasawa led trio's corner, slowly being worn down as the faces worked in frequent tags. Nakasawa then looked to finish things with the Nakasawa Neckbreaker , but Shimedzu had it scouted and was able to counter the move with a kick to the mid-section before driving Nakasawa into the canvas with an STO. Shimedzu then dove over to make the tag........ Hooded Kudo was nearest, so he tried to get the tag into Kudo, but the World Champion dropped down off the apron and before he could get the tag into Miyamae, Nakasawa was back up and Shimedzu was dumped with a German Suplex. Shimedzu managed to stay alive but the 2007 Super 10 Cup winner was in trouble. Nakasawa then tagged in Koshiro Ino, who lifted Shimedzu up and delivered the POWAAAAH SUUURGE!!! One..... Two..... Thr...... Noooo.... Hooded Kudo came in to break it up before delivering a questionably low knee shot to Ino. Shimedzu then rolled out of the ring, as Kudo shot him a 'I saved you' look. Ino now found himself isolated in the Silver Dragon Feet corner and Kudo tagged Miyamae back in. Miyamae worked over Ino with kicks that sent the Powaah and Paint man slumping into the corner. Kudo then delivered the face-wash, before urging Ino to get up to his feet.......Kudo then planted a kick into Ino's mid-section before going for the Kudo-Kutter..... But Ino had it scouted and he was able to duck out of the attempt before driving the World Champion into the mat with a Back-Snapper. But before he could get the tag into either Horri or Ino, Miyamae flew off the top-rope to knock him down with a drop-kick. Miyamae then tried for the Miyamae spoiler but Ino was able to block that, lifted Miyamae high into the air and dropping the tag champion back down with a military press slam. Ino then slumped to the canvas and got the tag into Kinnojo Horri....Horri was able to prevent Miyamae from tagging out, before dumping the tag champion with a German suplex. Miyamae was able to kick out of that but when Miyamae got back to his Horri grabbed his arm pulled him in close and then dropped Miyamae with the BURNING LARIAT !!! One....... Two..... Thr...... Nooo !!! Hooded Kudo came in to make the save........Kudo then tied up referee Omura Umeki, this then enabled Miyamae to get in a low-blow before he was able to get the tag into Kudo. Horri slumped to his knees after the low-blow and Kudo followed up by nailing the former tag champion with a Shining Wizard..... One..... Two...... Horri kicked out but the World champion kept the pressure on by applying the Kudo-Lock...... but Horri summoned up all his strength to get back up to a vertical base before taking Kudo over with a back body drop. Horri then dived over to make the tag into Nakasawa. Kudo tried to tag out but Nakasawa pulled him back into the middle of the ring before dumping Kudo with a release German suplex. Nakasawa then scrambled across to make the cover..... One...... Two....... Nakasawa then applies an STF, he switches it up into a cross-face and Kudo is trapped in the middle of the ring. Omura Umeki checks on Kudo's conditions once........ The arm flops down.......... Umeki checks again....... Still no response from Kudo........ Umeki checks for the final time....... Kudo isn't about to give in just yet......... But he's really struggling to get to the ropes and he begins to fade again. However Shimedzu is perched on the top-rope he drops a Guillotine leg-drop but Nakasawa moves out of the way and the leg-drop ends up connecting with Kudo. Nakasawa then drops Shimedzu with a Lariat....... Kudo is back up but Nakasawa stops the world champion in his tracks with a fore-arm smash.......he then whips Kudo across the ring..... Kudo rebounds back......into an H-BOMB !!! One..... Two..... Horri and Ino rush out of their corner to cut off the ring....... Three !! Nakasawa, Horri and Ino are the winners. Whilst there have been other Six Man Battles that have been more action packed, this is perhaps the most dramatic one yet due to tension and distrust that has now built up within the Silver Dragon Feet camp, since the World Title match between Hooded Kudo and Shimedzu at Fire Dream of the Immortals. This was a quick paced back and forth battle that could have gone either way on several occasions. Some notable sequences in the match saw Konda set up for a diving elbow drop only for Scorpion to take him off the top-rope with a 'rana but Konda was then able to counter into a sunset flip power bomb, whilst Scorpion came very close to winning after a brain-buster/Golden Shot combination that had Konda been postioned in the middle of the ring would have surely ended the match. The finish saw Scorpion go for the Scorpion Stinger only for Konda to side-step put of the way and rock Scorpion with a roaring elbow as Scorpion came up to a vertical base and that left Scorpion stunned long enough for Konda to turn him over and drive him into the canvas with the Konda Driver. The finish sequence was again similar stuff, Hamacho got McFly up on his shoulders for a Hamacho Sledge 2K (after a period of dominance) but McFly slipped off and he nailed Hamacho with an Enziguri. The former NOTBPW star then swept the legs out from under Hamacho and tied the Raging Bull up like a pretzel in a Stone Hold. The basic story of the match saw Kokan get several near-falls with a variety of roll-ups and it looked like an upset could be on the cards but when Shimedzu was able to pull out the Skull-Drop there was no reply from the Size of the Fight member. The World Champion then slowly wore down Umaga, before finishing things off with the Kudo Kutter. I didn't think there would come the time, where Hooded Kudo would have an under-whelming match with one of his opponents but the World Champion and the former 'muscle' of SDF failed to gel. The Powaah and Paint man came out all fired-up but Miyazaki stopped in his tracks and was able to fire-back with kick combinations. The former GCG man then thought he had Ino worn down enough to attempt a Good Night, but Ino was proving to be too heavy to get up and that gave Ino the opportunity to once again turn the match back in his favour. Several power moves brought Ino close to victory, but when he went for the Kobra's Bite, Miyazaki ducked under and kicked the legs out from underneath him, before applying the ankle-lock. Ino managed to get to the ropes once but Miyazaki re-applied the ankle-lock immediately after the rope break, but just as it looked like the POWAAAH and Paint man was going to tap out he used his strength in his other leg to mule-kick Miyazaki off. Then as he got up to his feet he downed Miyazaki with a Yazuka Kick. Then as Miyazaki got back to his feet he stumbled right into the two-handed grasp of Ino, who sent him back down to the canvas with the POWAAAH SUUURGE !! A Gut-buster into a back-breaker combination brings two before Gilmore heads up to the top-rope , but Miyamae gets back to his feet and he rocks Gilmore with a standing drop-kick. Miyamae then slowly gets back up to his feet and climbs the turnbuckle but Gilmore had shaken off the effects of the drop-kick and he shoved Miyamae off before landing with a diving elbow. That brought a two count before Gilmore lifted Miyamae up to his feet. Gilmore then attempted an Exploder Suplex, but Miyamae fought out with elbow shots before placing a knee strike into Gilmore's lower regions, that doubled Gilmore over and Miyamae planted him into the canvas with a DDT. Gilmore kicked out but Miyamae stayed in control with a flurry of kicks, the Dragon-Feeter then snapped off a wheel-barrow suplex that brought a two count . Gilmore managed to get to his feet but an STO from Miyamae sent him stumbling into the ropes and Miyamae followed by applying a Dragon Clutch in the ring ropes. Miyamae made full use of referee Koetsu Shinozaki's five count before letting go and as soon as Gilmore was away from the ropes Miyamae delivered a kick to the mid-section and he sent Gilmroe onto his back with an Exploder Suplex...... One...... Two..... Gilmore kicked out, but Miyamae was still a step ahead and Gilmore found himself trapped in the Snake Poison. Miyamae had it locked right in the middle of the ring and Gilmore had nowhere to go. Referee Shinozaki check on Gilmore's condition, he lifts Gilmores arm up No response Shinozaki checks again Still no response Shinozaki has another look Gilmore still has some fight left in him and he begins to edge towards the ropes.... The fact that Gilmore is sticking in there, begins to frustrate Miyamae, who then lets go off the hold and lifts Gilmore back up to a vertical base, he then tries for the Miyamae spoiler but that proves to be a mis-take.......Gilmore slips out and counters with a Uranage back-breaker. Both of them stumble back up to a vertical base and Gilmore nails Miyamae with a super-kick, before slump back down to the canvas. Miyamae is up to his feet first, but Gilmore plants him into the canvas with a Reverse STO, Gilmore then lifts Miyamae up off the canvas and takes the Dragon-Feeter over with an Elemental Suplex...... One..... Two...... Miyamae kicks out but Gilmore keeps up the pressure with a flurry of kicks and palm strikes, he then whips Miyamae into turnbuckle, before following up with a running drop-kick into the corner, he then lifts a dazed Miyamae up onto the top turnbuckle and he brings Miyamae crashing back into the ring with an Iconoclasm. Gilmore then sprang off the turnbuckles into a PICTURE PERFECT MOONSAULT !! But Miyamae rolled out of the way at the last split second, Gilmore landed on his feet but Miyamae rocked the talented gaijin with an Enziguri before planting Gilmore into the canvas with an STO. Miyamae then headed up top himself and landed with a Diving Headbutt...... One.... Two..... Gilmore was able to kick out but it was clear the wind had been taken out of him.... Miyamae then lifted Gilmore up to his feet and delivred a kick to the mid-section to set up for the Miyamae Spoiler, but just as he is about to deliver it Shimedzu appears and comes up onto the apron. Miyamae pulls off the Miyamae Spoiler and Gilmore looks done, but there's no one there to make the three count as referee Shinozaki has been distracted by Shimedzu's prescence. Miyamae goes over to Shimedzu and begins to argue with his fellow Dragon-Feeter and Tag champ.....Shimedzu then comes down off the apron and walks up the ramp way to the back. Miyamae then turned around and Gilmore was still down, but Gilmore was playing possum and he took Miyamae by surprise with an O'Connor roll...... One...... Two....... Miyamae kicks out but Gilmore then applies an Elemental Clutch. Gilmore has it locked on right in the middle of the ring........ Referee Shinozaki checks on Miyamae's condition Miyamae begins to fight out of it, Gilmore lifts the champion back to his feet.....he follows with a kick to the head, then he takes Miyamae over with an Exploder Suplex....... One..... Two..... Thr......Miyamae kicks out but Gilmore goes back to the Elemental Clutch and Miyamae looks out of it...... Shinozaki see's that Miyamae has no fight left in him and calls for the bell !!! Tom Gilmore has regained the Openweight Title !! but just how much was down to the un-timely interference from Miyamae's very own stable mate Shimedzu. Excellent match that was as good as if not better than their battle at Fire Dream of the Immortals. The Gilmore- Miyamae/Silver Dragon Feet feud has really helped build the legitimacy and prestige of the Openweight Title, completing it's transition from a youngsters only belt that no one cared about to a valuable stepping stone towards the big prize. [B][COLOR=red]Result: Tom Gilmore defeated Miyamae in 17:38 by submission. Hell Monkey then steps through the ropes and locks up with Elemental II. They exchange holds but the Junior veteran is one step ahead of Hell Monkey everytime, that begins to frustrate the latest addition to Silver Dragon Feet, who goes for a spin-kick but Elemental II managed to duck under and countered with a jumping heel kick to the mid-section. Hell Monkey backed off and tagged out to Sensational Dragon, whilst Elemental II tagged in the current Junior champion Americana. As with Elemental II and Hell Monkey, they chain wrestled for a bit, with Americana out maneuvering the c0cky former champion. Dragon had enough and begged off to make the tag, before catching Americana with a blow to the gut and following up with a back-rake. Americana now found himself isolated in the SDF corner , who teed away on him with kick combinations. Dragon then tagged in Hell Monkey before monkey-flipping Americana out of the corner and into a stiff roundhouse kick from Hell Monkey. That brought a two count, Hell Monkey then whipped the Junior Champion back into their corner, and tagged Sensational Dragon back in, who slinghshotted in and delivered a double stomp in the corner. Dragon then placed Americana on the top rope and brought the Junior champ in with a snap suplex. Hell Monkey then climbed to the top and delivered a diving leg-drop...... One.... Two...... Americana hung in there and kicked out. But the Silver Dragon Feet duo stayed in control nad after a knee strike to the head Dragon was able to dump Americana across the top rope. Hell Monkey then climbed the turnbuckle again, and used his body as a weapon to come down across chest of Americana with a front-flip senton. Hell Monkey went for the cover but he was not the legal man and was sent back to his corner. Dragon then picked the worn out body of Americana up off the canvas and went for the Dragon Slice, but somehow Americana slipped off....and he shoved Sensational Dragon into the corner, causing a collision with Hell Monkey. Dragon then stumbled out of the corner and he was then dumped on his head with an Elemental suplex.....but because he was so worn down Americana was unable to follow up with a cover. Neither Dragon nor Americana was near their respective corners but they needed to make the tag. Dragon was the first to get the tag in to Hell Monkey but only seconds later Americana got the tag into Elemental II. Hell Monkey came charging at Elemental II with a jumping knee strike but Elemental II dropped under and took Hell Monkey over with an arm-drag . Monkey sprang back up to his feet but Elemental II dropped him with a standing drop-kick. Monkey staggered up to his feet but he got caught with a kick to the mid-section and he was then driven int the canvas with an Elemental Driver...... One...... Two........ Sensational Dragon came in to break it up, and he started to kick away on Elemental II, before whipping the Junior veteran across the ring-ropes but Elemental II took Dragon by suprise with spinning head-scissors that sent the Dragon-Feeter to the outside. The Dragon feet duo then tried to re-group on the outside but Americana rejoined Elemental II in the middle of the ring, they gave a look to each other and then went flying off the top-rope to take Dragon & Monkey down with stereo handspring plancha's. Americana then dragged Sensational Dragon into the ring , he took Dragon over with a Butterfly suplex for a two count before climbing the top rope but Monkey was back up and he took Americana's legs out from underneath him before climbing the top-rope, but Elemental II was back up and he sprang up the top turnbuckle to send Hell Monkey back into the ring with a belly to back super-plex. Americana then got back to fully standing position on the top turnbuckle and looked set to finish things off with an Inferno Splash, but Dragon then sprung up to his feet and sent both of them crashing back into the ring with a hurracanrana. All four men layed on the canvas ....Dragon and Elemental II were the first two back up, as Americana and Hell Monkey went back to their respective corners. They exchange kicks and Elemental II begins to get the better of the exchange but Dragon takes Elemental II off his feet with a Dragon Screw before following up with a Standing Moonsault....... One... Two...... Elemental II kicks out, the Junior champion then delivers a knee to the mid-section of the Dragon-Feeter and then double under-hook the arms, but Dragon fights his way out of that and he counters with a snap suplex. Dragon then goes out onto the apron and springboards himself back in but Elemental II is up to his feet and he drives Dragon into the canvas with an EARTH BREAKER ! One..... Two........ Thr...... Nooo..... Hell Monkey dives over to make the save ..Monkey then grabbed Elemental II and drove both of his knees into the back of the Junior veteran with a double knee back-breaker, he then turned Elemental II over and drove him into the canvas with a sit-out facebuster....... One..... Two..... Elemental II kicked out .........but was unable to get to his feet Hell Monkey and came off with the TUMBLING MONKEY....... But Elemental II got the knees up and he got the tag into Americana, and before Hell Monkey could get the tag into Sensational Dragon......Americana delivered a clubbing blow and then took over Hell Monkey with an Elemental Suplex, he transitioned that into a bridging pin...... One.... Two.... Thr.... Hell Monkey got the shoulder up just in time......Americana then lifted Hell Monkey up off the canvas and planted him back down with a Rolling Cutter before heading for the top-rope. He set up for the Inferno Splash but then Sensational Dragon came over and shoved Americana off the top-rope. Seeing what just happened Elemental II came over and started to lay into Sensational Dragon But Hell Monkey then got back to his feet and nailed Americana with the HELL-FIRE KICK...... One....... Elemental II tried to dive in to make the save Two...... But Sensational Dragon dragged Elemental II back to the outside Three !! The All Junior Division Silver Dragon Feet duo pick up the victory and with Hell Monkey getting the pin-fall over the current Junior champion, will that make the Burning Hammer match-makers take notice and put him in line for a a shot at the Junior Title ? Once again the top Junior Division wrestlers are able to deliver, and I feel just as comfortable now putting these guys in the main event slot as I do with the top heavyweights. [B][U][SIZE=3][COLOR=darkred]Purogods.com[/COLOR][/SIZE][/U][/B] [COLOR=black]Burning Hammer of the Wrestling Gods continue their Samurai Spirit Tour, visiting the Yamanashi Athletic Stadium in Chubu on Monday 31st March and then the Yokkaichi Dome in Kinki on Thursday 3rd April.[/COLOR] Chubu's show will be headlined by two championship matches, as Sensational Dragon will look to regain the Junior Title he lost in the first ever Burning-X match from Americana, whilst his Silver Dragon Feet stable-mates 'The Rebellion' will put the tag titles on the line against Size of the Fight who will fancy their chances due to the recent internal troubles between the current tag champions. Following the fall out since Shimedzu's failed attempt to win the World Title from stable leader Hooded Kudo, the tag champions have not been seeing eye to eye, because whether by design or by accident interference from their own partner cost them chance to win or keep singles gold. At Fire Dream of the Immortals intereference from Miyamae, led to Hooded Kudo retaining the World Title, whilst last Thursday interference from Shimedzu saw Miyamae drop the Openweight Title back to Tom Gilmore. The Silver Dragon Feet pair, will need to get on the same page, unless they could be saying goodbye to the tag belts. Also scheduled for Monday's show, young lion Heiachiro Sakai faces a tough test in the form of the POWAAAH ! and Paint star Koshiro Ino, there will be a Junior Division 4 corner survival featuring Elemental II, Golden Scorpion, Eagle Kawasawa and SUKI, Eiji Hamacho of the Raging Bulls takes on Shingen Miyazaki, whilst his tag partner Chuichi Sanda faces off with Kenko Takemitsu. Thursday's show in Kinki will be headlined by a 'Survival Showdown' match this will feature 2 teams of 5 in an Elimination rules match. The team with the most 'survivors' will be declared the winners. The teams for this match have been announced as 'Silver Dragon Feet' of Hooded Kudo, Shimedzu, Miyamae, Sensational Dragon and Hell Monkey and 'Burning Hammer All Stars' of Hiroaki Nakasawa, Tom Gilmore, Elemental II, Kansuke Konda and Sean McFly. Also scheduled for Thursdays show former tag champions Kinnojo Horri & Koshiro Ino face off with recent adversaries P.I.N.K. Junior Champion Americana takes on Mokuami Maita in a non title match. Size of the Fight's Hyosuke Kokan takes on The Awesome Kiyaru, Heiachiro Sakai is faced with another formidable challenge in the form of Yasunobu Masuno and there will be more Junior Division action as Golden Scorpion matches up with SUKI. Look who's back after an absence of one prediction contest. Back to stink up the joint with my own odd brand of predicating. [U]Chubu[/U] Junior Title: [B]Americana[/B] vs Sensational Dragon [I]- I'd have gone with E II but since Tigerkinney went with 'cana he should retain in a good match. 'cana's worked too hard to lose the title straight away.[/I] Tag Titles: [B]The Rebellion[/B] vs Size of the Fight [I]- The friction between the Rebellion makes for good TV, and I suspect there are more stories to tell. Being the superstars they are, the Rebellion somehow eke out a win here.[/I] 4 Corner Survival: Eagle Kawasawa vs Elemental II vs Golden Scorpion vs [B]SUKI[/B] [I]- I'm going with an upset since I think E II *should* win this, therefore he won't. He won't be pinned either. Golden Scorpion is another potential winner but I see SUKI with some good, young heel shenanigans picking up a stolen or tainted victory here.[/I] Eiji Hamacho vs [B]Shingen Miyazaki[/B] [I]- More solo upside in Miyazaki.[/I] [B]Chuichi Sanda[/B] vs Kenko Takemitsu [I]- I don't even recognize Takemitsu's name so I gotta go with Sanda. Now I want Tigerkinney to pick up Panda Mask for an epic team of Panda and Sanda Masks![/I] [B]Koshiro Ino[/B] vs Heiachiro Sakai [I]- Feel the Poooooooooooowah (and the Paint)[/I] _________________________________ [U]Kinki[/U] Survival Showdown: [B]'Silver Dragon Feet' (Hooded Kudo, Shimedzu, Miyamae, Sensational Dragon & Heel Monkey)[/B] vs 'Burning Hammer All Stars' (Hiroaki Nakasawa, Elemental II, Tom Gilmore, Kansuke Konda & Sean McFly) [I]- It could be the Gaijin. It could be the inclusion of Konda. It could be it just seems more fun to imagine SDF somehow succeed in spite of themselves. Conventional wisdom suggests the heels job in this relatively meaningless match instead I'm calling for [B]Sensational Dragon[/B] and [B]Shimedzu [/B]surviving. Kudo will not.[/I] 'HorrIno' vs [B]P.I.N.K[/B] [I]- I just like P.I.N.K. and I hope Ino shows up in some pink face paint to make the crowd assume he's going heel.[/I] Non (Junior) Title: [B]Americana[/B] vs Mokuami Maita [I]- I'm more confused why it's a Non (Junior) Title match and not a (Non) Junior Title match than about who will win.[/I] [B]Hyosuke Kokan[/B] vs The Awesome Kiyaru [I]- Konda leaves in the Showdown match so Kokan regains some of SoF's momentum. Kiyaru's mask remains badass.[/I] [B]Golden Scorpion[/B] vs SUKI [I]- SUKI picks up the win the previous night in a shock, here a follow up aftershock as Scorpion picks up the win one on one. As the Junior contendors builds continue.[/I] Heiachiro Sakai vs [B]Yasunobu Masuno[/B] [I]- Uh... bald in beautiful?[/I]

Recently I came to a decision to purchase TEW 2007 and having owned it for less than a week I must announce, IT IS A GREAT GAME! I began searching these forums for mods just to get an idea what has been created to expand the playing experience. The dedication shown by the fans of TEW is awesome. It might seem strange but I remember when I was a kid playing with wrestling figurines and with them essentially I created my own promotion, establishing main-eventers, mid-carders, enhancement talent, feuds, stables and what I've realized is that now grown older there is a game that allows me to continue to play. Adam Ryland has created one amazing game. This diary of all that I have read I find most intriguing. I have enjoyed every post and I will continue to follow it. In fact it has encouraged me to develop my own diary. I love the Puro wrestling scene and I am considering the GCG, with myself as a booker/ commentator. Anyway thanks for this well done diary and thank you Adam Ryland for such a fantastic game.

