The finish saw Marihito Masuko block an Elemental Suplex from Elemental II and reverse it into the Masuko Cradle Shock but Kansuke Konda , but before he could make the pin Konda struck him from behind, and then set him up for the Konda Driver, leading to the Junior Tag Champion winning his second consecutive triple threat match. With these consecutive victories over more storied opponents Burning Hammer management must surely now be keeping a close eye on Konda in singles competition. Result: Kansuke Konda defeated Elemental II and Marihito Masuko in 9:43 when Kansuke Konda defeated Marihito Masuko by pinfall Rating: B Notes: I honestly forgot that Konda won that triple threat match the other day, otherwise I probably would not have booked him to win _______________________________________________________________ A hype video plays for the Openweight Title Match between Rhino Umaga and Mokuami Maita , it shows Maita winning Mondays Elimination Gauntlet. Rating: E+ Notes: I try my best to make the fans care about the Openweight Title, but any hype segement involving it gets crapped upon no matter what. It doesn't help that the Under-30 age limit, means that most of the people eligible for the title are the least over people on the roster. Match # 2: Openweight Title: Rhino Umaga vs Mokuami Maita vs Rhino Umaga was still carrying the nagging ankle injury that has been plagueing him for about a month and it played into the out-come of the match, but it also played into the quality of the match as well, as Umaga looked slugglish out-there. After a brief burst of dominanance from the champion, Maita without a 2 minute barrage of stiff strikes and shoulder blocks, before taking Rhino down with a leg-sweep, he then worked over Umaga's weak point (his ankle) before locking on the ankle-lock. Umaga managed to power out of it the first time, and then he went for the Rhino Charge howevever the ankle-lock had caused too much damage for his charge to be effective and Maita managed to side step Umaga, and was able to send him crashing to the canvas with a drop toe hold...Maita locked on the ankle-lock once again, Umaga tried to power his way to the ropes but Maita was determined not to let go and eventually Rhino Umaga had no choice but to tap and to lose the Openweight Title. Result: Mokuami Maita defeated Rhino Umaga in 7:43 by submission. Mokuami Maita wins the Burning Openweight Championship title. Rating: C Mokuami Maita then celebrates winning the Openweight Title Rating: E+ (As I said earlier about the Openweight Title the fans just don't care all that much) Notes: The original plan was to have Umaga hold the belt until the end of the current tour, maybe longer but once he picked up the injury and wasn't recovering from it fully in time, those plans had to change. I always wanted to put the title on a more technical smaller opponent, rather than another big man and Maita with his good grasp of submission wrestling met that criteria. _______________________________________________________________ Match # 3: Hooded Kudo vs Super Joshuya vs This match was like Kudo vs Elemental II from the previous show but with considerably more domination from Kudo and you never got the feeling that Joshuya could cause an upset, OK it wasn't like the Kudo-Elemental II match at all, except for the fact that Kudo was facing off against another Junior Division worker. That being said the match as always when involving Kudo was technically solid and Joshuya sold/bumped well for Kudo's offence. The finish saw Joshuya kick out of the Kudo Driver '99 (Cross-Arm Pile-driver) but he may as well stayed down, because as soon as he got up he was stunned with the Kudo-Kutter and that was enough to earn Kudo the not too hard fought victory. Result: Hooded Kudo defeated Super Joshuya in 8:32 by pinfall. Rating: B- With Joshuya laying flat out on his back, Hooded Kudo then grabbed a mic and laid out a warning to Hiroaki Nakasawa that at Sword of Destiny, what he witnessed just there was an preview of what will be happening to him in their World Title Match. Kudo said it is written in Destiny that he will win the World Title and on that night the reign of domination from Silver Dragon Feet shall begin Rating: B __________________________________________________________________ In moment of total randomness...coverage is shown of the official press conference for the World Championship match between Hiroaki Nakasawa & Hooded Kudo. As per usual with these things it ends up after a heated exchange of words with the two opponents standing up and having a staredown, with security in the middle preventing them from coming to blows. Rating: B- _____________________________________________________________ Match # 4: Miyamae vs Toshiki Shibanumo vs This was an unadvertised additional match to the card, because of the Openweight Title Match running short . It was a rare outing in front of the camera's for the veteran Shibanumo, and he did not do too badly, of-course it did help that his opponent was someone the calibre of Miyamae. What ensued between the two was a smoothly worked technical bout , with the Silver-Dragon Feet 2K7 member always just having the slight upper hand. The finish came when Miyamae stunned Shibanumo with a super-kick and then folloiwed up with the Miyamae Spoiler (Hangmans face buster) to earn the victory. Result: Miyamae defeated Toshiki Shibanumo in 9:44 by pinfall. Rating: B- __________________________________________________________________ Tetsuzan Kaneko is backstage with Kinnojo Horri & Koshiro Ino, he asks them about their Tag Team Title match with the Raging Bulls. Pretty basic stuff here as Horri and Ino say that the Bulls have proven themselves to be a great team over the years but that their title reign would be coming to an end tonight. Ino seemed more animated than Horri in the interview, but given his recent history with the Raging Bulls, when his previous team with Tadakuni Toshusai lost the belts to the bulls and were unable to regain them, that is understandable. Rating: C Match # 5: World Tag Titles: Raging Bulls (Eiji Hamacho & Chuichi Sanda) vs Kinnojo Horri & Koshiro Ino & vs & The match started out fairly slow and pretty even as all four members in the contest got in some token offence, that is until Horri & Ino were unable to isolate Chuichi Sanda in their corner, after 2 minutes of Sanda being worked over, he managed to escape and got the tag in to Eiji Hamacho, the roles then revered with Koshiro Ino now being worked over in the corner by the Raging Bulls. Eventually Ino did get the tag in to Horri, who cleared the rings of both Raging Bulls, Ino & Horri then dropped to the outside and all 4 engaged in a bit of brawling with Horri & Ino using their momentum to come out on top. Horri was with Sanda in the ring and sent Sanda crashing down with the Desiny Bomb....one-two..thr..no ! Hamacho managed to get in an break it up. Horri and Hamacho were now going blow for blow in the ring, Hamacho ducked a Burning Lariat attempt from Horri and then dump Horri on his head with a Belly to Back Suplex...Hamacho went of the pin but it was broken up by Koshiro Ino who then slammed Hamacho down with the Back-Snapper...One-two-thr....broken up by an elbow drop from Chuichi Sanda. Sanda then nailed Ino with the Explosion Kick but before he could make the cover, he was scooped up Kinnojo Horri who sent him crashing down with a fall-away slam. Horri went was about to go for the cover but Horri grabbed hi feet and sent him crashing face first onto the canvas, a recovered Sanda then knocked Ino off the turnbuckle. It's now two on one in the ring....Raging Impact to Horri....one...two..three ....it's over and the Raging Bulls are still the World tag Team Champions. Result: Raging Bulls defeated Kinnojo Horri and Koshiro Ino in 15:40 when Eiji Hamacho defeated Kinnojo Horri by pinfall Raging Bulls retain the Burning World Tag Team titles. Rating: B After the match the Raging Bulls proudly pose with their World Tag Team Title belts. _________________________________________________________________ Match # 6: Non (World) Title: Hiroaki Nakasawa vs Yasunobu Masuno vs Masuno is a solid, dependable worker but there's a reason why he's dropped into the Openweight Title picture, as opposed to the World Title picture he's just not in the same