  1. *INCLUDES 3/31 DYNAMITE SPOILERS* As a general observation, there is still a big problem with NJPW stealing workers. Every written contract in the game needs to be amended to include an iron-clad clause so that the worker can be signed by another promotion without the risk of the original promotion losing him to an exclusive deal the worker shouldn't be eligible to sign. Given the size of most promotions, I think the only places with guys signed to written deals is AEW, ROH, MLW, NWA, and NJPW. AEW changes needed: Roster Moves: -Mike Sydal - Add as Face (Per Show/Handshake) -Shawn Dean - Add as Face (Per Show/Handshake) -Cezar Bononi - Add as Heel (Per Show/Written/Iron Clad Clause) -Anthony Ogogo - Add as Heel, Wrestler and Color Commentary Checked (Per Show/Written/Iron Clad Clause) -Ethan Page - Add as Heel (Per Show/Written/Iron Clad Clause) -JD Drake - Add as Heel (Per Show/Handshake) -Ryan Nemeth - Add as Heel (Per Show/Handshake) -Madi Wrenkowski - Add as Face (Per Show/Handshake) -Dani Jordyn - Add as Heel (Per Show/Handshake) -Lee Johnson - Add as Face (Per Show/Handshake) -Aaron Solow - Add as Heel (Per Show/Handshake) -Nick Comorato - Add as Heel (Per Show/Handshake) -Bear Bronson - Add as Face (Per Show/Handshake) -Bear Boulder - Add as Face (Per Show/Handshake) -Jon Cruz (As Serpentico) - Add as Heel (Per Show/Written/Iron Clad Clause) -Ashley Vox - Add as Face (Per Show/Handshake) -Angel Rose (as Diamante) - Add as Heel (Per Show/Written/Iron Clad Clause) -Red Velvet - Add as Face (Per Show/Written/Iron Clad Clause) -KiLynn King - Add as Face (Per Show/Handshake) -Danny Limelight - Add as Heel (Per Show/Handshake) -Nick Mondo - Remove from roster (He's an independent video director. He has no official affiliation to the company) -Jennifer Sterger - Remove from Roster -Jeff Jones - Remove from Roster, set to Left the Business (He is completely removed from the on-air product and only works backstage as their digital media officer) -Diamond Dallas Page - Remove from Roster (has spoke in interviews about having done his last match, only affiliation is that he owns a company that does video production work for AEW) -CIMA - Remove from Roster -Alex Mendez - Remove from Roster Tag Teams: Bear Country - Bear Bronson and Bear Boulder Chaos Project - Luther and Serpentico The Sydal Brothers - Matt Sydal and Mike Sydal The Pretty Picture - Peter Avalon and Cezar Bononi The Acclaimed - Max Caster and Anthony Bowens Stables: QT's Wolfpack (QT Marshall, Aaron Solow, Nick Comoroto, Anthony Ogogo) The Pretty Picture (Peter Avalon, Cezar Bononi, Ryan Nemeth, JD Drake) Starting Issues: Anna Jay - Shoulder Injury (30 Weeks) John Silver - Shoulder Injury (5 Weeks) Disposition and Role Changes: -Powerhouse Hobbs - Turn Heel -Ten - Turn Face -Stu Grayson - Turn Face -Scorpio Sky - Turn Heel -Rey Fenix - Turn Face -Penta - Turn Face -Sammy Guevara - Turn Face -Santana - Turn Face -QT Marshall - Turn Heel -Ortiz - Turn Face -Chris Jericho - Turn Face -Jake Hager - Turn Face -Paul Wight - Make Available as Color Commentary -PAC - Turn Face -Michael Nakazawa - Turn Heel -Max Caster - Turn Heel -Matt Hardy - Turn Heel -Marq Quen - Turn Heel -Lance Archer - Turn Face -Kenny Omega - Turn Heel -John Silver - Turn Face -Jake Roberts - Turn Face -Isiah Kassidy - Turn Heel -Five - Turn Face -Evil Uno - Turn Face -Daunte Martin - Turn Face -Darius Martin - Turn Face -Anthony Bowens - Turn Heel -Allie/Bunny - Turn Heel -Alex Reynolds - Turn Face
  2. The issue is kinda where the mod and the in-game economy are at odds with the real world. The game simply isn't built to understand how lucrative TV rights are in the real world, so everything is just based on regional popularity and coverage size of your broadcaster. The mod does a decent job of evaluating how popular feds are by real world standards, but not a great job of evaluating where they are based on in-game mechanics. AEW will ALWAYS fall to small size immediately after the start because none of the wrestlers are talented/experienced/over enough to support their 60 popularity in the Southeast. The fed can't make enough money because they aren't popular enough in other regions. Before I start, I typically transition them down to small size in the editor by equalizing their popularity to 55 in every region in the US to account for the fact that they've had a solidly national presence since their inception. That goes a LONG way to helping with money problems, and I think more closely reflects their reality when WWE is considered a medium company by mod standards. I know this answer is basically, "just cheat," but I would try that and see if it makes the experience better. Also, maybe it was hyperbole, but signing broadcast deals with "pretty much every broadcaster" might be cannibalizing revenue if any of them are free-to-air.
  3. <p>Always appreciate the update. However, I think it would be best if all starting written and exclusive written contracts came with iron clad clauses. Right now, AEW and Impact routinely get raided by NJPW signing guys to exclusive deals at the start of every game.</p><p> </p><p> Some changes specifically for AEW:</p><p> -Remove Britt Baker's starting injury</p><p> -Remove DDP</p><p> -Remove Ariane Andrew</p><p> -Remove Mike Chioda</p><p> -Remove Matt Cardona (Has said his contract is up. Could be a work, but maybe switch it to handshake regardless.)</p><p> -Remove Nick Mondo (Set to "Left the Business." Only seems to be a director for video packages.)</p><p> -Remove Jeff Jones (Set to "Left the Business." Has no associated role with the company's in-ring product. Only runs digital media.)</p><p> -I'd also add the heavily featured Dark regulars on handshake deals (Brian Pillman Jr., KiLynn King, Lee Johnson, Shawn Dean, Griff Garrison, Red Velvett, Rache Chanel). They aren't on the official roster page, but we are talking about wrestlers who have been in 7-10 matches and are actively featured being in attendance at every episode of Dynamite/Dark.</p><p> </p><p> Face/Heel/Role</p><p> -Set Big Swole's contract disposition to Babyface</p><p> -Set Matt Hardy as Manager to Private Party</p><p> </p><p> Non-AEW</p><p> -Remove Tino Sabbatelli's starting injury</p><p> </p><p> EDIT: Benjamin Carter should be in the game, but he apparently doesn't have a visa and hasn't signed with anyone yet.</p>
  4. I recently opened up a Puerto Rican fed on a whim and realized former NPJW, AEW, TNA spanish announcer Willie Urbina is missing from the database. That took me down a rabbit hole to find out where he was currently working and I came out with a fleshed out spreadsheet with a current roster for La Liga Wrestling (formerly WWL) and a full revamp of the Puerto Rican wrestling scene (100+ wrestlers/staff, alter egos, stables, tag teams, etc.). For that much info, is it still preferred to put everything in a post here, or could I just provide the spreadsheet so it's easy to keep size, age, and/or debut years of the workers sorted? Love the updates, and thanks for doing the work to put things together for TEW2020.
