Popularity Overspill

Ive been doing a small test in order to find out at what levels you get an overspill.. I found that when your popularity hits a certain point in one region, it overspills to a level in surrounding regions.. I think it's already been mentioned somewhere else which regions are linked but these are the levels at which you gain an overspill: [quote]Popularity at: [B]23.0%[/B] Overspill increases to: [B]5.1%[/B] Popularity at: [B]47.0%[/B] Overspill increases to: [B]17.1%[/B] Popularity at: [B]71.0%[/B] Overspill increases to: [B]29.1%[/B] Popularity at: [B]89.0%[/B] Overspill increases to: [B]47.1%[/B][/quote] Hopefully this is useful to players..