league as the likes of Kudo, Shimedzu and Horri as challengers to Nakasawa's world title. This was the usual hard hitting heavyweight match between the two, that always just seems to be missing something to take it to that next level. Masuno twice went close to finishing it all with the Avalanche Bomb but both times Nakasawa was able to block the attempt and in the end it was the World Champion who was to prevail as the victor after pulling out the Nakasawa Neckbreaker, after 11 and a half minutes of a hard fought contest. Result: Hiroaki Nakasawa defeated Yasunobu Masuno in 11:32 by pinfall Rating: B ________________________________________________________________ Hooded Kudo is seen backstage with Sensational Dragon. It mostly shows highlights of the two workers impressive repetoire of moves, from their recent victories. Rating: C- Match # 7: Junior Title: Sensational Dragon vs The Awesome Kiyaru vs This match started out on fire and it never let up from beginning to end, though the Optimus vs Elemental II match had more emotional attachment to it, as an in-ring contest this was the best Junior match so far this year. The match starts off with them going at each other straight away, landing a series of strikes and kicks, Sensational Dragon gets the upper hand and trys for a suplex buy the Awesome Kiyaru pulls a standing switch, Dragon pulls a switch of his ownand finally gets off a Dragon Suplex, one-two.....Kiyaru counters and rolls through into a bridging pin for a two count of his own. Both men are back up and Kiyaru takes Dragon down with an arm-drag, he then follows up with another Arm-Drag.... both men back up and Dragon springs off the ropes but is met by a drop-kick from Kiyaru. It's only a matter of time before one of them takes to the skies and Kiyaru is the first to do that. He goes for a Moonsault but he misses Dragon however he has able to land on his feet but Dragon hits a kick-combo on Kiyaru and then downs Kiyaru with a Death Valley-Driver for a two count. Dragon then hits a snap snuplex and follows up with a Brainbuster as he begins to take control of the match, he sets up for the Dragon Slice but Kiyaru counters with a Tornado DDT and both men are down. Both men are back and exchange blows, Kiyaru then tries to get Dragon up for some kind of power-bomb type move but the Junior Champion counters with an Enziguri . Dragon's turn to go up top now and he comes off the rope with a Frog-Splash but Kiyaru gets the knees up and the Champion rolls to the outside to shake off the effects however Kiyaru gives him no time to rest up with a handspring plancha over the top rope. Both men struggle back to their feet and Kiyaru nails Dragon with a Brainbuster on the outside, he rolls Dragon back into the ring one-two....no !! Kiyaru is still in control and he whips Dragon back off the ring ropes and downs the champion with Blue Thunder Driver...One...Two...no !!! Kiyaru feels like he is only one big move away from gainning the Junior Title and he goes up top, he busts out the Magic Cloud (Imploding 450 Splash) however he took a little too much time getting up on the turnbuckle and he ate nothing but Canvas, Dragon then tries to quickly roll up Kiyaru, Kiyaru counters with a roll up of his own. Both of them stagger back to their feet, Kiyaru goes for another brainbuster but Dragon is able to counter and snaps off another one of his trusty Dragon suplexes, instead of following up with a pin this time though he locks in a Dragon Sleeper. However Kiyaru is able to get to the ropes before the Submission move can do any real damage, but Dragon is back in control and hits a drop-kick from the middle rope, the Junior Champion decides to go airborne again but Kiyaru is back up and snaps of a hurracrana from the top rope....one..two...no....Dragon counters into a sunset flip pin for a two count, then Kiyaru counters into another pin attempt of his own. Both men are back up and Kiyaru comes out on top in an exchange of kicks before snapping off a Fisherman suplex for a two count, Kiyaru then snaps off a Belly to Back suplex for another two count. Feeling once again that he needs just one more big move to put Sensational Dragon away, Kiyaru then goes up to the top turnbuckle once more but Dragon was determined not to give up the title without a fight and he followed Kiyaru up there. They exchange blows on the top rope, before Kiyaru appears to be setting Dragon up for some kind of top rope power-bomb but they both come tumbling off the top rope as Dragon is able to reverse the power-bomb attempt into a top rope Sensation Shock (Dragonrana). Sensational Dragon has just enough left to make the pin and retain the Junior Title. Result: Sensational Dragon defeated The Awesome Kiyaru in 17:33 by pinfall. Sensational Dragon retains the Burning Junior Championship title. Rating: A The show closes with Sensational Dragon celebrating his succesful title defence, as the rest of Silver Dragon Feet 2K7 come out and celebrate along with him. ________________________________________________________________ Overall: B+ The show was pretty solid throughout with the only real disappointment being the Openweight Title match, but that was to be expected with the now former champion carrying an injury. The Junior Title match was great and proved that the World Title contention Main Eventers don't always need to be in the main event, the match was fantastic through-out but it's the top rope Sensation Shock finish that lifted it from being just another very good Junior Title match into a MOTYC. _________________________________________________________________ T.V News: Ironclad drew 16.04 on TV5 Monde (-0.08)

O.O.C Note: Anyone wish to make any predictions before I post up the next show ? Which I might post up tonight or tomorrow, depends how up for writing a show I am later. This isn't one of those no ones reading this posts, I know people are reading it...I'm just bumping this up to get it noticed again, because it's got buried under a whole load of other dynasties and I just like seeing a few people attempt to read my mind as a booker. Maybe I should start giving out imaginary prizes for those who make the most correct guesses. A signed Mullet Power poster, Hooded Kudo action figure with Kudo Kutter action, Sensational Dragon replica mask ? ;) I remember Derek B saying in one set of predictions that he likes Mokuami Maita, so he's got to be happy that he won the openweight title. Though since Rhino Umaga picked up the injury, the idea of Maita winning the title and turning into his submission machine gimmick, was already booked before Derek B said he was a fan of Maita. Also just a general note about this diary, if you are looking for an exactly accurate representation of Puro, then this probably isn't it......I've already had a ladder match in this diary, and as far as I know they never happen in real-life puro feds. That being said the focus is still very much on the in-ring action, with most of it as pure no frills wrestling action....on rare occasions I will contemplate using some of the better gimmick matches such as Ladder and Cage matches, we are probably talking about 1-3 gimmick matches per tour. There won't ever be any object on a pole matches or anything cheesy like that. As a more accurate representation of Puroresu I suggest people check out gbasalamon's GCG diary, but that's not to say I am putting down my own work here, as I'm proud of what I've booked/written so far and I hope I can continue to keep people interested in what will unfold over the course of the diary.

Its all part of my long term plan for world domination. Stage 1: Steal Umaga's underpants -> Stage 2: ??? -> Stage 3: Global Domination I'm really looking forward to the next big event and then of course, the final blow-off event of the tour. They should be massive and packed with huge matches and I don't doubt for a moment that you'll make them all seem even more grand than they might actually be. Interesting to have Americana with BHOWTG, especially since he's listed in the alter-egos section as being Elemental III if he ever gets a job for BHOTWG. Will be exciting to see him (or perhaps someone else) trying to prove they are worthy of being the new incarnation of the legendary character. Derek B
Wow, a free plug, and I didn't even have to pay (much) for it!