Miyazaki caught Hamacho off guard in the early going with his kick combinations, but a spear rebounding off the ropes turned the match in the Raging Bull’s favour. Hamacho then over-powered Miyazaki for a good portion but Miyazaki was able to turn the match back in his favour, when he countered a Hamacho-Sledge 2K attempt by slipping off Hamacho’s shoulders and nailing the Raging Bull with an Enziguri, with a spinning leg-sweep followed by a Shining Wizard bring a two count. From then on they both tried to gather enough momentum to put the other one away, going back and forth with strikes. The finish saw Hamacho gain enough momentum to take Miyazaki over with a German Suplex, but Miyazaki rolled through and then caught Hamacho in the Ankle-Lock. Miyazaki grape-vined the leg and Hamacho was forced to tap out. Here was a young Junior Division wrestler known for doing the J.O.B 90 % of the time, going up against a veteran and a former tag champion at that but it turned out to be alot more competitive than people thought. Takemitsu used his speed to keep Sanda off balance at the start , that led to Sanda becoming frustrated and going for a powder. Takemitsu went right after the Raging Bull but that proved to be a rookie mistake and Sanda turned things in his favour by whipping the youngster into the guard-rail. Sanda then 'toyed' with Takemitsu in the ring but his arrogance towards his opponent almost cost him as Takemitsu worked his way out of a power-bomn and countered with a Fisherman suplex that earnt him a two count. The match turned back in Sanda's favour when he elbowed his way out of another suplex attempt from Takemitsu and then after a well placed knee to the gut followed up with a sit-out power-bomb. But Takemitsu still had some fight left in him and kicked out. Sanda then looked to finish things off as he dragged Takemitsu up to his feet and went for the Explosion Kick, but Takemitsu was able to duck under and he took Sanda down with a leg-whip before rolling te Raging Bull up into a small package............ Earning Takemitsu the victory, in what has to be seen as a pretty big upset. But Miyazaki who beat Hamacho earlier comes out and chases the Bulls off.[/I] [B]Rating: D-[/B] [CENTER]__________________________________________________________[/CENTER] [CENTER][B]Match #4: 4 Corner Survival:[/B] [B]Eagle Kawasawa vs Elemental II vs Golden Scorpion vs SUKI[/B][/CENTER] [CENTER][IMG]http://s137.photobucket.com/albums/q236/Tigerkinney/th_EagleKawasawa.jpg[/IMG] [IMG]http://s137.photobucket.com/albums/q236/Tigerkinney/th_ElementalII.jpg[/IMG][/CENTER] [CENTER][B][SIZE=3]vs[/SIZE][/B][/CENTER] [CENTER][IMG]http://s137.photobucket.com/albums/q236/Tigerkinney/th_GoldenScorpion.jpg[/IMG] [IMG]http://s137.photobucket.com/albums/q236/Tigerkinney/th_SUKI.jpg[/IMG][/CENTER] These 4 corner matches are usually pretty good fun as card filler, especially when they feature the talents of the Junior Division and this one was no different. The highlight sequence of the match came after as expected when everything had just broken down and gone crazy; Golden Scorpion take Elemental II off the top rope with a hurracanrana, only for SUKI to Scorpion over with a Tilt-A-Whirl Head-Scissors into a SUKI Special, that would have earnt the youngster the victory had Kawasawa not come in and break up the hold. The finishing sequence saw SUKI get the knees up on the Golden Shot and take Golden Scorpion over with a Northern Lights Suplex , but just as SUKI was about to follow up, he was nailed in the head with the Vision Quest from Eagle Kawasawa. Kawasawa didn't quite nail SUKI as cleanly as he could so he locked on the Spread Eagle (Bridging Double Chickenwing), But Elemental II who had his bell-rung earlier by SUKI , when he crashed and burned with a handpsring plancha to the outside; climbed the top-rope and came down on top of Kawasawa and SUKI with an Inferno Splash, he then turned over Kawasawa and that was enough for the Junior legend to pick up the victory and to get back on track. On Size of the Fight's side of things Kansuke Konda has emerged as a strong force in the singles ranks of the Junior Division and an upset win over Sensational Dragon in December led to a Junior Title shot. The Rebellion can go even better Miyamae won the Openweight Title and Shimedzu shocked everyone by beating out Eisaku Hoshino and Hiroaki Nakasawa to win the Super 10 Cup but this recent success in singles competition has led to internal strife within the tag champions, leaving them in a more vunerable state than ever before. At the start of the match The Rebellion are arguing amongst themselves who should start the match, so Size of the Fight decide to jump them early knocking both of the tag champions to the floor. The challengers take the fight right to the Silver Dragon Feet pair and they soon have Miyamae isolated, bringing the former Openweight champion into the ring and isolating him in their corner. Size of the Fight then worked some quick tags to wear down Miyamae, even dishing out the face-wash (a move so often used by The Rebellion themselves).....a Double Team Flapjack and a legsweep/flying cross body combination brought two counts but Miyamae hung in there, and when Miyamae countered a Leg Lariat from Kokan with a knee strike followed by a Wheelbarrow Suplex he saw his opening....... But not to tag in his own partner, Miyamae tried for a Miyamae Spoiler but paid the price for getting too over-confident when he had his legs took out from underneath from Kansuke Konda and once again Miyamae found himself isolated in the Size of the Fight Corner. Konda then snapped Miyamae over onto the canvas with a Fisherman Suplex for a two count, before tagging Kokan back in. Kokan climbed to the top rope and came down with the Cannonball...... One..... Two..... Shimedzu had seen enough and came in to make the save , Shimedzu then chop blocked the legs out from underneath Kokan and took Konda over with a Tilt-A -Whirl Backbreaker. Shimedzu then went back to his corner and urged Miyamae to tag him in.......... Miyamae made it over to The Rebellions corner........he made a slight hesitation before somewhat reluctantly tagging in his own partner. Kokan came charging at Shimedzu but the Size of the Fight man was immediately taken down with an STO, before being driven over the knees with the Gutbuster and then dumped with a Dragon Suplex..... One...... Two...... Kokan showed fighting spirit by kicking out, Shimedzu then lifted up Kokan for the Skull-Drop but it was countered by a simple stomp on the foot and a sunset flip from the Size of the Fight man.......... But a knee strike to the head saw Shimedzu keep control, before tagging in Miyamae. Despite the problems he had been having with his partner, it seemed like he was putting pride issues aside as he didn't want to lose let more gold from around his waist, and from the ferocity of Miyamae's strikes as he got back into the ring, it seemed as if though Miyamae was now on board with that line of thinking. A stiff combination of kicks left Kokan slumped in the corner, and now it was Miyamae's turn to dish out the face-wash, they then hung Kokan into the tree of woe and as expected Shimedzu tagged back in to deliver his trademark hesitation drop kick. The Rebellion were looking like a well oiled machine again and Kokan was in serious trouble. A legsweep/neckbreaker combination earned a two count as did a Front Suplex onto the top-rope followed by a double foot-stomp, but Kokan wasn't about to give up. Shimedzu then called for the Skull-Drop but he telegraphed the move and Kokan rolled him up into a La Magistral cradle for a two count.....They sprang back up and Shimedzu had him in a full nelson hold, Miyamae then climbed the top-rope and came off with a missile drop-kick but Kokan ducked under and he ended up nailing his own tag partner. Kokan was still miles from his corner though, and just as it looked like he was going to get the tag in Miyamae grabbed his leg but he came round with the other leg to catch Miyamae with an Enziguri and he finally got the tag into Konda. Konda came in like a blazing house, knocking down Miyamae with a flyng fore-arm and then knocking Shimedzu out of the ring with a roaring elbow. He turned his attention back to Miyamae, he placed a kick to Miyamae's gut and went for the Big Fight Stunner but Miyamae was able to shove him off but Konda regained control with a stiff fore-arm before dumping the former Openweight Champion into the canvas with a KONDA DRIVER........ One..... Two...... Thr...... Noooo !! Shimedzu dived in to make the save. Shimedzu then nailed Konda with a step up Enziguri and directed Miyamae to get back to his feet. They combined to plant Konda into the canvas with a double russian leg-sweep , before Miyamae went up top.....he came off with a Flying Headbutt, but Konda moved out of the way and Miyamae ate nothing but canvas.......Shimedzu then tried to come back with a roundhouse kick but Konda ducked under and then sprang off the turnbuckle to take the Super 10 Cup winner down with a Tornado DDT...... One.... Two...... Shimedzu kicked out before rolling out of the ring, as the tag champs looked to regroup on the outside.....but as expected Size of the Fight wasn't going to give them any rest bite and they crashed into The Rebellion in trademark style with stereo suicide dives. Konda and Shimedzu then began to brawl with one another on the outside, whilst Miyamae and Kokan brought into the ring. Kokan blocked a kick and took Miyamae off his feet with leg-sweep before picking the Dragon Feeter up and applying the Double chickenwing. Kokan took Miyamae over with a Double chickenwing suplex........ One........ Two..... Miyamae got a shoulder up but Kokan transferred it into the Electric Shocker Clutch....... Miyamae was in serious trouble but Shimedzu dived in to make the save, the camera's then show that Konda has been left in a heap on the outside (and replays pick up that Hell Monkey had hopped the guard-rail and nailed Konda with a chair before sneaking off) Shimedzu then picked Kokan up and drove him into the canvas with the Skull-Drop, but he was not the legal man and he dumped Miyamae across the fallen body of Kokan........ One....... Two..... Konda was starting to show signs of life on the outside..... Three !! The Rebellion escape with the tag belts intact by the skin of their teeth and Size of the Fight will once again feel that they have been screwed over when it comes to taking on the Silver Dragon Feet duo. A fantastic tag title match and it looked like on several occasions that Size of the Fight could pull out the victory, but once again it appeared that Hooded Kudo had put an insurance policy in place by planting Hell Monkey into the crowd and his lone chair shot on Konda (whilst referee Koetsu Shinozaki was tied up) proved just as decisive as Shimedzu nailing Kokan with the Skull-Drop. [COLOR=red][B]Result: The Rebellion defeated Size of the Fight in 18:01 when Miyamae defeated Hyosuke Kokan by pinfall with a Spiked Skull Drop. Dragon gets back to his feet though and takes Americana over with an arm-drag but Americana lands feet-first before nailing Dragon with a basement drop-kick. Dragon then begs off, Americana is having none of it and tells the Dragon-Feeter to get up but as he moves in to follow up Dragon suckers him with a thumb to the eye, before planting the recently crowned champion into the canvas with an STO. Dragon the goes for a somewhat nonchalant cover, before picking Americana up off the canvas and driving his knees into the champions back. Dragon then paintbrushes Americana, before taunting the champion to get to his feet but that just seems to rile up the U.S born import who fires back with a flurry of kicks but the flurry is stopped short with a knee to the gut, and Dragon re-takes control by taking Americana down with a Dragon Screw-Leg whip and the arrogant former champion follow up with a standing moonsault for a two count..... Dragon then picked Americana up off the canvas and went for the Dragon Slice but as they climbed the turnbuckle Americana reversed it into a Tornado DDT !! One...... Two...... Dragon kicked out. They then both got their breath back before staggering up to their feet, they exchanged strikes and kicks. Americana then whipped Dragon into the ropes and looked to nail him with a big roundhouse on the rebound but the former 3 time champion ducked under and took Americana down with an arm-drag but Americana used the momentum to spring off the ropes and knock down Dragon with a spring board back elbow. The champion then went to follow in but Dragon rolled out to the outside. Americana then built up some momentum to go for the handpsring plancha but he put the brakes on when he saw Dragon move out of the way and when Dragon tried to catch Americana off guard, the champion was one step ahead catching the challenger with the Elemental Daze kick. Dragon then staggered back towards the railings before Americana sprang off the ring apron to take him down with an Arabian Press. Americana then rolled Dragon back into the ring, he then picked Dragon up to finish off with an Elemental Driver but Dragon countered with an elbow to the gut, a knee strike to the head and a monkey flip. Dragon kept the momentum of the monkey flip going and bridged over into a pin...... One..... Two.... Americana kicked out, but Dragon then turned Americana over into a Kudo-Lock......... He had synched in right in the middle of the ring, but Americana was able to turn his body weight over and he had Dragon's shoulders pinned to the mat ...... One.... Two..... Dragon let go of the submission and then switched up into a pinning predicament of his own, they then kept going back and forth with pin attempts but neither of them was going to stay down for three and the series of near-falls left the pair exhausted. As both staggered into respective corners for a breather after the pin attempt stale-mate, they then both charged at one another.......Sensational Dragon ducked under a roundhouse from again and then sprang off the ropes, but Americana then caught him in mid-air with an Enziguri before double under hooking his arms and dumping him with an Elemental Suplex....... One........ Two....... Dragon kicked out but Americana could sense victory and he headed up top before coming down with a Frog-Splash. But Dragon got the knees up, and as both got up he placed a knee into Americana's lower regions before taking the champion over with a snap suplex....... Now Dragon headed up top but Americana was back to his feet and he climbed the top turnbuckle but Sensational Dragon shoved him off......Americana was back to his feet again, and this time Dragon flew off the top turnbuckle taking the champion down with a missile drop-kick....... They both then kipped back up to their feet but Dragon was able to take Americana down with head-scissors before transitioning into a pin attempt...... One........ Two....... Americana kicked out, but Dragon made sure he wasn't getting up by coming down on his chest with a double foot stomp. Dragon then headed up top and steadied himself Americana was still down......450 SPLASH !!! One......... Two..... Thr........... Noooo !!! Americana got his foot on the ropes just in time. Dragon could not believe it, he then dragged Americana out of the corner and went for the Dragon Slice but once again Americana had the move scouted and he shoved Dragon into the turnbuckle before dumping the Dragon-Feeter with a belly to back suplex as the former 3 time champion bounced back off the turnbuckle........... But Dragon got back up and Americana stumbled into a Dragon Suplex....... One....... Two...... Americana showed great fighting spirit by kicking out. Dragon then went to the outside and looked to slingshot himself back in, but Americana was up to his feet and he caught Dragon in mid-air but Dragon had his legs wrapped around Americana's neck, he tried for a Sensation Shock but Americana blocked it and countered into a sit-out power bomb.......... One...... Two....... Dragon kicked out, but he was unable to get to his feet and Americana gingerly made his way up the turnbuckle, but he was slow in setting up for the finishing blow he was going for and Dragon was back to his feet and he raced up the turnbuckles to take Americana down with a hurracanrana but Americana managed to block the attempt and then got Dragon tied up in a double under-hook....... ELEMENTAL DRIVER from the top rope !! One...... Two...... No way Dragon is getting up from that, he'll need some kind of intervention to save him...... Three !! Americana is still the Junior champion, and this decisive pinfall victory over the man he beat to the title at Fire Dream of the Immortals during the Burning X match , could be just as important, as now he can say he CAN get the better of the arrogant Silver Dragon Feet member in a straight forward one on one match up. The top guns in the Junior Division just keep rolling along, producing great match, after great match and this was no exception. Dragon was actually on top for much of the match but the key for the champion was the fact that he seemed to have Dragon's big moves scouted enough to come up with counters at key moments. [quote=chickanito;340922]This diary of all that I have read I find most intriguing. I have enjoyed every post and I will continue to follow it. In fact it has encouraged me to develop my own diary. I love the Puro wrestling scene and I am considering the GCG, with myself as a booker/ commentator. Anyway thanks for this well done diary and thank you Adam Ryland for such a fantastic game.[/quote] Thanks as always for the positive comments, and I'll keep a look out for your diary when you decide to start one. :)

[B][U][SIZE=3][COLOR=sienna]Purogods.com[/COLOR][/SIZE][/U][/B] [B][U][SIZE=3][/SIZE][/U][/B] At Monday's Burning Hammer show in Tohoku; Kenko Takemitsu had just earned a rare victory, and one of the biggest of his career so far after pinning a former World Tag Team Champion in the form of The Raging Bull's Chuichi Sanda. But his celebrations were short lived as the Raging Bull's beat him down post match. Before too much damage could be done however Shingen Miyazaki who defeated Sanda's partner Eiji Hamacho came to Takemitsu's aid. Following this altercation a tag match has between the Raging Bulls and Miyazaki & Takemitsu has been added to Thursday's show at the Yokkaichi Dome in Kinki.

Even more shocking is that I went 4/6 in my predictions and overthought E II's involvement in the Four Way Juniors match-up. So THAT's who Takemitsu is... he's the oldest looking young guy in the game. Something about him just screams 'facepunchable' to me. (In a good heelish way.) Now to approach my average I'll have to be completely wrong about the second half of the show. And I'm digging the dissention in the Rebellion.

