Playing as TCW

Normally when I play TEW I usually play with SWF. After dominating my first game with SWF I decided that I would like to see if I could play as TCW and overtake SWF. Well after looking at the roster I notice that beside about a few workers the rest of the roster is bad. Another thing that I would like to know would be how to use storylines with this promotion because lately my ratings have not been good at all. My main question is how would I keep TCW interesting. I tried using unchained storylines but I tend to get bored with the ones I make. I usually play for about 2 months in game but then I just become bored playing as this promotion.

Sign outside talent like Jacob Jett, Jack Griffith, Darryl Devine, Frankie Perez and let them gain popularity. You think their roster is bad, you should check out USPW.

I know that USPW has the worst roster in the game. It just seems like its hard for me to get into a game playing with TCW than SWF. Thanks for the tips on for signings. I usually can sign Jack Griffith and Frankie Perez but Jacob Jett always goes to NOTPW and Darryl Devine goes to SWF.

Jett is normally on a PPA when he signs with NOTBPW so just snatch him.

Yeah I'm playing a side game with TCW and Cornell put AWFUL restrictions on me. They have to be a B- or above in both Athleticism and Basics. That eliminates about 80% of my potential signings. I ended up doing a talent trade with CGC for Steve DeColt and have him feuding with Cornell. They had two A matches that helped out. I'm having a hard time building stars on my roster though.