The story of the match saw Everest unload a flurries of offence onto Ino , only for Ino to get in the occasional counter strike to stop the man mountain in his tracks. The finish saw Everest go for a splash in the corner but Ino was able to move out of the way, as a stunned Everest stumbled out of the corner. Ino made the rare move of going up on the top rope, Ino then hit a slightly ugly looking drop kick that had Everest rocking, he then followed up with a shoulder tackle that had the 400 pounder rocking even more, before sending Everest flat on his back with the Kobra's Bite (High Knee). With Everest flat out on his back, Ino just let referee Koetsu Shinozaki count Everest out. Result: Koshiro Ino defeated Everest in 5:07 when Everest was knocked out. With these two being the slightly more over and considered to be the more talented in their respective teams, this was as expected the better of the two matches. This was a pretty stiff contest with the plucky Konda going blow for blow with the considerably heavier Eiji Hamacho. Highlight of the match saw Kansuke Konda bring Hamacho down with a swinging Fisherman Suplex for a two count, meanhwile Hamacho saw near-falls after a combo of German Suplexes and a scoop powerslam. The finish saw Konda set up on the top turnbuckle, Hamacho tried to bring him back in with a suplex but Konda was able to fight him off, Hamacho charged back towards the turnbuckle and this time Konda leaped off and looked like he was going for the Tornado DDT but Hamacho caught him and placed him across his shoulder blades, this led to the Hamacho Sledge 2K (Samoan Driver) to earn the Raging Bulls the first win in the series of singles matches. Chuichi Sanda dominated much of the match as Kokan was literally just hanging on, until Kokan blocked the Explosion Kick and countered with an Enziguri. Kokan then worked over Sanda's arms with a series of elbow drops, before going up top and pulling out the Cannonball Senton , that earned a two count.....Kokan then applied the Electric Shocker Clutch (sitting double chickenwing) , Sanda briefly tried to make it to the ropes but could take no more and decided to tap. Result: Hyosuke Kokan defeated Chuichi Sanda in 9:12 by submission. Rating: C Notes: The match wasn't that bad, but if suffered by going straight after the much better Hamacho-Konda match. It was also a little disappointing as it was totally one sided until the very end of the match, where Sanda must have looked a bit weak by giving in to Kokan's offence all too easily. After the match Hamacho and Konda join their respective partners and after a brief face off the two teams begin to brawl with one another, before security step in to pull them apart Rating: C- _______________________________________________________________ Match # 6: Kinnojo Horri vs Champagne Lover vs This was a very good match and Champagne Lover's best so far on the tour. It was similar to his contests with Yasunobu Masuno, but just that little bit better. Horri came out strong and dominated Lover with some stiff offenceand got an early two count with a delayed vertical suplex. However Lover was able to turn the tide after Horri missed with a Lariat and Lover connected with a diving shoulder tackle. Horri then rolled to the outside but Lover then hit a diving European Uppercut , before following up with a Piledriver on the concrete, that took alot out of Lover, but he was able to roll into the ring in plenty of time, as referee Omura Umeki started his twenty count. Seeing that Horri was recovering in time Lover, then climbed to the top turnbuckle and hit a double axe-handle across the back of Horri before rolling Horri back in, Lover then continued to work over the back and shoulders of Horri, slowly and methodically dismantling the perennial nearly man of the World Title scene in Buring Hammer , and at this point it looked like Lover was on his way to earning a massive victory. As expected Lover went to lock on the Champagne Breakfast seated arm bar but Horri powered out of it, Lover tried to apply the submissin hold again but once again Horri powered out of it, and now the heavyweight star was starting to fire up, suddenly Horri hit a flurry of unstoppable on Champagne Lover, until the Mexican import staggered into a Burning Lariat one-two....nooo !! Lover was close enough to the ropes to get his feet on the ropes. Horri then tried to get Lover up for a power-bomb but Lover fought him off an brought him down with a side russian leg-sweep, both men lay on the canvas trying to recover from the gruelling match up as they got up... the exchanged blows once more.....Lover hit a drop-kick that had Horri rocking , before taking down Horri with an inverted DDT. Lover then went to the skies and came off the top turnbuckle, landing with a diving head-butt, unfortunately for the Mexican he ate nothing but canvas, Horri then scooped him up and finished him off with the Destiny Bomb. I was not expecting to say that Champagne Lover (who has disappointed on other parts of the tour) was in a contender for match of the night, but on this occasion he was in one of those matches. Elemental II and Shimedzu started things off and engaged in some chain wrestling, neither get the advantage and they tag in Golden Scorpion and Sensational Dragon , the Junior wrestlers circle each other for a bit before locking up.l Golden Scorpion takes down Sensational Dragon with an arm-drag before tagging back into Elemental II, good team work from Elemental II and Golden Scorpion, meanwhile Kudo & Nakasawa have yet to tag in and the commentators think they are trying to save themselves before their big World Title match at Sword of Destiny. Sensational Dragon pulls out a Dragon Suplex on Elemental II , both are now down and scramble to their corners, and both Kudo & Nakasawa are finally tagged in. Nakasawa initially over-powers Kudo, but the wily veteran uses a simple but effective short-cut (thumb to the eye) and now Nakasawa is trapped in the Silver Dragon Feet 2K7 corner where Shimedzu and Sensational Dragon swamp all over him. Nakasawa showed the sort of resiliance that ha sen him remain as the world champion so far on this tour and fought his way out of the onslaught and tagged in Elemental II who hit a springboard drop kick on Shimedzu, Elemental II then tried for the Elemental Driver but Shimedzu counters with a monkeyflip into the ropes. Golden Scorpion is now going up top but Sensational Dragon now comes into the ring and pulls off a top rope Dragon Suplex , one-two... Elemental II makes the save and then nails Sensational Dragon with the Elemental Driver....Hooded Kudo makes the last ditch save and all breaks loose as they all start brawling on the floor...apart from Sensational Dragon who comes through the ropes like a speeding tornado with a tope con hilo, bowling everyone over. After everyone shakes off the effects and order is restored Shimedzu is back in with , Elemental II...Shimedzu goes for the Skull-Drop but it is blocked and Elemental spikes him with the Earth-Breaker (Cradle Piledriver) one..two..thr Sensational Dragon makes the save, Scorpion then comes off the top turnbuckle and takes down Dragon with a flying clotheslone..... Elemental II goes up to the other turnbuckle, with Shimedzu still down...Kudo has seen enough and takes down Elemental II with a Kudo Kutter off the top rope. One-two-no.... Nakasawa is now in and he dumps Kudo with a release German suplex, he looks to follow up but Shimedzu gets him off balance with a drop-kick. Shimedzu follows up with an STO takedown...suddenly Golden Scorpion appears out of no-where and nails Shimedzu with the Scorpion Stinger (Rolling Wheel-Kick)....Sensational Dragon tries to come in and make the cover but it's too late and Scorpion is able to pin Shimedzu long enough to pick up the win for Team Nakasawa. This was another good main event, but not as good as some of the others, as it definately felt like Kudo and Nakasawa were saving a bit in the tank for both Wednesday's matches and their World Title showdown on Saturday. Result: Hiroaki Nakasawa, Elemental II and Golden Scorpion defeated Hooded Kudo, Shimedzu and Sensational Dragon in 23:48 when Golden Scorpion defeated Shimedzu by pinfall . Backstage News Rhino Umaga is now fully recovered from the ankle injury he picked up last month and ultimately led to him having to job the Openweight Title to Mokuami Maita. With Umaga now fully comitted to Burning Hammer, it's highly likely he will get resigned after this tour and should maintain a strong position on the roster. Yasuhiko Taira turned up late to the last show. He's been unhappy at the lack of push he's been getting, the amount of losses he has taken (near enough the same thing) and the amount of shows he has been featured on....... He got issued with a warning, surprisingly he did not complain about getting picked on, so I've got to give him some Kudos for taking the warning like a man, that's not to say I'll suddenly be pushing Mr Can't last 5 minutes to the moon. Unsurprisngly another serial complainer about getting a lack of push and not featuring on enough shows is Everest. Everest's contract runs out in the summer and I don't think this is much of a spoiler...it's not getting renewed.

