IA roster management and workers popularity growth are the two things that make the game unplayable on long term saves and these problems have been going on for months. I am now forced to play TEW 2016 because the IA actually push people despite being unable to depush people, which is still better than what we have in 2020. I bought TEW 2020 day one to support the developpers because I thought that the game would be at least decent after a few patches but they even managed to make the game worse and now seem uninterested to change anything.

I only play with the CVerse but this is something I have noticed too. The solution is to open the editor and go to Eras. Just create an era from 2020 to 2100 for example and you can change PPVs and TV viewing figures. I find that putting both to "much lower" gives the most realistic results.

I have just ran a watcher game for 2 years with the CVerse to see how the game world is changing in TEW 2020 and I am surprised that the AI tends to not hire new workers. USA's Big 3 just try to hire very popular workers in the last month of their contract + their own graduates but it seems that they have no interest in indie's most talented workers. Regarding how AI manages its workers, it seems that no one get pushed or depushed and everything looks very static. Did you notice the same problem? Does it change when you play 5 or 10 years?
