1. Makes sense. When I was going through all of the options for a figurehead, it seemed nearly impossible and the negatives outweighed the positives since the positives weren't guaranteed and were only 20% increase in revenue while the negatives would be truly pissed off wrestlers crumbling at the pressure. Thanks to Historian, too. Will just remove and not use the Figurehead option for now.
 2. Yeah, it seems like there's no way to have a figurehead in a company like WWE when there are too many factors that will have other wrestlers being better than others in one particular trait/skill. To have one wrestler be the best in nearly all skills at a company with nearly 80+ wrestlers to be a figurehead seems a bit too much to ask.
 3. Posted a thread about this but didn't see any responses so posting it here: Question to those who appoint figureheads in their federations. I started with a real world mod and the WWE has Roman Reigns as a figurehead, but he is consistently "Angry at Pressure of Being a Figurehead". He was already in this position and has been there already for 2 year and 3 months. Is there anyway to curb this trait from continuing to affect his morale? In the game, he is one of the most popular wrestlers in the world, has 86-99 Charisma, 76-89 Microphone, 76-89 Acting, 100 Star Quality, 95 Star Appeal, is "Over". With him as a Figurehead, the business is down by 25% and WWE sells less than 25% merchandise, so I am not certain what if it's just a lost cause for him and I need to remove him ASAP. Any tips that I should be aware of such as particular Attributes to pay attention to for new Figureheads or particular Skills that will help out the best? When I look at the Figurehead screen, basically every single option has like 3-4 different Positives but than like 10-12 negatives and everyone is "very close to being a figurehead" but due to the WWE roster being so large, they are compared to so many wrestlers that have "a little more charisma" or "slightly more over" or "a little more star quality" that it seems impossible to have a Figurehead in a promotion this size due to how the hidden math is calculated. 5. Yeah, still weird for two wrestlers that get 90+ on a wrestling soap opera B show to get lowered to a 50 on a nerd nirvana B show just because it's a B show. When I book the same match on an A Show with the same wrestlers, they get a 79-88 when I run the simulation a few times.
 6. I recently changed my booking style from Wrestling Soap Opera to Wrestling Nerd Nirvana and I'm a little lost on why my B Shows went from being rated 70+ rated to 45-50 rated regardless of how I book it. Short matches: 50 Long matches (which are favored by Wrestling Nerd Nirvana): 50 Change the match type to Steal the Show, Wild Brawl, Storytelling, etc and almost every match still gets 45-50 ratings. Change the wrestlers to main eventers and the matches still hover around 60-65 while they would get above 70s previously. I know B shows don't matter to the company's popularity or growth, but it's annoying to see it automatically get lowered without a clear indicator. The announcing team hasn't changed. Locker room morale is happy. I put the best road agents on the matches, too.

 9. Much appreciated! In terms of having a training facility owned by the developmental league/child promotion vs. the parent company, are there any pluses or minuses? The Player's Handbook only mentions you can take them over and the only negative is that once you take them over, you can no longer give/gift them back.
 10. Much appreciated -- very insightful. Mod maker made it that way. Will look more into it. Wanted to go about adding promotions that are friendly with WWE currently (Evolve, WXW, and Progress) so will check into the benefits and all that information to assist me long term.
 11. The TEW20 handbook isn't all that detailed and leaves a lot of space for the players to try and fill in their own blanks. For example, while playing as the WWE from this modern day mod, it doesn't allow players to send wrestlers to the Performance Center or hire new wrestlers straight into the Performance Center. Instead, you can hire them and put them in Developmental Child Companies and/or you can Send Away to Developmental Child Companies. It also didn't allow you to directly send any members from a Developmental Child Company to the Performance Center either. The change had to be done to "Take Over" the Performance Center directly so that WWE ran it. Not sure why that had to be done given it's in my Office and directly tied to the the Child Companies, too. Anyway, figured out how to make it usable now. Currently trying to figure out how to add more members in the Alliance and also make money off that. The Handbook on that is like a few sentences but doesn't give much insight on limits to alliances (game currently keeps telling me I am maxed out even though I have 3 and I see other alliances in game with 4-5 members in a group).
 12. For Alliances, I tried inviting a new member but was quickly told that "Invitation Blocked -- The Invitation has been blocked as the WWE universe already has its maximum number of members." The current Alliance only 3 has members, while I see other alliances having 4-5. Anyway I can change this?
 13. Seeking some help on broadcasting. Using one of the Modern mods and I am trying to get new broadcasting deals for WWE Main Event show in Mexico, but it keeps telling me that it conflicts with my WWE Network contract. A little confused on how my other WWE shows (including Main Event) can have multiple deals already in place but anytime I try to get new deals, it continues to tell me that WWE Network conflicts with any/all deals I try to help expand my territory coverage. Also how do I get "shown on demand" contracts? EDIT: Nvm, found that they wanted exclusive footage. I still dont understand how to get On Demand contracts signed since they all have time slots instead.
 14. Curious about the training facilities, too. I looked into it and it said both of my child companies had 0 people attending the performance center, so I am a little confused on how people attend this. Sending people to "Developmental" was what I thought was the solution, but no idea how they would attend the Training Facilities. I also just hired two rookies and sent them to my developmental child league, but not sure how they are going to be attending the PC to train.

Same section as Steal the Show, etc.

To clarify, it has nothing to do with storylines.

Ahh that makes more sense than the storylines. I still ran the show and got an 83 rating on it, but was making me go insane with all of the changes I was doing to try and find the solution to make "Story Telling" fixed.