Spot of the match saw everyone laid out after a tower of doom spot, when Champagne Lover (the biggest man in the match), brought the rest crashing in off the top rope with a power-bomb, on the way down Masuko took VENOM down with the Into the white and Americana snapped ofa hurracarrana on Masuko. It was that spot, that took the intensity of the match to the next level of intensity, after the usually pedestrian first half that is often the case with these sort of matches, after that there was near-falls a plenty. The final sequence saw Champagne Lover nail VENOM with the Lover Stunner, but Masuko immediately took Lover 450 Splash from Americana. It’s was now down to Masuko and Americana. Americana tried for an Elemental Suplex but it was blocked by Masuko, Masuko then tried for the Cradle Shock but Americana was able to block that, and then got Masuko up for the Elemental Driver , one-two-thr…VENOM is getting back in….too late…three. Americana picks up a massive win on his official debut and makes and is immediately serving notice to the rest of the Burning Hammer roster, that he will be a force to be reckoned with. Masuno is one of those workers who can be carried to a good match, if put in the ring with a good worker but Toshusai still has quite a way to go before, he can be relied upon to produce on a consistent basis. Masuno won what was an unfortunately mediocre match with an Avalanche Bomb. Result: Yasunobu Masuno defeated Tadakuni Toshusai in 9:05 by pinfall. This one probably went a little too long, as it took a bit of time to get going, with little of the high impact manoeuvres expected of the Junior Division. It did pick up in the last 5 minutes though and had it probably would have been a better paced match if it was a 10 minute match, wrestled like it was in the home stretch throughout as opposed to a 15 minute that took a bit of time to get going. The finish saw Scorpion kick out of the J-Drop from Super-Joshuya after a 2 and a half count. Both men back up and Joshuya sets Scorpion up for a rolling cutter type move, but Scorpion escapes and plants Joshuya with a DDT, he then follows up with a kick combo that had Joshuya dazed before finishing the job with the Scorpion Stinger. The Bulls decide to leave the ring to get their heads together, but Hyosuke Kokan comes off the top turnbuckle with a flying body press onto Sanda and Konda comes flying through the ropes with a suicide Dive crashing into Hamacho. SOTF are doing everything they can to work the match at their pace and not give the bulls a moment rest. However their eagerness soon back-fires and the Bulls get things turned around on the outside, Sanda whipped Kokan into the guard-rail and Hamacho power-bombed Konda into another guard-rail on the opposite side. Once inside Kokan was being worked over by the Bulls, Kokan tried his best to get across to Konda, and at one point did get across to the other corner but Konda wasn’t on the turnbuckle as he was still recovering from being power-bombed into the guard-rail , and Hamacho dragged a confused Kokan right back to the Bulls corner. Kokan is coming back with little offence and it looks like it’s only a matter of time before the Bulls put the seal on the win. Hamacho sets Kokan up for the Hamacho Sledge-2K but out of no-where Kokan pulls off a Tornado DDT, both men are down……Hamacho gets the tag into Sanda, Kokan leaps over to his corner in the hope that Konda has now recovered…. this time Konda is there and the hot tag is made. Both Konda and Sanda charge at each other and exchange a flurry of blows, Konda is giving as good as Sanda is dishing out and it’s hard to tell who is the Junior performer. Sanda goes for the Explosion Kick but Konda ducks and dumps him Sanda with a Fisherman suplex…he gets a two count. Konda tags Kokan back in, who comes off the top turnbuckle with the Cannonball Senton on to Sanda…..one..two… Hamacho breaks it up. Hamacho unloads on Kokan and even gets in a shot on Konda, knocking him off the turnbuckle, he then dumps Kokan with a delayed vertical suplex….for a two count. Hamacho sets Kokan up for a power-bomb but Kokan counters with a head-scissors take down that has the Raging Bulls disorientated….tag back into Konda. Konda comes off the top rope and takes down Hamacho with a Tornado DDT, Sanda comes in to try and break up the pin but Kokan comes off the other turn buckle and hits a drop-kick that prevents any intervention from Sanda. Konda makes the cover, one…two…thr…no ! Hamacho kicks out. Kokan comes off the top rope again and lands with a Senton onto Hamacho, one again Hamacho kicks out a two, Kokan tags Konda back in. Konda nails Hamacho with an Elbow drop from the top rope….Kokan fends off Sanda from attempting to break up the pin again. One…two…three….it’s over Hamacho has nothing more to give and Size of the Fight pick up the upset victory. It was inevitable that the match would have to feature a section where the Bulls completed dominated one of SOTF, and that probably brought the match down a bit , but this was a much more dramatic encounter than their first one, and the crowd genuinely popped for the upset win, as SOTF literally fired off their entire aerial answer to keep Hamacho planted to the canvas. Result: Size of the Fight defeated Raging Bulls in 13:35 when Kansuke Konda defeated Chuichi Sanda by pinfall. Rating: B After the match Size of the Fight pick up a pair of microphones. They say that they are the best tag team in Burning Hammer and that they have proven they can beat the World Tag Team Champions. They then say they want a world title shot….Kaneie Komine comes out on to the ramp and reminds them that they are Junior sized wrestlers and are ineligible to contend for the belts because they are too small. A heated Konda then responds, these rules we have set in stone in Burning Hammer are ridiculous, and that himself and Kokan have proven right here that size does not matter, and why should it hold them back from going after the World Tag Team Titles. He says people will only respect Size of the Fight as a team until they are World Tag Team champions. But he said why should we put on extra weight just to get the title shot that they clearly deserve. Komine is starting to take on board what is being said by Konda. Konda added that Size of the Fight will want a title unification match at Sword of Destiny, that or they will quit Burning Hammer and take the Junior tag titles with them. Komine has now been backed into the corner and accept Size of the Fights proposal. It will be a tag titles unification match at Sword of Destiny Rating: C- Notes: Unfortunately neither of Size of the Fight is that great on the mic, so this segment was not quite as good as it good of been, but it did not completely bombed and the crowd in attendance, seemed intrigued at the prospect of the Tag Titles possibly being unified at the Sword of Destiny PPV. ____________________________________________________________________ Match # 5: Non (World) Title: Hiroaki Nakasawa vs Mokuami Maita vs This was a shortish but pretty well worked match. Nakasawa is proving his worth as world champion, whilst newly crowned Openweight champion Maita is also starting to prove his worth and now looks like a very dangerous competitor with the recent addition of his ankle lock finisher. Nakasawa dominated the early going, but Maita soaked up the pressure and began to target Nakasawa’s legs with a series of kicks, chopping the World Champion down to the mat. Maita then continued to work over the leg of Nakasawa , before he looked to lock on the anke-lock that has made everyone tap out so far, however Nakasawa was able to kick out of the hold before Maita could apply it properly. A slightly hobbling Nakasawa then dug down deep and un-loaded a flurry of strikes on Maita, that left the smaller man in a daze, he then lifted Maita up and sent crashing down with the H-Bomb and that was enough for Nakasawa to come through this tough pre World Title match workout. Result: Hiroaki Nakasawa defeated Mokuami Maita in 9:52 by pinfall. Rating: B Hiroaki Nakasawa grabs a microphone and he has message for his world title opponent Hooded Kudo. He said at Sword of Destiny, it all comes to a head...he then said he knows Kudo is backstage listening to this and that he can't wait till Saturday, he wants to get his hands on Kudo now. Kudo fails to come out and Nakasawa begins to taunt Kudo by calling the Silver Dragon Feet Leader a coward. Suddenly Kudo comes out to the ring, and Nakasawa drops the microphone, the two then get in each others facs the intensity is building up...then they can't take it anymore, they explode and unload on one another, until security come in and keep them apart. Rating: B ________________________________________________________________ A video plays previewing tonights main even t match up between Koshiro & Elemental II vs The Rebellion. Rating: C Match # 6: Koshiro Ino & Elemental II vs The Rebellion (Shimedzu & Miyamae) & vs & With a card with no obvious main event, I had 3 options for what would feature in the main event slot, this match right here, the Raging Bulls vs Size of the Fight match or Nakasawa vs Maita. I chose this match and I feel my decision was justified as these four men put on a very entertaining tag match, that proved to be the match of the night. Raging Bulls vs SOTF had the bigger finish, but this was a better and more evenly worked match. Ino started off the match with Miyamae, and they immediately slug it out with Ino getting the upper hand , he then tags in Elemental II, he goes for an Elemental Suplex but it is blocked, and Miyamae takes him down with a back heel trip. The Rebellion then work over Elemental II in their