1. Good points all around. Thanks for better putting this into perspective for me.
 2. So, I'm looking at all the available products (and there are plenty in there-- kudos!) and I've noticed that almost all of them have some kind of penalty - limit and/or restriction on Sex Appeal angles. To be absolutely honest, I don't get it. Sex Appeal seems kind of pointless now for most companies. I can get trying to have players be more creative rather then just spamming menace - sex appeal angles (as it was easy enough to do in TEW 2016), nonetheless, some of these products seem that they would be totally in tune with some sex appeal on their shows. Since when is having a drop dead gorgeous woman (and/or man-- no judging!!!) not a good thing in professional wrestling (for any company)? I can understand a hardcore pure sport product perhaps.... but Attitude? Some of the 'edgier' products also have limitations. Realistically, pretty much all companies have had attractive people on their shows no matter their mic skills and/or participation in the ring. I don't see why having a hot woman on a heel's arm while he cuts a promo should not add to the angle rating. Miss Elizabeth's entire career was being mute and looking classy - gorgeous around the ring. Even more traditional, buttoned up companies have had attractive women around just to be there and add to the presentation. This isn't a deal breaker for me, but this just doesn't seem to make much sense to me.
 3. Survey time.... how many people came here to see the WCW skin? Now, how many people came to download nWo skin? Survey says...another one for the good guys! Great job! Love this skin!
 4. I like the fact that there is no hard and set rule for when and if you can have former talent back in your company. When the game get's 'gamey' and less organic, spontaneous, it get's boring. 'I can just re-hire so and so after 6 months.'... what? Realistically, people have different outlooks and personalities. Some people hold grudges for years for the smallest of slights whereas others are willing to forgive the murder of a family member. The more the game feels like real life, the more immersive it becomes...
 5. Good work and thank you! I always aim to have the hugest free picture database possible.. nothing worse than a worker with no picture in my games. I usually just edit the game data (in game) if I find a new generated worker with no picture. I find a picture on the internet that matches their physical traits - age. I find that the game often puts a portrait on a worker that doesn't really fit and this bothers me as well (most free pictures are not listed as ugly, good looking etc). You get a portrait of a hottie on someone with a Sex Appeal of 12 and it doesn't really make any sense.
 6. Agreed. If I can give an example: Doink the Clown in the 90s in WWE - WWF. Ok, you can't get more comedy gimmicky than that really. While it is a sure fire comedy gimmick, Doink still had wrestling matches with wrestling moves that could be digested by fans young and old alike. Any of his matches with Bret Hart, Bam Bam Bigelow (and others) were still well done nonetheless and enjoyable for fans of all stripes / tastes. I was just trying to say that you can have a worker have a comedy gimmick, but if the gimmick bleeds into their ring work (i.e fantastical, ridiculous spots and moves that break the fourth wall), there should be a penalty in certain promotions with their attached fan bases. In all honesty, I don't think the game is that in-depth to take that into account (difference in comedy matches with comedy spots / maneuvers and then just having a wrestler using a comedy gimmick) and it doesn't have to be really... I do not think comedy gimmicks should not be penalized per se in more traditional promotions and that only using comedy matches / comedy spots should be penalized.

Yano most of the time doesn’t even have comedy matches, his gimmick is comical and he cheats a bunch against more skilled opponents. If there are two people participating overtly in comedy then it’s probably a comedy match, but most of his matches are the opponent looking at him like he’s annoying, which is his entire gimmick.

A Yano vs Naito match would never be penalized because it’s not a comedy match, it just involves one guy with a comedy gimmick.

If you have a match in a semi-serious (respect for wrestling, old school wrestling) or totally serious promotion (with fans expecting as much as well) such as AWA or some Japanese promotions from 20, 30, 40 years ago and you have your one over - respected worker in there against a guy who wants to do dick flips, imaginary hand grenades and throw hadoukens at you... it's going to kill the match all the same. A comedy gimmick works if it fits into the overall product - context of the organization. If the fan base have a certain taste and the organization as a whole just decided to throw something like that out of left field, it would hurt the event and the match.
