This fella is really in a whole other reality. Also, still hasn't addressed why they don't make their own mod. They like to pick & choose which things they reply to & ignore anything else, even if it solves their entire issue of having the things they want to play. Ryland put the ability at their fingertips & instead of creating their own ideal scenario to play & share, they're **itting on people that do create. Calling others selfish for doing something they aren't willing to do themselves...I just can't wrap my head around acting like that.

I didn't like 2020 & had no previous issue. I just thought that it was a worse game at release than 2016. Both are subpar in the modern landscape of games, so hopefully the upcoming competitors offer something fun. So that first point doesn't even clear the person you're talking to, so it's all in your head. The boards were toxic from both trolls & the ones running it, but you ignored that part of what I said. Completely ignored how they handled it very poorly & started deleting any critical comment or thread, even if completely valid & present in a completely objective way. I can't speak for the people that didn't get back to you, but it's possible they don't want to interact with you at all because of the comments you make, like here. I know that I won't any further, so I couldn't blame them.

Doesn't matter when you were around. The take is still a bad one IMO. The state of TEW was in a much better place before TEW **** the bed with the 2020 release. Not only did it disappoint so many modders, but the boards then became incredibly hostile as well, and not just from trolls, but from those running it & it pissed off many more people than just those that chose to leave. The censorship that occurs here is absurd nowadays & it started with the 2020 release because it was getting less than pure praise. In fact, this comment will almost certainly be removed, as they do not like any criticism of the product or their handling of it, no matter how it's presented. Again, why don't you make a mod or ask to take over a mod? It solves your entire problem & allows you to contribute to a community that you are acting like you care about. If you care so much make it better by modding more. Lord knows TEW needs the free content from modders in order to continue to make money & survive to ever release something after 2020.

You clearly missed the mass exodus shortly after the really messy release of TEW 2020 & are now acting entitled to other people's work. The solution to this is incredibly simple. Just make your own mod. It only takes a few thousand hours to make a really good one & you can make it anything you want it to be, even the exact same era that you loved in another mod. You could also reach out to a previous modder & offer to take over ownership/production of the mod, using it as a base if you want a good one for only ~400hr investment. If you really want to play a previous TEW 2016 mod that has not yet been released for 2020, convert it in 2020 yourself with the new conversion feature, then invest the 10-20 hours it takes to correct all the conversion mistakes it generates. That's how I'm playing Genadi's amazing mods in 2020. If you're only using it for personal use & not sharing it around, no one cares & it violates no rules. It's only when you go taking credit for someone else's hours of work as your own, that there's a problem. I don't know if you realize it, but the freeware handoff situation usually completely removes the original/previous "owners" of the mod from any further connection beyond a credit. It's been common for the past 4 years at least. Requesting rules be changed in this manner is more than ridiculous & shows a lack of understanding of the situation TEW is currently in. Quality modders barely want anything to do with TEW nowadays & you want to make it even less appealing. TEW only exists today because of the modding community that supports it. You keep driving away the hard working, quality modders & you're left with "C-Verse:The Game" + Gaz.

No worries, man. When I saw Gaz's name in the credits, I was pretty sure he was the source of the theft. I'm really getting into the history of wrestling & watched a lot it from '85 to about '95, so if I think I can give any feedback to help you with accuracy, I'll make sure to do so.

I'm finding work taken from my Free Pic Pack used in this mod without credit. Since you credited Gaz, who has stolen from me & others previously, for some of the pics I'm hoping that's the reason for this happening, that you had just had no idea at all. There's no need to make any major changes to your mod, as long as you will please credit me in this thread & in the database details for the images used. I know it's a tiny thing, but it took awhile making those thousands of pics & the database that accompanies it. _________ EDIT: Additionally, I've spent lots of time in the editor & found ASWA is set to open Jan '85, but it was only open for 2 years in the 70s. I know you said you want to make this as good as it can be & wanted feedback, so I hope that helps. I also can't find any record of All-Star Wrestling by Killer Kowalski ever existing. Maybe my Google-fu is weaker than it used to be, but I've also never heard of it before.

I'll have to get that corrected. You're the first person to notice this. Nicely done. The fictional companies were waiting on belt images for me to set up their titles, but that fell apart when I stepped away from all things wrestling right after #SpeakingOut. Definitely gonna get something set up for these.

No worries. It's my fault for importing from the most recent RWC without checking if the base worker names had changed from the previous version this is based upon. It never even occurred to me, so while I was trying to improve the mod by adding more talent, I ended up introducing duplicates of some workers. Thanks for any additions you can make to the dupes, list. I owe an update soon & wanna catch all that I can.

Thank you! Had I realized that so many workers had their "core" name changed in RWC, I wouldn't have imported from the current version in the same manner. Thanks to people reporting what they find, we're slowly weeding out the dupes I generated.

One of his scandals actually impacted him early in AEW, unlike real life.

Really looking forward to this eventual release. We're in desperate need of 80s/90s mods for TEW 2020, especially since Genadi is done with TEW.

When it was released, I don't think anything else came close to the attention to detail under the hood, as I was literally in the guts of every other mod to compare. Not sure how it compares 5 months later, though. I tested your idea & it was a disaster time after time because of how the game makes decisions with the AI.

Lots happened this year for me, but I'm considering picking this back up to tweak again. Has anyone had any long plays with this since last update?