corner, however he pulls off an Elemental Suplex on Shimedzu, before getting the hot tag into Koshiro Ino, who comes charging in at Shimedzu with a fore-arm smash bouncing Shimedzu into the ropes, however before he can hit another high impact move. Miyamae reaches over to tag him back in and nails Ino with a springboard drop-kick. The Rebellion now work over Ino their corner, mainly targetting his legs to get hims off balance, however Ino fights them off and then puts Miyamae down with a Power-Slam, he does not have enough left to go for the cover but he has enough left to stumble back to his corner and tag Elemental II back in , who hits a kick combo on Miyamae and then downs a worn down with the Elemental Driver, 1-2- no !! ....Shimedzu breaks it up with an elbow drop. The Rebellion are back in control once more and continue to work over Elemental II in their corner, including one awesome spot, where Shimedzu suplexed Elemental II onto the ropes and Miyamae came crashing down across his mid-section with a double foot stomp. Miyamae sets up for the Miyamae spoiler but Elemental II is able to counter with an Enziguri, before tagging Ino back in who unloads with a flurry of strikes on Shimedzu before dumping Shimedzu with a Belly to Back suplex for a two count. He tags Elemental II back in who unloads on Shimedzu with another round of martial arts style kicks, but Shimedzu soaks it up and takes down the Junior legend with an STO and then follows up with a Northern Lights suplex for a two count. Shimedzu tags Miyamae back in, who comes off the top turnbuckle and hits a leg-drop for another two count. Miyamae tags Shimedzu back in who then sets Elemental II up for the Skull-Drop but Elemental II is able to counter with a Tornado DDT and gets the tag back in too Ino....for once they decide to work as a team, instead of two individuals that have been put together, and they actually work over Shimedzu in their corner. Shimedzu is then dumped on his head with an Elemental suplex...one...two..no ! Miyamae comes in to break it up....now all four are in the ring and they begin to unload on one another, eventually only Koshiro Ino and Miyamae are left standing. Koshiro Ino sets up Miyamae for a power-bomb, but Miyamae fights him off and eventually Shimedzu takes Ino off his feet with a leg-sweep whilst Miyamae forces Ino's upper-half down with a seated senton. Miyamae goes for the cover but Elemental II comes in and makes the save, he unloads with a kick combo on to Miyamae, he then ducks a roundhouse kick from Shimedzu then he nails him with a brainbuster. He goes up top, but he misses with the Inferno splash as Shimedzu got out of the way just in time. Shimedzu hits a few strikes to Elemental II, before setting him up for the Skull-Drop.... Miyamae comes off the top-rope....Spiked Skull-Drop !!....One...two...three....it's over as Ino is unbable to get back in the ring in time, to break up the pin. Result: The Rebellion defeated Koshiro Ino and Elemental II in 18:16 when Shimedzu defeated Elemental II by pinfall. Rating: A Notes: This match was still ended up as an A, despite the road agent notes saying that Ino & Elemental II don't work well as a team and that their timing was all over the place. __________________________________________________________________ Overall Rating: B Just like Monday's show a solid card throughout, another top drawer main event but one mediocre match lets the side down and does enough to unfortunately reduce the show to a B, rather than the B+ it was capable of being. _________________________________________________________________ T.V News: Ironclad drew a 16.24 rating on TV5Monde (+0.20) _________________________________________________________________ Predictions analysis: Chris Caulfield: 3/6 Derek B: 3/6 Well they got the same ones correct, it was a given that Nakasawa and Scorpion would not be doing the job before both have big title matches at Sword of Destiny, in what was a harder match to call both correctly predicted that The Rebellion would come out on top with their match up with Koshiro Ino and Elemental II. However both wrongly went for Masuko to win the 4-way, in the end it was Masuko who appears to be on some kind of losing streak who took the fall in the match, as Americana won on his televised debut making an immediate impact, whilst neither tipped Masuno tipped to come on top in his match with Toshusai. I will have to give the edge though to Derek B again in the predictions, because he did at-least tip that Size of the Fight would cause some kind of upset in their match with the Raging Bulls by having it go to a Draw. Purogods.com Burning Hammer of the Wrestling Gods, return to PPV on Emperor Sports with Sword of Destiny...on Saturday 18th May Live from the Yoyogi National Gym in Tohoku. The main event is the much anticipated World Title showdown between Hiroaki Nakasawa and Hooded Kudo. For the first time in his title reign Nakasawa has lost considerably vunerable as champion, with Kudo and his Silver Dragon Feet 2K7 stable proving to be a thorn in the side of the World Champion as of late, with Nakasawa and his allies often coming out on the losing end of their recent battles as a build up towards this world title match. Nakasawa has been able to pull out the big performance before when it matters, but he has yet to face Kudo in a World Title match, and with Kudo looking more dangerous than ever, many feel that Nakasawa's time as champion could be coming to an end. However Sword of Destiny will not just be about one match, the under-card provides plenty of intriguing match ups of their own. Sensational Dragon who has since joined up to be part of Hooded Kudo's resurrected version of Silver Dragon Feet, puts his Junior Title on the line against Golden Scorpion. Scorpion earned his title shot in a ladder match at last months Test of Prophecies PPV. Many see Scorpion as a long time contender in the Junior Division who has never quite made the step up, can he finally grab this opportunity and wrestle the title away from the arrogant Sensational Dragon...who already feels in his mind that he is the greatest Junior wrestler ever. One of the most intriguing match-up's could see Junior Tag Team Champions Size of the Fight, add the World Tag Team Titles to their collection of gold. Traditionally Junior Heavyweight sized wrestlers have been ineligible to contend for the World Tag Team Titles, but after their upset win over the Raging Bulls at Wednesdays show in Kanto, they managed to convince the Burning Hammer management, that they deserved a title shot and that the weight restrictions should be thrown out the window......so can Size of the Fight beat the Raging Bulls twice in a row and cause the biggest shake-up to the tag division in years. As important and anticipated as the Nakasawa vs Kudo World Title match is, the possible outcome of this match could have bigger long term impications for not only the Tag Titles but Burning Hammer in general. Mokuami Maita, who has looked dangerous since adding his ankle-lock submission finisher to his arsenal will put his Openweight title on the line against Yasunobu Masuno Kinnojo Horri teams with Koshiro Ino to take on The Rebellion, a rivalry is growing between these two teams as the Silver Dragon Feet alumni have been at war with The Rebellion for quite some time, and the ante was raised even more when their former mentor/stable-mate Hooded Kudo has taken The Rebellion under his wing as part of the new Silver Dragon Feet. There will also be a Six Man Elimination Tag match involving Junior Talent from Burning Hammer, taking on talent from sister promotion World League Wrestling. It is expected that there will be WLW talent invited to take part in next months Best of the Super Juniors cup, and the talent on display here could be part of the tournament. Team Burning Hammer will comprise of Elemental II, Super Joshuya and The Awesome Kiyaru, whilst Team WLW will comprise of The Great Hisato, Emerald Angel and The Incredible Koyama. Rounding out the card will be former Openweight Champion Rhino Umaga, against Champagne Lover and new Junior Division sensation Americana against Marihito Masuko. Americana made an immediate impact on his televised debut, when he won a 4 corner survival match, pinning Masuko after an Elemental Driver , can Americana get another win over the former Junior champion or will Masuko avenge the loss. I'm assuming the short form is right. :) And reasons for my choices now. I'm starting to like Nakasawa so I kinda want him to retain, at least until someone else in the face group picks up a title belt. I also think the tag titles will be unified, eliminating the Junior Tag belts and setting precedent for Junior wrestlers holding heavyweight belts. Sensational Dragon deserves a shot at the World title but I don't want him to be Junior champ when he gets it. Can't have too many "unification" style matches in rapid succession. Also, Umaga is still injured right? Or at least recovering fully from injury. Defeat for him based purely on that. And always, always, always I pick the the home team to win any inter-league battles. Team Burning over Team WLW in what should be a very exciting match up. Derek B
Your write up for the show says Maita is defending against Rhino but the short form says Masuno. I'm assuming the short form is right. :)
Good spot, I must have subconciously written in Umaga's name, the short form is the correct match. I've now amended it in the write up for the show. Umaga is actually now fully recovered from the injury and this will be his first match in an over a month where he has been injury free. Plan is to have the PPV posted up this weekend, either Saturday Night or on Sunday.