Hamacho & Sanda thought they had the match in the bag and started to 'toy' with Takemitsu, but that gave Takemitsu the opening to fire back and eventually get Miyazaki into the match up. Miyazaki then cleaned house and the match broke down into a back and forth contest from then on. The finish saw Takemitsu get turned inside out with the Raging Impact only for Miyazaki to make the save. The former GCG man took Hamacho down with a spinning leg-sweep and then turned Sanda over with a Tilt-A Whirl Backbreaker. Miyazaki then lifted Sanda up only to drop him down with the Good Night (Fire-man's carry drop into a knees strike).....Hamacho dived over to make the save but Takemitsu pulled him away, as the former 2 time Tag champions continue to get frustrated by the pair of 'upstarts'. The little technician managed to out-wrestle the Junior champion for a good proportion of the match and came close to causing an upset after stringing together a run of suplexes that ended on a vicious looking spinning leg-hook belly to back. But Americana is not the Junior champion for nothing and he was able to pull out the win with the Elemental Driver, after countering an ankle-lock attempt with an Enziguri followed by a spinning leg-sweep. Ino then found himself isolated in the P.I.N.K corner who kept him isolated with tactics that often stepped over into the illegal, but Horri's complaints only served to keep Koetsu Shinozaki tied up only for the sadistic duo to dish out more punishment. But Ino managed to soak up the punishment and he dug down deep (in other words he suddenly started to 'no sell' P.I.N.K's offence) and he got the tag into Horri who cleaned house. The finish came when Ino downed Masuko with a Back-Snapper only for Toshusai to down him with a spinebuster of his own. But Horri was able to make the save with a clubbing blow to the back and after rocking Toshusai with a larat, in an impressive feat of strength Horri got the big man of P.I.N.K onto his shoulders to finish things off with the Destiny Bomb. In technical terms the wrestling itself wasn't anything to write home about, but they told an engaging story that piqued the interest of the crowd and at a fairly brief and breezy 9 and a half minutes long the match did not outstay it's welcome. Eventually Kansuke Konda found himself isolated in the Silver Dragon Feet corner, but miscommunication from the tag champions (Shimedzu & Miyamae) when they went for a slingshot suplex/leg lariat combination. Konda then nailed Shimedzu with a roaring elbow before scrambling back to his corner , Sensational Dragon caught up with him but the Size of the Fight man was determined to get the tag in and he kicked the former Junior champion off and he was able to tag in Hiroaki Nakasawa. Nakasawa then cleaned house taking Miyamae down with a Hammerlock Divorce Court, planting Sensational Dragon with a Uranage, and catching Hell Monkey springing off the ropes before planting SDF’s newest addition with a sit-out power-bomb. But Kudo and Shimedzu came in to make the save and soon Silver Dragon Feet were all over Nakasawa like a rash, but the ‘All Stars’ weren’t going to just sit back and watch their Team captain get dismantled and soon the ring was a sea of chaos. The All Stars began to get the upper hand and Silver Dragon Feet scrambled outside to re-group but their opponents weren’t going to let them rest…..Kansuke Konda came crashing through the ropes with a tope con hilo, then Sean McFly followed up by diving off the top turnbuckle with a fore-arm smash. Tom Gilmore then sprang off the apron to knock everyone down with an Arabian Press but the aerial assault was not over with as Elemental II came flying over the top with his trademark handspring plancha. It then looked like Nakasawa was going to dive through the ropes but he got cut off with a knee strike from Miyamae, the tag champion then flipped himself into the ring and he took Nakasawa down with a rolling cutter. Shimedzu then joined him and the pair took Nakasawa with a double slingshot suplex…… One….. Two…… McFly came in to break up the pin, the tag champions then turned their attention to the former NOTBPW star, but McFly was able to take both down with an Enziguri DDT/combo. He then whipped Miyamae into the ropes and using the momentum he flipped the tag champion over and drove him into the canvas with the Delorean Driver…… One…. Two…… Three !!! Miyamae was the first to be eliminated at and the All-Stars now had a 5-4 to advantage. [B][COLOR=red]Elimination #1: Miyamae at 11:43 (SDF 4- All Stars 5)[/COLOR][/B] Things settled down again a bit after that but once again Konda found himself in trouble and whilst he managed to avert a diving leg-drop from Hell Monkey and he managed to counter a Dragon Suplex from Sensational Dragon with a Konda Driver, he was unable to follow up or get the tag back in and in the end he fell to a Skull-Drop from Shimedzu, as the sides were evened up once again. [B][COLOR=red]Elimination #2: Kansuke Konda at 14:09 (SDF 4- All Stars 4)[/COLOR][/B] The next significant moment saw Sensational Dragon in trouble and the after kicking out of a Death Valley Driver from Sean McFly, before Tom Gilmore was tagged in and the Openweight Champion went for the picture perfect moonsault but Dragon was able to roll out of the way and he got the tag into Hell Monkey who then nailed Gilmore with a Hell-Fire-Kick. The rest of Silver Dragon Feet then came out to cut off the ring, and Hell Monkey scored the pin to eliminate Gilmore from the match, swinging the advantage into Silver Dragon Feet’s favour. [B][COLOR=red]Elimination #3: Tom Gilmore at 17:21 (SDF 4- All Stars 3)[/COLOR][/B] Things then broke down again as both teams went at each other tooth and nail, Elemental II dumped Sensational Dragon with an Elemental Driver but Shimedzu nailed Elemental II with a roundhouse kick and drove the Junior legend down with a Falcon Arrow, before Hiroaki Nakasawa took down the Super 10 Cup Winner with a lariat. Only for Hooded Kudo to kick Nakasawa in the gut and plant his rival team captain with an STO, before locking on the Kudo lock, but McFly broke it up with a Standing Moonsault. Hell Monkey then hit a standing drop-kick on McFly that sent the former SWF star tumbling out of the ring. Hell Monkey then climbed the top turnbuckle but McFly had gotten up and soon cut Hell Monkey off who was looking to land the Tumbling Monkey on Nakasawa who was still struggling to shake off the effects of the Kudo-Lock. They then duked it out on the top-rope with neither of them wanting to budge and in the end McFly ending up suplexing Hell Monkey……. But not into the ring, as both went crashing to the outside with only a well placed table to break their fall……….as the rest of their teams got up and started to duke it out once again it was soon obvious that neither McFly or Hell Monkey were getting up from the fall and their involvement with the match was over as the EMT’s came out to take them to the back. [B][COLOR=red]Eliminations #4 and #5: Sean McFly and Hell Monkey at around 20:00 (SDF 3- All Stars 2)[/COLOR][/B] Silver Dragon Feet then used that advantage to isolate Elemental II in their corner , but when Sensational Dragon went for the Dragon Slice, Elemental II was able to block it and using the momentum countered with a Tornado DDT, before scrambling over to tag in Nakasawa, Nakasawa knocked Kudo and Shimedzu off the apron, Sensational Dragon then hit a basement drop kick to the legs of Nakasawa, and he took the big man down with a Dragon screw, before going for a flash pin….. Nakasawa kicked out but a well placed roundhouse put the former World Champion onto his back and Dragon went to the outside and sling-shot himself back in with a plancha but Nakasawa got the knee’s up before planting the Junior Division star with a Uranage Backbreaker. Nakasawa then dragged Dragon into their corner and tagged in Elemental II, Elemental II then flew off the top-rope as hit his landing target with the Inferno Splash, to even the sides once more. [B][COLOR=red]Elimination # 6: Sensational Dragon at 23:07 (SDF 2- All Stars 2)[/COLOR][/B] Shimedzu then came in and clubbed Elemental II from behind, whilst Hooded Kudo sneaked round and pulled Nakasawa down off the apron, and as the two World Title rivals brawled together on the outside. Shimedzu and Elemental II went at it in the ring, Shimedzu fired in a series of kicks, Elemental II came back with a flurry of his own, but got turned over into a Tilt-A-Whirl Backbreaker coming off the ropes. Shimedzu then whipped Elemental II into the corner, and placed him in the tree of woe, Shimedzu went for the hesitation drop-kick but Elemental II, managed to pull himself up, but just as he was about to go for another Inferno Splash, Shimedzu got up and swept the legs out from under Elemental II, before climbing the ropes and pulling out the Total Anarchy !! Nakasawa came in to make the save , but it was too late [B][COLOR=red]Elimination #7: Elemental II at 26:12 (SDF 2- All Stars 1)[/COLOR][/B] Nakasawa now found himself being double teamed by the Silver Dragon Feet pair and it seemed that Kudo and Shimedzu wanted to send a message as they toyed with Nakasawa, rather than putting him away. But they got too c0cky and when Kudo held Nakasawa in place for Shimedzu to hit a running drop-kick , Nakasawa moved out of the way at the last split second and Shimedzu ended up nailing his own team-mate instead. Nakasawa then divided and conquered the pair, nailing Shimedzu with a double knee backbreaker before turning his attention to Hooded Kudo. The World Champion came charging out of the corner but Nakasawa stopped in his tracks with a fore-arm smash before dropping Kudo with the Nakasawa Neckbreaker….. One…… Two…. Shimedzu was back to his feet….. But it was too late, and Kudo had been eliminated as the final two came down to a repeat of the Super 10 Cup Finals. [B][COLOR=red]Elimination # 8: Hooded Kudo at 28:38 (SDF 1- All Stars 1)[/COLOR][/B] Shimedzu and Nakasawa then exchanged strikes and kicks. Shimedzu gained the advantage with a knee strike to Nakasawa’s lower regions before setting up for a Dragon Suplex but Nakasawa fought out with elbows and made a standing switch, he then went for a suplex on Shimedzu, but the 2007 Super 10 Cup winner was able to block it and went for an STO on Nakasawa, but Nakasawa was able to put the brakes on, and he whipped Shimedzu across the ring. Shimedzu then bounced off the ropes and Nakasawa was there to catch him with a KUDO KUTTER !! One… Two…. Three…….. Shimedzu falls to the finishing move of his own faction leader, but not from Kudo himself, Kudo’s major rival Hiroaki Nakasawa, as Nakasawa sends a message to Hooded Kudo before their scheduled show-down at Test of Prophecies. [B][COLOR=red]Final Elimination: Shimedzu at 30:52 (SDF0- All Stars 1)[/COLOR][/B] Incredible match, the first eight minutes or so were a little slow, as the two teams just ran through a feeling out process but once Konda get the hot tagged in, the pace did not let up with the momentum swinging back and forth between the two teams. In the end the communication problems that are currently engulfing Silver Dragon Feet became their undoing once again. [B][COLOR=red]Result: ‘ Burning Hammer All Stars’ Hiroaki Nakasawa, Tom Gilmore, Sean McFly, Kansuke Konda and Elemental II defeated ‘Silver Dragon Feet’ Hooded Kudo, Sensational Dragon, Shimedzu, Miyamae and Hell Monkey in 30:52[/COLOR][/B] [B][COLOR=red]Rating: A*[/COLOR][/B] [I]The rest of The Burning Hammer All-Stars (minus Sean McFly, who was still recovering from the bump he took, when he was eliminated with Hell Monkey) joined Hiroaki Nakasawa in the ring to celebrate their victory over Silver Dragon Feet[/I] [B]Rating: C+[/B] [CENTER][B]_____________________________________________________[/B][/CENTER] [CENTER][B][SIZE=3][COLOR=olive]Overall: A[/COLOR][/SIZE][/B][/CENTER] With a large proportion of the main event level talent in the Survival Showdown, the rest of the card was pretty much a chance for the lower-carders to get an opportunity to show what the could do, and whilst the show leading up to the main event was reasonably solid it needed the main event to deliver for it to be a good show. That was AWESOME. Man, you never dissapoint, I've been catching up on the dynasty recently and...just wow. The way you're breaking up the SDF is intense, you know it's going to happen but you don't have any idea when. The main event on that last show was pure class. Great job again, I look forward to the next installment.

