A few ideas. 1) Using or having a development territory system as in TEW. In other words you could send one of your fighters to a certain area or country or promotion to develop a certain skill or style. There should be more control involved, maybe you could buy the promotion and have it running as a secondary league. 2) A deep scouting system where you could go around researching the independent scene through the local gyms around the world or maybe you could scout lets say the Olympics the boxing, sumo ranks or amature competitions for youth talent. 3) A ranking system of some type. Maybe a world ranking and individual promotional. Maybe these rankings should be based on momentum, overness and W\L or seperate for each one. 4) Overness should still play some role when it comes down to signing deals with the TV or satelite channels. For example Mike Tyson was far more popular and drawed more interest with the PPV much after his prime or when his skills were far behind his popularity. 5) MMA styles. A must. Eg. Thai Boxing, Judo, Karate ect. Maybe developing a certain style helps develop certain skills. eg Thai boxing especially helps with knee strikes ect. 6) It should we a world scene where fighters depending on their country have by default a certain style. eg fighters coming from lets say Brazil mostly favour a Brazillian Jiu Jitsu style or what ever styles are more popular in those countries. 7) Advertising campaign's. You could use different styles to help promote an event or a fight. eg use of billboards( in certain cities) or magazines or through TV ect. 8) There should be the option to buy out the competition. I do not only mean the other promotions but also lets say, the different gyms or even a magazine to help promote your promotion. 9) Being able to influence matches some how ( at a price of corse) 10) Some type of HOF or the Best of the best section. Also a place with all the records. Such as biggest earners(career), most attendance or PPV for a match, most Wins, longest titles reighs or defences ect. Records and statistics are always very important in simulations. 11) A detailed behind the scene. As in TEW there should be characters, which should play a role on how well or bad he trains and develops, he may become alchoholic after lets say he won the world title or he came out of retirement due to bad finances. There should also be fighter relationships which should in turn affect on how well or willing they are to train together and so on. 12) It would be nice if it would be possible to lets say import MMA workers with all their history included (titles ect) into TEW and visa versa. I always would have liked to see how Bruce the Giant with his size or Kikkawa would do in the real world. Maybe TEW could become something like a territory for signing people with real fighting skills. Also we have non wrestlers in TEW or retired wrestlers which have skills which could be used in the MMA world. I would also like to see as much of the Cornellverse added to the game as possible (cannels ect) simply to give it a familiar feel to it without it stopping from being a separate game. 13) Although TEW and WMMA will unlikely be able to be integrated or merged it would be good if it is possible to combine the games when it comes down to the TV ratings! In other words instead of having just fictonal programs(such as the simpsons ect) you could have Supreme TV ect. This would word really great in multipalyers games where people running SWF could go head to head in the ratings with guys running the top MMA promotion. 14) Ideally to have Wrespi equivalent. Wrespi is after all based on a real fight world. Even better if it would be able to merge the 2 to be able to run your promotion and at the same time get involved (if you want to). 15) It would be nice if successful and rich fighters would later go ahead and open their own gyms, promotions become trainers or have active roles after their retirement. 16) More territories involved. MMA is becoming or takes place everywhere. Some places it is more popular than others but it is picking up worldwide. Wrestling on the other hand may never become a global phenomen. 17) Style of promotions. In other words you could have a boxing only promotion with only fighters with boxing abilities allowed and rules set accordinly. Or you could set a strike only promotion. You could have a no rules promotion ect. All of corse influencing who you could sign, plus which PPV or channels would be willing to take you on. 18) The auto feature i hope should be an option. In other words it should be possible to hire a person to take care of different aspects of the game. Such as you could hire a guy responsible for the merchandise or a CEO or a head booker for the booking card (a feature i really wanted for TEW). Each one having skills in those areas which develop with time, age and experience. Also there are styles or preferences depending on the person. If however you hire the wrong guy, that is your problem!!! 19) It would be good if it was possible to be the owner, booker or CEO or maybe the manager (the fighter idea is already been suggested in 14). In other words you started out as the fighter, went on to become a manager, made enough money and then became opened your own promotion which later on bought out your previous employer! Dreaming ahead!!! 20) The game has to be very business orientated. Due to the fact that the wrestling parts of the game or the TEW part of the game is excluded the actual matches take much less time. It would be nice if there was a stock market to see the value and owners of the promotions. Also if you could spend money on "life style". Maybe you bought yourself your own island and sent you new champ there, only a suggesting to spice up things. So allot of time needs to be spent on where you invest your money such as scouting, development, promotional, advertisement ect. In other words to make the game interesting it should be as much a business sim as it is a MMA booking sim if not more so. After all most big promoters in MMA are probably more knowledgable business men than they are MMA experts. I have been writing for 1.30 and i have tons of ideas still. I guess i want this game to be good since i will be spending so much time on it!!!

You've got some good ideas but I'd like to reply to some of them.
2) A deep scouting system where you could go around researching the independent scene through the local gyms around the world or maybe you could scout lets say the Olympics the boxing, sumo ranks or amature competitions for youth talent.
I kind of like this idea. Like maybe have a page where you can see upcoming independent shows with a list of fighters appearing and a very simple overview of their skills. And then an option to pay for a scout to fly out to see the show and check out one or all of the fighters on the card and then within the next couple of days you get an email from your scout telling you to check the page for updated information and when you check it out, you see that there's a more detailed analysis of the fighter's skills and a little note telling you the scout's opinion of the fighter. Or something like that. Just an idea.
9) Being able to influence matches some how ( at a price of corse)
I really don't like this one. I don't think you should be able to influence the outcome of a fight. Whether someone wins or loses should be based on a combination of their skill and chance/luck.
14) Ideally to have Wrespi equivalent. Wrespi is after all based on a real fight world. Even better if it would be able to merge the 2 to be able to run your promotion and at the same time get involved (if you want to).
I don't think this is a good idea either. To have both in the game would require a lot more time to finish the game unless Adam sacrifices a bit of depth/quality to add this option in. And that's even if it's possible to have this as a viable option to add to the game. I don't really see how you could have an MMA game built around the WreSpi concept. It's just two completely different things. It works for one but not the other.
17) Style of promotions. This is a game where you run an MMA company. Would it make sense to limit some companies to just one certain style instead of encompass all styles?

The one idea on here I like the most is the scouting idea. I think that's a great idea. For instance instead of like TEW where there is a scene for everyone plus their abilites. Instead have the abilities have ?'s in them and in order to get stats on a certain fighter you would have to send your scout out to watch some of his fights. Then the more fights he watches the more accurate stats you get. For example after watching one fight your scout may come back and say that Johnny Bravo is between a 50 and 67 in grappling (the bigger the gap can depend on how good the scout is.) Then after watching 3 fights he can say Ok Johnny is definatly a 60 in grappling.

yeah Jk Stallings would be a nice feature i think the ranking should manily be based on win and loss where you could look at say the top ten, in the Media setion like TEW does with the end of year awards

I think there should be more emphasis on proteges then there was in Total Extreme Warfare. That should definitely be part in determining how well the fighters will progress, and with what styles and strengths. If you look out there, most of the fighters have their own camps, whether it be Tito Ortiz' camp, or one of the many others out there.

No editor. As was just mentioned, I'm sure that there won't be a need for one. Besides, I haven't even looked at any code...let alone coded anything...in a couple of years. I appreciate the comment though :)
