Hi all, Haven't really been active as a member on here for a while, but I've had a few private messages lately about my easy tournament program I made years ago (I want to say TEW05 time?) Anyways, it's a simple program that allows.you to run a tournament that determines the winner for you. It doesn't need Tew to run at all. I've had a bit of a break with Football Manager coming out, started playing again but my games file has corrupted twice in a week, so might have to admit defeat on that save and start again, shame there's no newer mods being released for it, as i really didn't like the 2020 demo when i played that

I've tried to do a forum search but "contract" brings up loads of posts so hopefully someone can help with this. I'm currently the number 1 company in my game in popularity, importance, influence, finance, everything, I'm trying to steal 2 Japanese workers from my biggest rival (both companies based in the US) The problem i have is that when i go to offer contracts, they're offering contracts at 50k+ when my owner will only allow me to offer 34k maximum. Why is this? Surely as the biggest company in the world, with a flashy owner, i'd be able to compete with them properly? Even the numbers 3 and 4 companies are offering more than i can? Anyone have any advice on how i can improve my offers? Thanks

I've had the demo since release, think ill wait until some rw mods come out as I can't decide if its the cv or the game itself that I'm not really enjoying. It seems a lot harder with the scrolling issues, and the screens all look way too busy, it reminds me a bit like football manager with the mass of new in depth features, the majority of which I will be honest and say I was looking forward to, but I just feel there is something missing thats making me want to leave my long term 2016 save, unlike when 2016 came out

I tend to keep it, and I tend to make sure that I book at least 2 women's matches a show, however I've just bought out SHINE and made them into my women's development company so had a storyline where Rousey has had enough of not being treat equal to men and quit the company, along with the other females and took the title to SHINE. I was struggling with building new stars up as their talents werent up to scratch with those on the roster already and was growing bored of similar matches in order to keep my ratings strong

My biggest draw that I've pushed in this game was probably PAC/Neville. Re hired him in February 2019, and by August he had become my most over worker and my WWE champion, has now held the title for 7 months and not sure who I could have him drop the belt to as his pop is so much higher than everyone elses. Best ever draw however would be D-Wreck, generated worker who started with 0 pop, had very little skillset but had awesome menace rating, put him in angles where he used that stat and ended up going to a world title goldberg style run before corrupted data ended his streak. Biggest flop would probably be James Storm, just can't get that guy over no matter how many times I try.

I had my mid card champ challenge for the main title, won it, then the night after dropped his mid card title to his "bodyguard/manager" via the change title note in angles, no loss of pop or harm to him

<p>I managed to buy out a company of similar popularity to mine and pillaged some of their workers, title a and their TV shows (not sure why their TV but I did anyways) now I'm stuck with their show contracts that are left to run, is there any way of cancelling them other than tring to end the contract early as the companies won't accept my cancellation requests. </p><p> </p><p> If I'd have taken the time to check thingspoicf I'd have never taken the shows on board as I already have 2 I run per week!</p>

i haven't a clue why, if someone else could check this for me (i have a newer version on my laptop, no longer have the 101.exe so i can't check it) it would be greatly appreciated. Also, are you sure you're clicking the buttons/inputting workers into the boxes once they're enabled?

seeding may be added, but not for a while, after i've done the 24 man version, i'm going to be adding in the 16 man jump, then after that, then i'll be making it so you can also select the winner of the match I'm also adding the export feature in once i have more or less everything done

the fact that i jumped from 32 to 8 was a massive accident, i didn't realise until i had started doing the hard coding, as it stands, i haven't made a single alteration to the 32>8 jump, that isn't because i won't, just because i'm doing the Auto Brand BETA (yeah, it won't be finished by tomorrow ) and i'm coding the 24 man tournament so it can end in a 3 way final. But don't worry, i will do the 32>16>8 drops, purely because i know how vital the missing matches are if you're doing a 32 man tournament. ---------------------- in regarss to round robin, i have only heard it through Pro Evolution Soccer, so i assumed it was knockout tournament. Leagues are more associated with Football, over here we have way too many leagues with League in the name

maybe we should look into doing a joint program together? i, honestly, have a limited knowledge of VB, well, programmign in genral, i get by with what i know and make little Helper programs for games (Championship and Football Manager and TEW) I am more suited to doing graphics, so i enjoy doing the interfaces more than the actual game programming, but, i like the feeling i get when i finally complete the thing so others can actually use it!

Sounds good, i get why you have it as a single name commond, allows unlimited workers to be assigned, made me find a big flaw in my Auto Brand thing. Once i complete Auto Brand (or at least monday's first version) i'll look into releasing a 24>12>6 man easy tournament.

in terms of a league generator, sorry, can't do that, i can get a few weeks done well, then after that, the coding gets messed up (well i mess it up ) Starting on the Draft thing now, will hopefully have an update sometime tomorrow afternoon on it, maybe with screenshots, who knows lol

as in a league-to-round robin similar to the World Cup, or as in like WreSpi2?