[B][U][SIZE=3][COLOR=sienna]Purogods.com[/COLOR][/SIZE][/U][/B] [B][U][SIZE=3][COLOR=#a0522d][/COLOR][/SIZE][/U][/B] [B][U]Trio's Tournament[/U][/B] Burning Hammer of the Wrestling Gods have announced that next Monday will see the debut of the Trio's Tournament. The tournament will feature 8 teams competing in a one night only knock-out competition to become the winners of the Trio's Tournament. Not only will the winning team gain the prestige and honor of winning the Trio's Tournament but the winning combination will all earn a shot at the World Title, which can be cashed in at any time within the next year. More on who will comprise the trio's that are taking part, when we receive the news. [B][U]Sean McFly/Hell Monkey[/U][/B] During the incredible Survival Showdown match, Sean McFly and Hell Monkey took a massive fall to the outside, going through a table and eliminating one another from the match. Both had to be checked out by doctors aftewards, thankfully though it appeared that this was only a precautionary measure and both have been cleared to wrestle. [B][U]Contract News[/U][/B] Shingen Miyazaki who signed a pay per appearance deal at the beginning of the tour has been impressed enough to earn a full time written contract with BHOTWG and has now finished up his involvement with both Golden Canvas Grappling and INSPIRE. Blue Chip Gaijin prospect Bulldozer Brandon Smith has signed a 3 month extension to his current contract, that will keep him involved with BHOTWG until the end of the current tour. Junior Division member Fire-Fox's contract is thought to be running out soon and it is believed that he could be on his way out of BHOTWG as he has not been offered an extension. [B][U]New Tag Team Formed[/U][/B] Following their recent success in teaming up against The Raging Bulls firstly in singles competion, then as a Tag Team. Shingen Miyazaki & Kenko Takemitsu have decided to come together as a permanent duo and the pair say they have their sights on the World Tag Team Titles. The pair have said they have even come up with a team name [B]'The Pacific Express'.[/B] Miyazaki explained to us that the name is a reference to the fact that both himself and Takemitsu travelled across the Pacific Ocean in their fledgling careers to learn their craft with our friends in Canada NOTBPW under the tutelage of the esteemed Stone Family.

[B][U][SIZE=3][COLOR=sienna]Purogods.com[/COLOR][/SIZE][/U][/B] BHOTWG continue the Samurai Spirit Tour with a special show, that will be built around the inagural 'Trio's Tournament' to take place at the Sapporo Sports Park in Hokkaido on Monday 7th of April. The winning trio will have to get through three sets of opponents in one night to be crowned the Trio's Tournament champions, but the reward on offer at the end will be worth it as each member of the winning trio will be guaranteed a 1 on 1 World Title Shot that can be 'cashed in' at anytime within the next year. Also taking place on the show will be a Junior Title defence as Americana puts his belt on the line against Hell Monkey. Hell Monkey scored a pin on Americana in the Junior All-Star Tag match a few weeks back and has looked a very dangerous competitor since coming into BHOTWG and being unveiled as the latest member of the dominant Silver Dragon Feet faction. However during the Survival Showdown between Silver Dragon Feet and the 'Burning Hammer All Stars' Hell Monkey took a massive bump through a table, and though doctors have cleared him to wrestle one has to wonder if he is in the right shape to be challenging for a title. Burning Hammer officials did offer Hell Monkey the chance to challenge for the title at the later date, but apparently under guidance from 'Hooded Kudo' Monkey has decide to cash in his title shot now. On one hand this could be a genius plan from Silver Dragon Feet, who are looking to get Americana into a false sense of security or with their recent internal problems, Kudo could be losing his grip on the leadership of the group and is now making rash decisions. The world champion himself will also feature on the show in a non title match, as he takes on recent Hinote Dojo graduate Heiachiro Sakai in what will be the biggest test of the young lions career so far. Trio's Tournament 2008 (Hokkaido) Tournament Matches: Match A: [B]Sensational Dragon & The Rebellion [/B]vs Masuno & The Raging Bulls Match B: [B]McFly & The Pacific Express [/B]vs Umaga, Kiyaru & Scorpion Match C: [B]Elemental II & "HorrIno"[/B] vs SUKI & P.I.N.K Match D: [B]Hiroaki Nakasawa & Size of the Fight[/B] vs Gilmore, BBS & Flash. [I]Hmm...all down the left, which means I'm probably wrong somewhere, but I really don't see any of those teams losing in the first round.[/I] Which two teams will the final be and who will win the tournament ? Remember winners of Match A play winners of Match B in the semi finals, whilst winners of Match C and D will meet in the other semi final. Insert Prediction Here: [I]I wanted to go with a shock (I was thinking Pacific Express/McFly), but actually I'll go with the more obvious Sensational Dragon & The Rebellion vs Nakasawa & Size of the Fight final. I'll take Silver Dragon Feet to win it, meaning 3 of Kudo's charges could be facing him in the near future. I'm thinking the whole group could turn on him at some point and cash in all their chances in one night until someone wins it.[/I] _________________________________ Non Tournament Matches Junior Title: [B]Americana[/B] vs Hell Monkey Non (World) Title: [B]Hooded Kudo [/B]vs Heiachiro Sakai [I]Still all down the left, but I don't think Americana's reign will end that quickly, and let's face it, Sakai ain't beating Kudo.[/I]

Masuno & The Bulls used their hard-nosed style to take the fight to the Silver Dragon Feet trio early on and Miyamae, needed to be saved when he got drilled with the Hamacho Sledge 2K. But the un-fancied trio made a mistake by taking the fight to the floor and the match turned in SDF's favour. Chuichi Sanda then found himself triple-teamed, with The Rebellion particularly showing fluidity in their tags and double team combinations, in fact the trio looked really on song and were showing little signs of the internel strife that had been engulfing the faction in previous weeks. In the end Masuno and Hamacho broke up the pin after a drop-kick/slinghsot suplex from Sensational Dragon and Miyamae. But low blows from Dragon and Miyamae stopped the rescuing pair in their tracks and a Spiked Skull-Drop finished Sanda off. Despite the fact that this was very much a match of two halfs with very little in the way of twists and turns the crowd lapped it up. That's mostly down to what a good tag tandem The Rebellion are, who are so effortless, yet highly inventive with their double-team combinations and when you add someone as talented a Sensational Dragon into the mix it takes their artistry up to an even higher notch. [B][COLOR=red]Result: Shimedzu, Miyamae and Sensational Dragon defeated Yasunobu Masuno and Raging Bulls in 9:39 when Shimedzu defeated Chuichi Sanda by pinfall.[/COLOR][/B] [B][COLOR=red]Rating: B+[/COLOR][/B] [CENTER][COLOR=black]____________________________________________________[/COLOR][/CENTER] [CENTER][B]Match #2: Trios Tournament Round 1:[/B] [B]Sean McFly & The Pacific Express (Shingen Miyazaki & Kenko Takemitsu) vs[/B] [B]Rhino Umaga, The Awesome Kiyaru & Golden Scorpion[/B][/CENTER] [CENTER][IMG]http://s137.photobucket.com/albums/q236/Tigerkinney/th_SeanMcFly.jpg[/IMG] [IMG]http://s137.photobucket.com/albums/q236/Tigerkinney/th_ShingenMiyazaki.jpg[/IMG] [IMG]http://s137.photobucket.com/albums/q236/Tigerkinney/th_KenkoTakemitsu.jpg[/IMG][/CENTER] [CENTER][B][SIZE=3]vs[/SIZE][/B][/CENTER] [CENTER][IMG]http://s137.photobucket.com/albums/q236/Tigerkinney/th_RhinoUmaga.jpg[/IMG] [IMG]http://s137.photobucket.com/albums/q236/Tigerkinney/th_TheAwesomeKiyaru.jpg[/IMG] [IMG]http://s137.photobucket.com/albums/q236/Tigerkinney/th_GoldenScorpion.jpg[/IMG][/CENTER] A much more even contest , though it took some time to get out of second gear, and once it did it was all over like in a flash. The finishing strerch saw The Awesome Kiyaru work his way out of an ankle-lock and take down Miyazaki with a leg-sweep before going up top and landing the Magic Cloud, only for Sean McFly to break up the pin and dril Kiyaru with a Death Valley Driver. Just as McFly was about to make the pin, Rhino Umaga to came along like a steam-train and flattened the former NOTBPW star with a Rhino-Charge. But Kenko Takemitsu came off the top rope and drilled the big Samoan with a missile-drop-kick, but before he could follow up Golden Scorpion appeared like a flash of lighting with the Scorpion Stinger and with everyone else still shaking the cobwebs from their heads that was enough to put The Big Samoan and the Junior Division duo through in what could be considered a mild upset, given McFly's hot streak since coming into BHOTWG. For those taking notes, whilst McFly's unbeaten streak has now ended (if you count all types of competiton), he is still unbeaten in singles matches and has so far yet to be pinned or submitted since the start of the current tour. [B][COLOR=red]Result: Rhino Umaga and Kiyaru & Scorpion defeated Sean McFly and The Pacific Express in 9:31 when Golden Scorpion defeated Kenko Takemitsu by pinfall.[/COLOR][/B] [B][COLOR=red]Rating: B-[/COLOR][/B] [CENTER][B]__________________________________________[/B][/CENTER] [CENTER][B]Match #3: Trios Tournament Round 1:[/B] [B]Elemental II & "HorrIno" (Kinnojo Horri & Koshiro Ino) vs[/B] [B]SUKI & P.I.N.K (Marihito Maskuko & Tadakuni Toshusai)[/B][/CENTER] [CENTER][IMG]http://s137.photobucket.com/albums/q236/Tigerkinney/th_ElementalII.jpg[/IMG] [IMG]http://s137.photobucket.com/albums/q236/Tigerkinney/th_KinnojoHorri.jpg[/IMG] [IMG]http://s137.photobucket.com/albums/q236/Tigerkinney/th_KoshiroIno.jpg[/IMG][/CENTER] [CENTER][B][SIZE=3]vs[/SIZE][/B][/CENTER] [CENTER][IMG]http://s137.photobucket.com/albums/q236/Tigerkinney/th_SUKI.jpg[/IMG] [IMG]http://s137.photobucket.com/albums/q236/Tigerkinney/th_MarihitoMasuko.jpg[/IMG] [IMG]http://s137.photobucket.com/albums/q236/Tigerkinney/th_BHOTWG-TadakuniToshusaiPINK.jpg[/IMG][/CENTER] This was similar to the first match in the fact that the face team came out hot but the heels soon turned it around with under-handed tactics, what was different however is that P.I.N.K and SUKI turned it around pretty quickly and both Elemental II and 'HorrIno' are legitimate fans favourites, who the crowd were fully behind. The Junior veteran played face in peril , as the the c0cky SUKI and the sadistic P.I.N.K battered and stretched Elemental II, frustating both the fans and Elemental II's tag partners. But when SUKI went to lock on the SUKI Special, Elemental II managed to work his way out of it and he countered with an Elemental Suplex, he then went for the tag but Toshusai dragged him into the middle of the ring. But Elemental II managed to springboard of the ring-ropes and take down the big man with