I really miss the old "foreign workers on touring only" aspect from the last version of the game. It's really helpful for a historical real life mod so that companies like New and All Japan don't sign US and Canadian wrestlers on exclusive written full time contracts. I would love to see some kind of return of it, maybe in the way of a "Foreign Workers on Handshake only" type thing. There's already a "no foreign workers" hiring rule but that's not very realistic either. Without it, historical mods aren't nearly as fun to use.

I gave my Landon Mallory render a longer haircut and a pose/expression that gives him MUCH more personality than the straight on render. I also included that expression with the short hair too for those that prefer that.

I've done Bishop, Van Pelt and Reynaud before: Went back to touch up Black Diamond again. I forgot in the render before I had makeup on her and I changed the skin tone to make it a little less cartoony. I think this is finally done LOL Marat Khoklov Running Wolf

Those look really good, how did you set up the lighting?

I liked how a fuller body shot changed how I looked at Sammy Bach so I think I'm going to try in the future to do more of those, even if you can't really use it in game, because it definitely gives more character to wrestlers than just the headshot. Take these American Cobras for example, the medium body shot tells you way more about them Storm Spillane/Marvel Malloy

Ah ok, I haven't figured out how to use a regular light set up with Iray so I use the HDRI for lighting And yes, turn Dome to off to get rid of backgrounds but it looks like you might have already figured that one out

I think your lighting looks great. Iray is a little tough to get the hang of. I use the Incandescent Portrait light set. I change the blur to Mitchell and set the pixel radius to 1.0. I also change the render quality to 5.0

That Black Eagle and your free workers are great cooldude. The lighting and shading are getting better and better. One of them kinda has a Sonny Kiss vibe. Nice work!