The display of skill was good such as a solid exchange of martial arts style kicks between Elemental II and The Incredible Koyama, but it lacked an edge and the crowd were beginning to wonder when the match would get going. The match moved up a gear when Super Joshuya was about to nail Emerald Angel with the J-Drop but the Green Masked WLW star managed to counter with a backflip inverted springboard DDT and counter into a roll up pin, to cause the first elimination of the match at 10:45, suddenly Team Burning Hammer found themselves at a disadvantage. Elemental II came in and exchanged with Emerald Angel and was able to pulled out an Elemental Suplex for a two count, before The Great Hisato made the save. This then led to Team WLW triple teaming Elemental II for the next 5 minutes.... just though when it looked all over for Elemental II and probably for Team Burning Hammer, Elemental II countered with an Enziguri/DDT combination on Hisato and Koyama..... He then tried to make his way back to tag in The Awesome Kiyaru, but Emerald Angel sprung in off the ropes and spiked him with the Angel Spike (Springboard DDT)....one...two...no !! Broken up by The Awesome Kiyaru who had seen enough. Kiyaru and Angel then followed up with an exchange of kicks, then a series of standing switches until Kiyaru was able to dump Emerald Angel with a Fisherman suplex for a two count. Great Hisato was now back in, but Kiyaru tagged in back in to a now semi recovered Elemental II who levelled Hisato with a drop kick. Hisato went to the outside but Elemental II gave him no rest bite and took him out with a handspring somersault, that left Kiyaru and Koyama in the ring. Koyama stopped Kiyaru in his tracks with a face-breaker , before climbing the top turnbuckle...that proved to be a mistake as Kiyaru was nowhere near worn down enough to take such a risk, and it was a mistake that proved to be costly as Kiyaru took Koyama out of the match with a top-rope Kiyaru effect at 16:52, and even the sides back up. Meanwhile Elemental II and The Great Hisato are fighting on the outside....... Emerald Angel climbs one of the turnbuckles and pulls off an incredible corkscrew splash on to both men. Not to be outdone Kiyaru then climbs the turnbuckles and nails all 3 men with a shooting star press. All 4 men are down but Kiyaru and Angel are the ones to recover first and get back in the ring, Kiyaru takes Emerald Angel down with a brainbuster, he then goes up top but Angel follows him up there and both exchange blows on the top rope, suddenly Hisato is now back in and joins them perched on the rope, then Elemental II is back in, it's looking precarious....and the competitors are faced with a Tower of Doom, situation....Elemental II brings them all crashing in with a power-bomb (not sure how wise a move that was with his team-mate Kiyaru on the top of the tower).... All four men are down Elemental II and Hisato are up first....Elemental II looks to have the advantage and is setting up Hisato for an Elemental Driver but Hisato counters and then pulls off the Mystic Dragon Wave ( Leg-Sweep/DDT combo) that lead to a 2 count as Kiyaru dived in just in time to make the save, but Angel hit a drop-kick on Kiyaru that led into another Mystic Dragon Wave from Hisato, and with Elemental II still down that led to Team WLW regaing the advantage at 20:06 Elemental II then tried to counter with a roll-up on Emerald Angel , but that was broken but by Hisato, Hisato then dumped Elemental II with of all things an Earth Breaker (Cradle Piledriver)....one of Elemental II's signature moves..one...two.. th...no Elemental II kicked out....Hisato could not believe it and tagged in Emerald Angel.....Emerald Angel missed the target with a super-kick and Elemental II tried to counter into an Elemental Suplex but Emerald Angel blocked it and countered into the Angel Spike.... one...two....three. Team Burning Hammer had been eliminated at 21:52 and the invaders from WLW picked up the upset victory. That was a pretty good Junior Division showcase, the first half was just kind of there, but once the eliminations starting happening the action was non-stop and fast pace, there was also the slightly surprising move move that it was totally even on both sides at the very end. Result: The Great Hisato, The Incredible KOYAMA and Emerald Angel defeated Super Joshuya, Elemental II and The Awesome Kiyaru in 21:52; Super Joshuya was eliminated first, then The Incredible KOYAMA, then The Awesome Kiyaru, and finally Elemental II. Rating: B O.O.C Note: Team Burning Hammer were supposed to win that match, but something that was not to my knowledge before I brought him over for the talent exchange, is that the Great Hisato had a creative control clause....now I can understand this applying in WLW if he had one, but not in Burning Hammer. It would be nice if the game warned you that the worker has a creative control clause, if I knew that I wouldn't have brought him over. This pretty much lasted for about the first six minutes of the match, until Hamacho set tried to set him up for the Hamacho Sledge 2K, but he was able to counter with a Tornado DDT for the first two count of the night....Kokan then managed to get the tag into Konda, who came in all fired up.... drop-kick to Hamacho, flying fore-arm to Sanda and the Bulls went to re-group on the outside. Kokan & Konda did not allow them anytime to rest up and took them out with twin suicide dives. On the outside Konda climbs onto the apron and hits an elbow drop onto Sanda, Kokan then trys to land flying cross-body onto Hamacho off the top turnbuckle, but Sanda catches him and slams him across one of the guard-rails with a press-slam. With Kokan now out of action the Bulls then turned their attention to Konda, doubling team him with simple but effective offence (nothing flashy about chops and stomps but it gets the job done).....once dragged back in the ring Konda, now finds himself in the same situation as his partner. The Bulls try to put Konda away with various suplex variations but the plucky Junior heavyweight keeps kicking out. Eventually Konda summons up all his energy to counter with a flurry of strikes and then drive Sanda's face into the Canvas with a running bull-dog. Both men are down and struggle to get back to their corners eventually they get the tag in, Kokan nails Hamacho with a drop-kick and then takes him down with a Tilt-A-Whirl head-scissors before applying the Electric Shocker Clutch (Sitting Double Chickenwing) , Kokan synches it in and Hamacho looks just about ready to tap but Sanda comes in and kicks the head right off Kokan with a vicious looking soccer-kick. Konda is now back in and he gets in a flurry of offence onto Sanda, he attemtps to go for the Fisherman Driver....Sanda Blocks it...he tries again...again Sanda Blocks it.....he tries again.....Belly to Belly Suplex from Sanda. Kokan is back up, but so is Eiji Hamacho......Raging Bulls turns Kokan inside out.....Kodnda is back up, but it's too late as Sanda makes the cover. Two good Junior talents with bright futures ahead of them, yet they produced an awkward looking contest that included a few too many missed spots, as they had little chemistry with each other. Unfortunately these things do happen and I'm not about to give up on either of them, just because they put on what was a poor match by their standards, but I'd rather it not been on one of the biggest shows of the year. Americana one this disappointing contest, when he managed to block the Masuko Cradle-Shock and dumped Masuko with an Elemental Driver...that earned a two count, he then went up top and put the seal on his victory with an Inferno Splash...and just when is Elemental II going to notice that this new-comer is totally ripping off his move-set or does he take it as some kind of tribute ?! Lover tried to wear Umaga down with scientific, technical wrestling and for a while his methodical approach appeared to be getting results, but in the end the Stampeding Rhino proved too strong. When Lover tried to lock on the Champagne Breakfast he countered with a release German suplex, as both men got back up Rhino Umaga levelled Lover with the Rhino Charge, and when the Charge connects, especially right in the middle of