Of course you could download a 2007 mod and throw it through the converter to see if it works. You could use my RufasXP mod (cheap plug) as the test data (its only an expansion and cannot stand alone) since it is so small. I don't see what harm it can do. Then again thats what the Stargate SG-1 crew says every time they activate a strange artifact. Invariably that action creates all manner of challenges that take at least an hour to resolve.