a Tornado DDT before getting in the hot-tag to Koshiro Ino, earning a big ovation from the crowd. Ino then cleaned house on Toshusai hitting a leaping lariat off the ropes that took Toshusai out of the ring, but Masuko and SUKI combined to down Ino with a double missile drop-kick before locking on a Figure Four Leglock/SUKI Special double submission on the POWAAH and Paint man. Horri saw enough and broke up the SUKI Special by dropping an elbow, before being ordered back to his corner. But Masuko still had the Figure Four locked on, but Ino managed to edge his way nearer to his corner, seeing this Elemental II climbed the top-rope and broke up submission hold the P.I.N.K leader had on Ino with an Inferno Splash. Elemental II then got himself officially tagged in to score the winning pinfall. The home stretch began with Bulldozer Brandon Smith drriving Hyosuke Kokan into the canvas with the Atomic Driller (Texas Pile-driver) after blocking a Tornado DDT, only for Nakasawa to come in and make the save. Nakasawa and BBS then duked it out for a bit before Nakasawa was able to drop the Gaijin Young-Lion with the Nakasawa Neckbreaker. But Tom Gilmore then nailed Nakasawa with a super-kick and took the World Champion down with an STO, before going up top for the Picture Perfect Moonsault but Kansuke Konda raced up the turnbuckle and took Gilmore down with a top-rope Big-Fight Stunner. The Size of the Fight Man, then went for the cover, but Steve Flash pulled him off and went to turn him over into the Boston Crab, but Konda managed to flip onto his back and kick Flash off, before springing to his feet and rocking Flash with a roaring elbow, before downing the Canadian veteran with the Konda Driver. Nakasawa and Kokan then tied up BBS and Gilmore on the outside as Nakasawa and Size of the Fight advanced to the next round. Sakai got in enough flurries of offence early on to perhaps tease the possibility that he might cause the leader of the most dominant faction in BHOTWG a few problems, but by around the three minute mark it was clear that Kudo was fully in control and could end the match at anytime he wanted. A Kudo Driver '99 (Cross-Arm Piledriver) could indeed have ended it at around three and half minutes, but Kudo decided not to take the three count and instead lifted the young-lion up to inflict more punishment as if he wanted to set some kind of sadistic example that he was still the man to beat, and Sakai was probably thankful, when Kudo finally did decide to finish him off with the Kudo-Kutter. Dragon and Golden Scorpion start out, they exchange arm-drags until Scorpion bounces off the ropes and nails Dragon with a drop-kick. Dragon backs up to his corner and tags in Miyamae, who then gets take down with a baseball slide from Scorpion. Scorpion tags in Umaga who pounds away on Miyamae, before slamming the tag champion down with a scoop power-slam. Kiyaru then goes up top and flys off with a frog-splash but Miyamae gets the knees up, Miyamae tries to scramble back over to his corner , but Umaga is tagged back in and catches up with Miyamae, he lifts Miyamae up onto his shoulders but the Dragon-Feeter is able to slip off catches the Samoan with an elbow, and sneaks in a low-blow. Before getting the tag into Shimedzu, the pair then take Umaga down with a high/low combination, before dragging the big Samoan into their corner. The Silver Dragon Feet trio then work over Umaga in their corner, wearing him down with quick tags and triple team combinations such as a triple-team face-wash followed by a hesitaiton drop-kick, and a double team front suplex across from The Rebellion the ring-ropes followed by a double-stomp from Sensational Dragon. But the former SDF member , dug down deep and it a burst of offence he fought off the Dragon Feet trio- when the Rebellion went for a double slinghshot suplex he blocked that move and took down both with a double clothesline, before catching Sensational Dragon coming off the ropes and taking down the former Junior Champion with a swinging side-slam. Umaga then fell to the mat and slowly began to crawl his way back to his corner, just as it looked like Miyamae was going to prevent the tag he got the tag into The Awesome Kiyaru who took the fight right to the tag champion with a series of kicks, Miyamae cut off the flurry and whipped Kiyaru into the ring-ropes but the Junior Division veteran , used the momentum to take Miyamae down with spinning head-scissors. Shimedzu broke up any chance off a pin-attempt but Kiyaru was able to tag in Golden Scorpion, who was able to take Shimedzu down with a springboard drop-kick , sending the tag champion out of the ring. Sensational Dragon then came in and took Scorpion down with a leg-whip and followed up with a Standing Moonsault....... One.... Two.... Umaga made the save, Umaga then whipped Dragon into the corner and looked to follow up with the Rhino Charge, but the c0cky Junior Division star managed to slip out of the way, before any damage could be done. The Silver Dragon Feet trio then looked to re-group on the outside but Kiyaru and Scorpion wasn't going to give them any time to gather their thoughts as the Junior Division pair climbed up to a turbuckle each , as they crashed onto the Silver Dragon Feet trio with twin moonsaults. Kiyaru then fed Miyamae into Umaga, who took slowed the tag champion down even more with an inverted atomic drop and then followed up with a scoop power-slam...... One..... Two..... Miyamae kicked out, but Umaga turned him over into the Samoan Crab, but whilst Umaga had othe submission locked on Shimedzu and Dragon had turned things around on the outside, taking out Kiyaru and Scorpion with a pair of chair-shots, as referee Shinozaki was focused on what was happening in the ring. Dragon and Shimedzu, then managed to pull Miyamae towards the ring-ropes and force the submission to be broken. Miyamae then rolled out of the ring, before Shimedzu re-entered, but Umaga took the Super-10 Cup winner down with a combination of a throat-thrust and a headbutt, and Shimedzu rolled out of harms-way, but Umaga wasn't ready for Sensational Dragon, who sprang into the ring taking Umaga down with the Sensation Shock. One...... Two..... Kiyaru and Scorpion were back up..... But Shimedzu and Miyamae cut them off.... Three !! Good semi final, though the crowd never really thought that Umaga's team could cause the upset, because as with their first round match the Silver Dragon Feet trio looked completely on the same page, so far everything is looking strangely rosy for SDF, could they be putting their recent troubles behind them this week and show unity as a stable once again ? Konda takes the fight right to the Junior legend, backing up Elemental II onto the ropes but Elemental II comes back with a series of kicks doubling over Konda, before going for an Elemental Driver, but Konda manages to block and counters with a Northern Lights Suplex..... One..... Two..... Elemental II kicks out, and before Konda can follow up he scrambles over to get the tag into Koshiro Ino. The POWAAAH and Paint Man, then lifts Konda into the air, and sends the tag champion crashing down to the mat with a Gorilla Press-Slam..... One..... Two.... Konda kicked out, but he still found himself isolated in the wrong corner and he got worked over by Horri and Ino as Elemental II mostly took a breather and directed traffic. The heavyweight pair went for several covers, but Konda showed great fighting spirit and kept kicking out. Eventually Horri went in for the kill and set up for the Destiny Bomb, but Konda fought out with a series of elbow strikes, and when Horri went for the Burning Lariat, Konda ducked under slid und the ring-ropes and then took Horri down with a sprinbgoard bull-dog.....before rolling over to make the tag into Nakasawa. Koshiro Ino came back into the ring, and the two heavyweights duked it out, until Nakasawa managed to take control and he took Ino over with a German Suplex....... Nakasawa held on and took Ino over with another German, before going into a bridging pin..... One..... Two.... Elemental II broke it up........ Nakasawa then grabbed Elemental II and set up for a power-bomb but the Junior veteran countered with a Tornado DDT...... Hyosuke Kokan then flew into the ring and took Elemental II down with Tilt- A Whirl Head-Scissors, before both members of Size of the Fight decided to drop-kick 'HorrIno' off the apron and follow up with double suicide dives. That left Nakasawa and Elemental II in the ring. Elemental II was up-first and he took Nakasawa off balance with a series of kicks but Nakasawa came right back , rebounding off the ropes, knocking Elemental II down with a cross-body block. Nakasawa then went for the cover but the Junior veteran managed to turn it over and he locked on the Elemental Clutch. Thankfully for Nakasawa, Kokan and Konda dived back into the ring, and broke up the submission. Elemental II then found himself on the end of a series of double teams from the former tag champions, but a double-cutter nor a leg-sweep/neckbreaker combination was going to keep Elemental II down. Size of the Fight then set up for their double team finisher the Final Impact, but Elemental II saw it coming and countered with a flurry of kicks, before springing off the ropes to take both members of Size of the Fight down with a double DDT. After that burst of energy Elemental II then slumped to the canvas before getting the tag into Kinnojo Horri. But Kokan had managed to get the tag into Hiroaki Nakasawa, Nakasawa was the first to get his shot in, rocking Horri with a fore-arm smash before setting up for the Nakasawa Neckbreaker, but Horri blocked that and tried for Burning Lariat, however Nakasawa was able to block that and he planted Horri across his knee with a Uranage backbreaker, before taking Horri over with a Northern Lights Suplex...... One...... Two..... Horri kicked out, but Nakasawa then locked on the STF..........Horri managed to make it to the ropes, but Nakasawa was fully in control, and after laying in some more fore-arms he whipped Horri into the ropes and set up for the H-Bomb, but Koshiro Ino had seen enough and the POWAAAH and Paint star, flew in off the top turnbuckle knocking Nakasawa down with a flying double axe handle. Ino then got himself offically tagged in, however this gave Nakasawa a little time to recover and the former World Champion was back to his feet. The exchanged blows before Nakasawa whipped Ino into the ropes, but the former tag champion knocked Nakasawa down with a Leaping Lariat.....Nakasawa got up but Ino nailed him with the Kobra's Bite........ One..... Two....... Kokan came off the top-rope and broke up the pin with a cannonball...... Konda then flew off the top-rope and SOTF took Ino down with a leg-sweep/flying cross-body. Konda and Kokan then lifted Ino up into position and took the POWAAH and Paint man down with the Final Impact !! One..... Two.... Thr..... Nooo !! Horri and Elemental II dived in to make the save, a double team drop-kick rocked Horri but Elemental II then took Konda down with roundhouse kick, before following up with a kick to the mid-section and an Elemental Driver, but Kokan was still in the ring and he sneaked up behind Elemental II, taking the Junior legend over with a double chickenwing suplex..... One..... Two....... Horri was able to dive over and break it up, he then lifted Kokan onto his shoulders, Kokan tried to fight out with elbows but Horri held firm and drove the Size of the Fight member into the canvas with a Destiny Bomb. One.... Two....... Ino and Elemental II were in place to guard the ring Three Excellent match, they put everything a good six man tag should have into the mix for the fifteeen and half minutes it ran for and throughout the match the crowd really didn't know who was going to come out on top, right up until the end. But all of a sudden Hell Monkey gets Americana trapped in a guillotine choke, Americana starts to struggle free, but the latest addition to Silver Dragon Feet, fire's in a series of elbow shots before re-applying the submission hold....... Americana is really struggling..... Referee Shinozaki checks his condition........ No sign of life....... Shinozaki checks again.... Americana looks like he might be done...... Shinozaki takes another look...... Signs of life this time, and Americana rolls his body weight onto Hell Monkey..... Now Hell Monkey's shoulders are pinend to the mat....... One..... Two.... Hell Monkey wont let go, but his shoulders are stuck to the mat.... Thr....... Hell Monkey lets go of the choke and kicks out. But the Junior champion looks to be dead weight, Hell Monkey goes for a cover...... One.... Two..... Nooo !! Americana kicked out, as the champion shows great fighting spirit. Hell Monkey then goes up top and sets up for the tumbling monkey. But he takes his time to set up, as he looks a bit tentative up on the turnbuckle. Americana staggers up to his feet, Hell Monkey see's this and changes tactic and comes off with a missile drop-kick.....but Americana counters with a defensive standing drop-kick, drop-kicking each other in mid-air !!! They both stagger up to their feet, Hell Monkey is up first, and fires in a series of knee-strikes he goes for an Exploder Suplex, but Americana fights his way out with elbows, Hell Monkey lets go.......American then catches Hell Monkey with a step up Enziguri........Hell Monkey is staggered, Americana follows up with the Falcon Arrow.......... One.... Two...... Hell Monkey kicks out, Americana now heads to the top-rope, but that proved to be premature as Hell Monkey staggered back up to his feet, leaned into the ring-ropes and crotched Americana on the top turnbuckle....... Hell Monkey, followed Americana up.........WRIST CLUTCH EXPLODER !!! from the top !! Americana looks done, but Hell Monkey was also feeling the effects of falling from the top-rope and began to favour his back again, and was slow to follow up with a pin attempt. One..... Two...... Americana kicked out. Hell Monkey stayed in control, with a series of kicks to soften up the champion before whipping Americana across the ring......Hell Monkey went for the Hell Fire-kick but Americana managed to avoid contact and bounced off the ring-ropes to take Hell Monkey down with a springboard inverted DDT. Hell Monkey staggered back to his feet...... and walked right into the Tri-Fecta kick series, Americana went to follow up with an Elemental Driver , but Hell Monkey responds with knee-strikes, Americana fights back with some strikes of his own, he spins Hell Monkey around.......Belly to Back Suplex, he rolls through but he does not go for a pin, instead he lifts Hell Monkey back up again........and follows with an Elemental Suplex........into a bridging pin...... One....... Two....... Three !!! Americana is still the champion. Considering Hell Monkey wasn't at 100 % and they were on more of a leash in terms of time given as far as title matches go, they did a really good job of putting on let another top Junior Title contest. If anything ( considering the 'carrying an injury' angle with Hell Monkey) it was probably smart not to let the match go too long and the finish was smartly connected into the 'back injury' that Hell Monkey was carrying into the match. Normally a series of suplexes wouldn't keep someone of his calibre down, but you play in the back injury and it really looked like Americana as champion had done his homework. [B][COLOR=red]Result: Americana defeated Hell Monkey in 11:46 by pinfall with an Elemental Driver. [/COLOR][/B] [B][COLOR=red]Americana retains the Burning Junior Championship Title. Ino simply over-powers and brings the former Openweight Champion into their corner, where he tags in Horri. Horri and Ino work over Miyamae, and drop-kick assisted double suplex, leads to a near-fall. Ino then takes Miyamae up onto his shoulders, and delivers a Fire-man's carry powerslam before Elemental II springs off the top-rope and lands a Quebrada...... One...... Two...... Miyamae kicks out , and just as Elemental II is about to follow up he sneaks in a low blow as both Shimedzu and Sensational Dragon run out their corner, knocking Horri and Ino off the apron. Horri and Ino get back up on the apron and complain about the 'illegal' tactics from Silver Dragon Feet but all this served to do is to allow the Dragon Feet trio to hit a series of running drop-kicks to Elemental II, as referee Omura Umeki was distracted. Eventually Umeli turned around and Miyamae went for the cover. One.... Two.... Elemental II, was able to kick out but the tide of the match had been turned and the Junior legend found himself isolated in Silver Dragon Feet's corner. The usual stuff followed from SDF (face-wash, hesitaiton drop-kick, front suplex onto top-rope followed by double stomp) and near-falls came after a back-breaker (Shimedzu), leg-drop (Miyamae) and Quebrada (Dragon combo) and from a leg-lariat assisted slingshot suplex but Elemental II wasn't going to go down without fight. And when Shimedzu went for the Skull-Drop........Elemental II had is scouted and was able to counter with a somersault DDT. The Junior legend then rolled towards his corner but Miyamae caught hold of his leg and brought him back to the Dragon Feeter corner, but Elemental II pushed Miyamae into Sensational Dragon, and as Miyamae bounced back off the turnbuckle, Elemental II dumped him with a belly to back suplex, before scrambling over to get in the tag. But now Shimedzu had recovered and he grabbed Elemental II's leg, but the former six time Junior champion managed to nail Shimedzu with a float over Enziguri before finally getting the hot-tag into Kinnojo Horri. Horri cleaned house taking Miyamae up and over with a back body drop, then taking Shimedzu down with a running clothesline. Sensational Dragon then sprang into the ring, but Horri caught the former Junior champion, and drove Dragon into the mat with a sit-out power-bomb..... One... Two.... Shimedzu dived in to make the save, but Horri kept control as he dragged Dragon into his corner before gettng the tag into Koshiro Ino. Ino took over with a German Suplex, before Elemental II tagged back in and landed on Dragon with a Moonsault..... One..... Two...... Dragon kicked out, Ino then tagged back in, and set-up for a Power-Bomb, but Dragon managed to hop onto Ino's shoulders and he took the POWAAH and Paint star down with a sick looking reverse-rana...... One.... Two.... Thr..... Horri came in to break it up, and set up got Dragon up onto his shoulders for a the Destiny Bomb, but the former Junior champion again had a counter as edged Horri towards the turnbuckle, before taking the big man down with a Dragon-Slice !!! One... Two.... Elemental II sprang into the ring and broke up the pin with a diving leg-drop. Elemental II then teed off on Sensational Dragon with the Tri-Fecta kick-series, he then set up for the Earth Breaker, but Dragon had it scouted and he drop-kicked Elemental II out of the ring...... All three members of the Elemental II, 'HorrIno' trio were recovering on the outside, and just as they were getting up and about to make their way back into the ring, Sensational Dragon took it upon himself to spring onto the top -rope and then fly off it with a springboard shooting star press. Dragon then fed Elemental II into the ring, where The Rebellion were waiting, and the tag champions took the Junior legend down with a double slingshot suplex....... One.... Two.... Elemental II kicked out, but The Rebellion were in total control and set up for the Spiked Skull-Drop, but Elemental II had it scouted and took Shimedzu down with a rolling cutter.....Miyamae then jumped down and Elemental II caught him with an Enziguri, Shimedzu was back up though and went to nail the Junior legend with a roundhouse kick, but Elemental II ducked under and instead Shimedzu caught Miyamae. Elemental II then took Shimedzu down with a spinning leg-sweep, but the Super 10 cup winner managed to roll to the outside, before Elemental II could follow up. Miyamae however was still 'knocked out' from the accidental roundhouse he received from his own tag partner, and Elemental II headed up top...... Just as Miyamae was stirring..... Elemental II crashed down onto him with the INFERNO SPLASH !! One.... Two..... Horri and Ino were now back to their feet and they held Dragon and Shimedzu back from making the save Three !!! Elemental and 'HorrIno' are the 2008 Trios Tournament champions !! Quite simply that was one of the best Six Man Tag's in recent history, and it seem's very fitting that it should headline a show built entirely around that type of match. Everyone put in a great effort with this match, but special mention should go to the two Junior Division stars in the form of Sensational Dragon and Elemental II, both of whom really stood out throughout the entire tournament. It has to be said that Elemental II and HorrIno were worthy winners, having been involved in what was arguably the best three matches throughout the entire tournament. [B][COLOR=red]Result: Elemental II and HorrIno defeated Sensational Dragon and The Rebellion in 22:04 when Elemental II defeated Miyamae by pinfall. Anyway this was a fantastic first edition of yet another succesful addition to the BHOTWG stable of tournaments (we love our tournaments here in Burning Hammer, though with the BOSJ Cup, Super 10 Cup and now this, that's probably enough to take up space on the calendar !). The Junior Title match was excellent for the time given and they worked in some good psychology, around the injuries Hell Monkey was carrying into the match and the Kudo squash was fine for what it was. _______________________________________________________________ [B]T.V News:[/B] Lords of the Ring drew a 18.55 rating on Nippon T.V (+ 0.59 ): Whilst ratings for Ironclad seem to be slipping down, rating for LOTR just keep going up.

Therefore they have decided that Americana will put the belt on the line in a 4-way elimination match.
