1. Almost 2 years into my L2G save I had a 0-0 Fighter win a tournament for my vacant Lightweight Title (threw him in as fodder for a former champion) He ends up pulling off the upset of all upsets walking his way to the finals never leaving the first round submitting all his opponents by Arm Bar, gets to the finals and wins by Split Decision in a Fantastic Match That I'm almost positive will go on to win Fight of the Year. Man is a machine and lucky I have grown just enough to be able to compete with some of the other England and Ireland companies trying to steal him currently. The other big thing on GAMMA's end is Matthew Dean just got hit with two scandals at once. Both Social Media scandals one for making Racist Remarks and another for making fun of former WEFF Champion Pamela O'Neil. Both news items just popped up on my feed and to see it was Matthew Dean who is still holding a GAMMA Middleweight Championship having won 6 fights in the first round just this save. Crazy stuff happens in the default universe of this game.
 2. STRIKEFIRST 3: Sarich vs Levasseur Results STRIKEFIRST 3: Sarich vs Levasseur Main Event #1 (Champion) Vjekoslav “Cro Con” Sarich (10-0) defeats #9 Jean-Jacques Levasseur (8-4) in 2:44 of Round 1 by Knock Out (Punch) to retain his STRIKEFIRST Welterweight Title. Sarich says he just wants to continue to defend his title and be part of putting STRIKEFIRST on the map. Welterweight Bout Co-Main Event #7 “Nasty” Nigel Collett (8-2) defeats #5 Jazz “Lionheart” Snide (4-1) by TKO (Strikes) in 4:57 of Round 3. Nigel tells Snide they can run it back, knowing the fight was close. “We are both bleeding, beat the shit out of each other, I’d do it again in a heart beat. It was fun man”. Lightweight Bout #13 Stewart “Pressure” Point (2-0) defeats #14 “Bad Ass” Benny Dukes (1-1) by UnAnimous Decision in 3 Rounds. Point doesn’t stick around after the fight to even make a comment making his way to the back immediately after having his hand raised. He seems to be all business at this point. Featherweight Bout #2 Ashihei Bando (9-2) defeats #6 Nadir Mendes Ferreira (6-2) in 4:58 of Round 1 by Knock Out (Punch). Bando praises Ferreira for his skill and toughness bowing to him multiple times after the fight while also thanking STRIKEFORCE for the opportunity. Bantamweight Bout Pre-Show Card #UR Mako Day (1-0) defeats #8 Dallin Friedland (6-4) by Submission (Armbar) in 2:34 of Round 1. Mako Day call this the Pro Debut everyone is going to talk about in a few years when he is winning championships. Bantamweight Bout #16 Ward “Dizzy” Maloprop (2-0) defeated #15 Stephen “The Monk” Conti (1-1) by Unanaimous Decision after three rounds Judge 1 scored the fight 29-28, #2 and #3 30-27. Maloprop calls out Swithens Corcoran saying he will kick his ass from here to next week, but he will wait for the pay day if that’s what it takes. Featherweight Bout #12 Billy “Bulls” High (2-0) defeated #13 Adam “The Anarchist” McLeish (1-1) by Unanimous Decision after 3 Rounds. Billy High talks about how happy he is to win his debut with STRIKEFIRST and thanks his family, friends, and teammates. Lightweight Bout #12 Bernhard Moltmann (3-0) defeated #14 Thomas O’Cann (5-6) in 4:05 of Round 1 by TKO (Strikes). After the fight Bernhard Moltmann called out Dunacn Thistlewood. Welterweight Bout Fight Picks Results CageRage 7-1 McDojoDelux 5-3

Khan calls this one of the biggest wins of his career. In what was an even match across the board Khan got a good shot in on O’Flaherty’s chin that caused the fall and Khan was able to take advantage.

Welterweight Bout

Co-Main Event

#7 Geraint O’Connell (4-0) defeats #10 Ignatius Hepfinger (9-11) in 3 Round by Unanimous Decision. Judge 1 scored the fight 30-27, Judge 2 scored the fight 30-26 and Judge 3 scored the fight 30-25. Hepfinger was visibily upset as he felt O’Connell was toying with him the last round and kept yelling “You should have just gone for the knock out. F*** you!”

Lightweight Bout

#10 Swithens Corcoran (5-0) defeats #9 Duey Rickert (9-6) in 0:36 of Round 1 by TKO (Strikes). All three Judges scored the fight 29-28. This fight was being hyped as a potential fight of the night as both men where left bloodied and barley standing at the end of the three rounds.

Bantamweight Bout

#12 Clint Royle (3-0) defeated #11 Mark Lee (3-1) in 1:23 of Round 1 by Submission (Kneebar). Another exciting fight that got the crowd on their feet. The “Honey Badger” grabbed the mic after his win and called out Duey Rickert. The two have a history on the “minor leagues” as Royle holds two wins over Rickert. Rickert has gone on record to call them both flukes and saying the judges were paid off for the decision victories.

Featherweight Bout

#10 Shawn McCarthy (3-0) defeated #13 Nathan Wyles (1-1) in 4:24 of Round 3 by Submission (Rear Naked Choke). "It's no disrespect, he is a strong fighter and I only want to fight the best, so if I have it my way, he is next," his post fight interview was translated as saying. Ryan Fenniman calls out Freddy Lomax after his win saying “The Axe” can’t stand up to the “Gold Standard”. This may have pushed "The Axe" to his impressive start with STRIKEFIRST as Freddy "The Axe" Lomax starts his time with the company as STRIKEFIRST 1st Featherweight Champion. The new Champion had nothing to say when asked about Fenniman and that may be a message of it's own. Jazz Snide calls out Nigel Collett calling him a coward who has ducked him from the amateurs to the Pro’s and isn’t man enough to fight him. Nigel Collett responded to Jazz Snide later in the night saying he isn’t scared to fight anyone but his eyes are really on fighting Dieter Kolzig next as he want’s to fight up the Rankings not down. Marko Prochazka calls out Piotr Dabrowski announcing that “He can’t Beat me, not even in practice”. This is the first time Marko has called out someone who left Russian Combat Sambo, but probably not the last as he has a lot of team Pride. Marko, known for his loud mouth around RCS looks like he will call out anyone who has left the team in recent years and is in his weight class.

 9. Monday January Week 1, 2002 Will STRIKEFIRST, Strike First? A new MMA promotion will be making it's debut in the coming months in Ireland looking to take on the likes of British Cage Fighting and Signature Martial Arts. STRIKEFIRST MMA is a debuting company with it's first event tentatively scheduled for the final week of February. Currently only the 8th Professional Mixed Martial Arts Promotion in the World, the young upstart will look to push to the forefront of the mind for all MMA fans. Former Amateur Boxing Promotor Rory Corbett has apparently thrown his whole life savings into this company as his "Last ditch effort to do something big with my life", as he put it himself when interviewed today. The company will start with four weight classes with the plan being to have a starting roster of 16 fighters per weight class. The starting weight classes will be Bantamweight, Featherweight, Lightweight, and Welterweight. No big names have been announced and it's believed that there won't be any in the near future. Rory is using his contacts in the MMA world to bring in some young Upstarts and older veterans who didn't live up to the hype they may have brought when younger. Nobody really knows what to expect but with a man throwing his life savings in the ring(and ,yes, STRIKEFIRST will be one of only two current Pro MMA companies to hold their fights in a ring instead of a cage) we are sure to at the very least watch the man go down swinging. With the first card coming down the pipeline we expect the first champions will probably be crowned via tournament and a more traditional MMA set up to follow in events after the first. We personally look forward to what is on it's way down the pipeline for this upstart promotion.
