I'm in my second year playing as MAW and a 1/4 of the roster, including people I'm pushing, have handed in their notice even though my backstage is 100%, they have good morale, we're improving attendance month to month, and they only work for me. This seems kinda silly and unrealistic. I feel like, unless they're really busy working for bigger companies or are otherwise unhappy, there really isn't a reason for a wrestler to hand in their notice, at least not at the rate that it's happening. Outside of Bradley Blaze, all of those that have left haven't signed anywhere and have done nothing since leaving yet aren't interested in coming back. Any chance of adjusting this in an update?

I am utterly confused. I can't even figure out how to assign a manager to someone... am I just dumb?
