See, I have been bugging WWE for a long time now. I used to do just by sending emails to @wwe.com address I could find, trying, nicely, to critique the current product. I, of course, heard nothing. Then, I got me a job on the internet, doing one of them "Internet Wrestling Community" column jobs. I critiqued the WWE. Again, nothing. Little did I know that I raised some eyebrows. They were watching me. Then the WWE changed hands. Linda became full owner, and the book was taken away from Vince, since he is going to retire, and wants to finish his days how he started, as an announcer. Then I got a phone call. I have to say, Linda can be very nice when she is being sarcastic. I got the job. It was given to me on a "okay, big mouth, let's see what you can do" basis. But, said in a very nice way. I got the job as head booker of the WWE. What a trial by fire. I, of course, had some things I had to accomplish. Some goals, if you will. I get the email from Linda, telling me things that will cause me to not be head booker anymore. 1) At the end of the next 24 month period the company must have more money that is started with, which is $40,000,000. 2) Over the course of the next 12 months, the company must never fall below it's current size, which is considered Global. 3) Signing wrestlers past their prime sends out the wrong image, and I cannot hire anyone over the age of 42. My idea: 1) Make money. Not a problem. With a machine as big and as popular as the "E", making money shouldn't be that hard. Especially since I have 2 years to get it right. 2) Well, there is nowhere to go but down, seeing as we are the biggest company in the world. But, again, with the popularity, it shouldn't be that hard. Mind you, with shows like No Way Out, it might not be that easy. 3) Can you tell things are changing? There goes the Legends Tour. Well, during the transitional period of February, we made over 8 million dollars profit. Can't say that is a bad thing, since that just covers my salary....Just kidding. I made the joke that I would work for the "E" for free once. Me and my big mouth. Anyway, the first and the third one are easy. Let's just hope I don't book the "E" into a backyard fed by this time next year.

The second show's ratings better reflected the show. Man I'd have a hard time putting all that crap together too. It's hard enough meeting it with the NWA in 83 in my Battlelines diary(I know, cheap plug.) I could book A and A* shows with my eyes closed in 2005. Still haven't figured out all the quircks yet in 2007. And every time I think I do I download a patch and it seems like it gets that much harder. Anyway, good comeback off the intial show and here's to continued success.

Kane carried Booker to the edge of the ring, and chokeslammed him through the announce table. Liberty tried to intervene, but got Tombstoned for his trouble. BLZ crawled on top of the KO'd Liberty to get the win at 19:49. [B]Winners: BLZ Bubb and Dread 22 minutes: B+[/B] [I]Road Agents Notes: Dread was exhausted by the end. BLZ Bubb was exhausted by the end. Liberty was visibly tiring toward the end. The announcing quality wasn't up to the same standard as the match. Booker T looked good out there. This match lifted the crowd. "First of all, I would like to thank you all for being here. Thank you for coming on such short notice. I have called this press conference to inform the public that, following WrestleMania 23, the WWE will be abolishing the Brand Extensions. This was an attempt made a few years ago to bring up new talent in the industry, and provide greater entertainment for the fans. Over the past few years we have discovered that the fans, in fact, found the product stale. We have established many stars since the beginning of the Brand Extension. This is to also say that ECW will NOT be incorporated into the merging of the brands, as we feel that ECW has the support to stand on it's own, as an individual. We will be showcasing ECW matches on WWE Pay Per Views, however. We do this because we feel that asking the fans to pay for 2 or more Pay Per Views a month could possibly stretch the fans, financially, and we would be forcing them to choose between the two. The following Pay Per View after WrestleMania, called Backlash, will showcase a number of "Champion vs. Champion" matches, which will unify certain titles. The Main Event of Backlash will feature the WWE Champion versus the World Heavyweight Champion. This will, once again, result in an Undisputed World Champion. Also, the United States Champion will go against the Intercontinental Champion. The winner of that match will be the Undisputed Intercontinental Champion, and the United States Championship will, once again, go into retirement. In addition, the WWE Tag Team Champions will face the World Tag Team Champions for the honour of being the Undisputed World Tag Team Champions. The Cruiserweight Championship and the Women's Championship will not be unified with any title, as they are separate categories on their own. The downside to this, is that there will be a number of releases following WrestleMania. This is a sad fact of eliminating the Brand Split, and there will be a number of matches determining who will stay with the WWE. Of course, our doors are always open to Superstars who will no longer be able to stay with the company, and these people will be determined on a person-by-person basis. The General Managers of Raw and SmackDown!, Sgt. Slaughter and Brad McLeod, respectively, will go on to co-manage until something else can be put in place. Thank you for your time.