the ring....99/100 someone wont be kicking out. Maita's and Masuno's lack of chemistry, was not as glaringly obvious as Americana's and Masuko's but it still took something away from the match, it also did not help the heat of the match, that the crowd was becoming somewhat subdued by what had been a disappointing PPV thus far. As with all Maita's matches of late, this followed the formula of the bigger opponent dominating and just generally man-handling the pint sized champion, until Maita somehow find a way to counter, target his opponents lower-leg and then apply the Ankle-Lock. Masuno did actually manage to get ot the ropes the first the devastating submission was applied, but ne needn't of bothered as only 30 seconds later Maita locked it on again, and this time Masuno had no choice but to slap his hand on the canvas. Dragon & Scorpion weren't feeling it from the crowd, whilst the crowd waited for a spark in the ring. The match starting fof with chain wrestling, until they begin to trade strikes and kicks, Sensational Dragon gained the advantage by nefarious means (an extra strike in the corner) when the referee broke them apart) to put over the fact that he is a heel. Dragon works over Golden Scorpion but Scorpion comes back with a drop toe-hold then a Northern Lights Suplex for a two count. Scorpion continues to work over the champion with a series of strikes....he goes to suplex Dragon, standing switch...series of standing switches...Scorpion finally dumps Dragon with a release German suplex. One...two.....no.....Dragon kicks out....and comes back with a Dragon suplex for a two count of his own. Dragon drop-kicks Scorpion to the floor and the crowd after match after match of mediocre action start to come alive, as Dragon dives over the top rope and hits a plancha onto Scorpion. Both men get up and exchange strikes, until Scorpion htis a neckbreaker outside on the floor. They get back into the ring and Scorpion rolls over Dragon and goes for the pin, but it only gets a one count. Scorpion then applies a head-scisssors but Dragon escapes and counters with a drop-kick to the face and rolls over Scorpion for the pin, Scorpion rolls through himself and gets a 2 count. Both are back up Scorpion charges at Dragon with a running knee, but Dragon takes him off his feet with a Dragon screw leg-whip. Dragon climbs up top and pulls out a shooting star press but Scorpion gets the knees up. Both are down but Scorpion takes down Dragon with a spinning leg-sweep and then connects with the Scorpion Stinger..one..two..thr...no !!! Dragon kicks out just in time. Scorpion is sensing victory, he goes to out to the apron and then springboards himself back in looking to finish off Dragon with the Golden Shot, but he took just a little too much time playing to the crowd and Dragon is able to crotch Golden Scorpion on the top rope....Dragon spring-boards on to the rope and brings Scorpion crashing back down with the Sensation Shock...he bridges back for the pin, and the fat lady has sung. It did pick up towards the end and the finish was pretty cool, as Dragon finds more ways to pull off his Sensation Shock finisher, but a deadish crowd killed the first half of this match and it should of been better than it was. With more heat I feel these two have it in them to pull off a better match than they did hear. Result: Sensational Dragon defeated Golden Scorpion in 16:18 by pinfall with a Sensation Shock. Thankfully by the end of the Junior Title match the crowd were starting to come alive again and the four competitors here responded by putting on a top drawer match. Horri & Ino dominate the early portion of the match,so The Rebellion decide to take a powder out of the ring, so Horri & Ino follow them out. Horri goes to Lariat Miyamae out of his boots , but Miyamae ducks and Shimedzu connects with a spinning heel kick. The Rebellion then turn their attention to Ino & get him back in the ring, where they work him over in their corner, taking turns to wear him down with stiff kicks, but Ino soaks it up and counters with a Press-Slam onto Shimedzu. Ino gets the tag into Horri who has now recovered. Horri lays into Shimedzu with some stiff fore-arm shots, before dumping him with a German Suplex for a two count. Horri follows up a hanging suplex, he goes for the cover again, this time Miyamae breaks it up with an elbow drop. Miymae now goes to work on Horri chopping him down with a series of kicks. Ino has seen enough and comes in and takes-down Miyamae with a running clothesline but he's unable to take advantage as the referee sends him back to his corrner. Shimedzu and Miyamae now have Horri isolated in their corner, this time they turn up the arsenal to the next level. Miyamae hits a legdrop from the top-rope for a 2 count and Shimedzu follows up with a Moonsault for another two count. Horri looks in trouble. Shimedzu sets up Horri for the Skull-Drop but he blocks the attempt and counters with a Power-Bomb. Miyamae comes in a charges at Horri off the ropes....Exploder Suplex !!! Horri is too spent to take advantage but both of The Rebellion are also down and Horri is able to get the tag into Ino who clears house on The Rebellion a big clothesline on Shimedzu sends him out the ring, he now has Ino and the corner and unloads with a flurry of backhanded chops that leave Miyamae slumped in the corner, he waits for Miyamae to stagger back up......and he nails him with the Back Snapper..one..two...thr....no !! broken up just in time by Shimedzu. Horri is now back in and all four men are in the ring brawling. Horri gets Shimedzu up for the Destiny Bomb , but....LOW BLOW !!! Horri slumps to the canvas and The Rebellion stomp on him and send him out of the ring. Ino is behind Miyamae however and takes him out with a Kobra's Bite from behind. However Shimedzu spots him and takes him down with an STO. Horri is still struggling on the outside, Shimedzu with a kick combo on Ino to soften him up. He plants him with a DDT, he tags in Miyamae, who comes off the top rope and lands a double foot stomp on Ino. Horri trys to get back into the ring but Shimedzu knocks him off the apron. But Ino Kicks out, and he starts to fight back but it's still two on one in the ring and The Rebellion take him down with a double flap-jack face-buster. One-two...no !! again Ino kicks out, and Horri trys to get back in again but Shimedzu takes him out with a Suicide Dive. Leaving Ino and Miyamae in the ring. Ino gains the advantage and looks to be setting up Miyamae for a power-bomb but Miyamae struggles free and takes down Horri with the Miyamae Spoiler (Hangmans Facebuster)...one...two...three !! With the Dragon retaining his Junior Title, the Rebellion winning this grudge match with Ino & Horri can Kudo win the World Title make it 3/3 for Silver Dragon Feet 2K7 ? He said the beatings he has given Nakasawa earlier this month (he makes it sound like he's been opening a whole can of whoop-ass on Nakasawa, rather than sneaking out hard fought victories in tag matches) were only a prelude to what is in store for him tonight. Thankfully this did not and they delivered yet another match of the year candidate in the main event. The match starts off with them feeling each other, but Nakasawa starts to make his power advantage count and backs Kudo into the corner , and pummels him with a series of chops, before following up with a Belly to Back suplex, before Nakasawa can get an early pin , Kudo rolls out to the floor and picks up a chair but the referee takes it away from him, and starts his count. Kudo gets back up on the apron but Nakasawa does not allow him to get back in the ring, and knocks him off with a fore-arm smash and referee Omura Umeki restarts the count, it counts down to 15 as Kudo basically just paces up and down in total frustration, this time Nakasawa goes to level him again with another fore-arm smash but this time Kudo ducks and takes Nakasawa's legs out from under him. Kudo rolls in to break up the count and then rolls back out, he goes to work on Nakasawa with a series of chops, but Nakasawa pretty much no sells and comes back with a flurry of his own, irish whip into the barricades and then Nakasawa charges at Kudo, but Kudo counters with a drop toe-hold that send