training question

I imagine if you do massive amounts of weight training (coupled with your diet I presume), then you would gain weight. And I think it's safe to say yes for the last one. If your character doesn't have enough 'power' (or whatever attribute it may be), then you won't be able to lift heavy opponents for any kind of reason. I would assume that it would also be more likely for things such as Irish whips to be reveresed if you tried them on a larger opponent and you have a lack of 'power'.
