I know the game has overall yearly awards at the new year. But i think it would be cool to have an a company yearly award ee choose that does like a small pop boost or something? It would be an achievement only and could go towards hall of fame induction also. Right now i achieve this by making it an achievement title, but dont think this would be best method.
