Need help with the editor and quick add?

Can someone give me an explanation on what type of worker i should expect to get in relation to the different type of styles in the worker quick add screen? I kinda understand a few like "Hollywood Brawler" etc. But i'm lost with most of the rest.

I had this same issue and asked this same question you can search this part of the board and I think there are actually two threads on the subject and I believe the one that I started has some input from adam on the subject.
