I thought I'd give WWE a shot with Vince coming back tonight.
40 minutes in and it's been utter dog poo(keeping it G-rated)
Talk/squash a tag team/dancing/talk/vince books himself into a match

I actually liked the start of the end bit where Cena was basically making fun of himself. Almost like he was forcing himself HEEL. However, with the Rock struggling in ring(or at least appearing to struggle), he tried to go even more HEEL by dissing Rock during the promo.
I only watched the last hour of the show and I know it's all about building for WM, but I like wrestling more than I like soap opera. I know TV isn't made for that anymore and that is probably why I don't watch much of it.

...the hell just happened?
Rock on tape ELECTRIFYING
Rock live in ring with Cena Cena came out of this looking very good...
-
So they dropped from
1,524,000
to
1,350,000
They dropped 174,000.
-
It was a 1.22
The odd thing is the demographics were pretty much level or slightly down except for 12-17 males which were up a lot.
Still a 1.22 is the highest since Feb.
-
PWTorch has reported TNA did 1.65 million viewers
I'm guessing that's very close to a 1.2 rating.
-
1.07 1,441,000
So about the same the last 3 weeks.

Plus it adds something when Kane is revealed responsible for the Undertaker being vegetative. So they have two reasons to fight.
-
Last week was a 1.14 with 1,450,000
This week was a 1.09 with 1,436,000
So while they were down 0.05 it was only 14,000 people.

Am I the only one who never wanted to see Dixie have an on-air role? I could barely watch her segments with Sting.
I agree.
But tonight she made the ending. I will stick by that opinion.
I'm intrigued by what Taz said and wonder if it was a throw-away line or if it plays into this at all.
-
Watching it again on tnawrestling.com
Taz said "This was the plan Mike. This thing was setup for weeks."
-
What happened at the end of Impact? I was watching off and on, then I turned it off. I find it hard to believe anything involving Dixie was "awesome".
I actually think Dixie "made" the ending.
-
Someone should get fired for making Cena bleed.
We can't have the kiddies seeing blood.
I'm only halfway serious about that....
Bourne or Orton kinda botched it if you really watch it, but the camera man or production truck botched it worse.....

Is TNA actually making progress in the ratings?
Can they do it 2 weeks in a row?
This from 411wrestling who got it from PWInsider
- The July 8th edition of TNA Impact scored a 1.14 rating with 1,450,000 viewers.

Motor City Machine Guns vs Beer Money- Guns finally please please please please.
Matt Morgan vs Hernandez- Hernandez finally gets revenge but Morgan has a good showing.
Ric Flair vs Jay Lethal- Lethal!!!!!!!!!!!!! Nothing else would make sense.
Madison Rayne vs Angelina Love- Love, hope for a rematch where if Rayne loses the ones she retired get reinstated, man the KO's need bodies, come on Micky get over here.
Douglas Williams vs Brian Kendrick- Time for Kendrick to win it imho, although maybe Williams bad acting was on purpose eg he is not afaid of hights and Kendrick assuming he is costs him the match.
Kurt Angle vs Pope- Angle wins and makes Pope look great
Brother Ray vs Brother Devon vs Jesse- Don't care, seriously.
AJ&Kaz vs TBA- If TBA are in TNA atm or legends then AJ and Kaz if it is TWGTT they win. Plus I think they would be better in fourtune as they need a mouthpiece more then Beer Money.
RVD vs Abyss vs Jeff Hardy vs Mr Anderson- RVD as TNA goes with long term champions, Anderson turns on Hardy making RVD vs Abyss one on one for the next ppv.
I totally agree with the part I put in bold. I can really see that happening or at the very least it coming very close to costing Kendrick the match.

That was a very good WRESTLING show.
-
The only reason I wouldn't want Heyman to come in right now is because TNA has been more watchable than WWE the last 2 months.
-
Not a bad show. Not a good show. Overall, kind of meh.
I hope the 6 Vs. 1 match doesn't mean Cena wins.
The computer GM is dumb as hell and it needs to end, but probably won't as they made a podium for the computer to sit on.
-
The Miz has been the most interesting thing so far....
-
Don't you love how fast the GM can type and send an email.
Also, I don't think Cena mouthing what the F is very PG

Jarrett on twitter:
"Just received some huge news!"
make of it what you will.
Oh no. Jarrett is gonna win the belt. j/k
With all the huge news, change TNA forever stuff, it's hard to get excited over anything they hype.
I do think TNA Impact has been worth watching for a month to 6 weeks, possibly longer. They aren't doing everything perfectly, but it's night/day compared to when Hogan/Bisch first got there.