Nakasawa face first onto the floor. Both men have almost been counted out so Kudo breaks up the count at it down to three. Kudo is back in control and sends Nakasawa head first into the ring post, he then sets up Nakasawa across the ring ropes and nails him with a corner to corner running elbow smash. Back int the ring now and Kudo is totally in control, wearing down Nakasawa with both legal stretches and holds and somewhat more nefarious means such as clawing the eyes and attempted choke-holds. Nakasawa gets in interrmiddent offence but it's not enough to keep Kudo off him and every time a come back is thwarted Kudo taunts the crowd. But instead of putting Nakasawa away like he should of done, he pauses once too often and Nakasawa comes back with a big fore-arm smash and then follows up with a Northern Lights suplex for a two count. Nakasawa then charges at Kudo with a running knee, before following up with a big clothersline....Kudo is now in trouble...H-Bomb.....One..Two ...No !!...Kudo got his foot on the ropes, Nakasawa tries to get Kudo up for the Nakasawa Neckbreaker, but Kudo counters into a Kudo Kutter , he goes for the pin....but Nakasawa kicks out a two, he then tries to get Nakasawa up for a Kudo Driver, but Nakasawa shrugs him off with a back body drop. Nakasawa charges at Kudo, but Kudo takes him counters with an STO and locks in the Kudo Lock, Nakasawa is struggling but he uses his size advantage to roll over and applies a Boston Crab type submission hold to Kudo....now Kudo finds himself in a submission predicament....it looks he might tap but he digs down deep and makes it to the ropes. Nakasawa whips Kudo into the ropes , looking for another H-Bomb but Kudo ducks and spears Nakasawa in the gut....he then tries for a Kudo Kutter but Nakasawa blocks and lifts up Kudo for the Nakasawa Neck-breaker....Kudo manages to struggle free...exchange of strikes but Nakasawa uses his power and size to win the battle, Nakasawa gets Kudo up again for the Nakasawa Neck-breaker...this time he pulls it off. One...two..three....Hiroaki Nakasawa is still the Buring World Champion. Nakasawa was beginning to gain respect as World Champion with a series of matches that have been stronger as his title reign matures, but this was the match that cements his place amongst the greats of Burning Hammer and now he truly can be uttered in the same breath as the likes of Kudo and that other man whose surname begins with K, but we are not allowed to mention around here. Maybe that statement is going too far, because Kudo has built legacy over decades and whose to say Nakasawa can substain this kind of form as long as Kudo has. But he certainly looks to be on the right track and is proving at this moment in time he is worth of carrying the Burning World Championship. Side News: The Awesome Kiyaru, Super Joshuya and Marihito Masuko all made appearances in WLW, as part of the talent exchange that brought Angel, Koyama and Hisato across for the Interpromotional match. They had Joshuya face Masuko in a special Burning Hammer match and The Awesome Kiyaru got jobbed out to Koki Ishibashi... great a creative control clause on one of their workers...means that my home team is forced to do the job, whilst they happily job out one of my top Junior workers to some mid-carder. Both matches gathered a C+ rating, which is actually a decent rating for WLW. A C+ for them is like the equivalent to a B in Burning Hammer. Predictions analysis will come in the next post.

Ok then Predications analysis, lets see how each submittal did...must say this was easier to track with only 2 people putting them in, but I am encouraging predictions, so I can't have it both ways. For some strange reason I can't find anything in the predictions for the Openweight title match, and it's not even there on my short form prediction, though I don't remember deleting it ?! ...And I'll scrub the Six Man Junior Elimination match, because I had to work with the fact that Great Hisato had a I refuse to job clause. So lets see how they all did in the remaining 6 matches Chris Caulfield: 5/6 Very good showing, only one he got wrong was the Tag Title match, but I think everyone thought that the Bulls would drop the titles, so it was a bit of a swerve when they retained them. Derek B: 3/6 I think Derek was geared up for title changes ,as not only did he predict the tag titles to change hands he also tipped Golden Scorpion to end Sensational Dragon's Junior Title reign. He also tipped Lover to overcome Rhino Umaga, but if I remember rightly he thought th Rhino was still carrying an injury...would of he still tipped Lover if he had taken on board that Rhino was now injury free Ironmike: 4/6 Like everyone else he thought the tag titles were changing hands, but he felt Masuko would end his losing streak against Americana. Well Chris Caulfield has managed to predict my booking the best this time round in a PPV, where none of the titles changed hands.

Just a warning for future reference. ALL workers you bring in as part of talent trades are given a creative control clause as part of the deal. Doesn't matter if they have it or not in their regular contract, it's put into the human side of things so that they don't get jobbed out too much and, for some reason I will never work out, used in too many angles. Luckily, most people won't have a problem jobbing to someone within 1 or 2 letter grades of themselves but it varies depending on personality traits. Hisato is a... hmm, no polite way to say that.. so never expect good things from him. :)

O.O.C Note: I swear my games/dynasties are cursed :( Last night I go to turn on my computer that I've got TEW saved to (I'm typing this from my another computer) and it doesn't start up properly....try it again...still doesn't get past the start up screen and basically that 20 times over.... Now this diary is not officially dead yet, and if I have every intention to keep it going if I can. One thing I can conclude from this unfortunate turn of events is that it looks like i'm going to have to go out and buy a new computer. My work mate tells me that it is possible to transfer stuff from my current hard-drive to a new computer....so I'm hoping just hoping...it's more of a mechancical problem where my computer has just packed up due to five years of wear and tear. This dynasties on hold for now. Until I can be sure that I can recover the game, there will be no further updates.

O.O.C Note: On Computer situation First off the good news.... I've got a new computer, can access the internet from home. Regardless of whether my old computer has conked out or not, I was going to buy a new computer sometime this year anyway. The Bad news.... Is that the files for TEW are on my old -up the creek- computer, whether or not I can get some technical expert to recover them...remains to be seen, but I'll try my damnest, because I've put a lot of effort into this and was just starting to get into the flow of booking Burning Hammer, that and I don't really want to have to re-purchase the game if I can help it. Right now this dynasty is on life support, but until someone tells me what I had on my old computer is unrecoverable it's not dead just yet. Just don't expect any new updates either way for about a week, hopefully my next post will be a saying that I am up and running again and not some sorry note, saying I have to abort another diary.

O.O.C Note: Regrettably this is only another update on why this diary has fizzled out for the moment. I took my old computer to my grandad's next door neighbour who is a computer whizz and basically what we found out is that the old hard-drive was ****** but he did say that the data was recoverable but that I would probably have to wait until next weekend before it gets fixed. So that's at least another week I'm without TEW, but if he can recover the saved game I had running for this diary then the wait will be worth it. The situation right now is frustrating but all is not lost, so hopefully by next week this will be up and running again. Next post will definately be one way or another, either it's unfixable and I'll have to unfortunately shut down this diary or it will be the write up of the latest show....hopefully it's the latter.
