This would be for higher difficulty levels, since there are some combos that are very powerful that AI should be making use of to compete with the player, right now once you know some combos the game becomes a bit easy if you have shockwave characters + super speed characters for example
1. Characters who have powerful shockwave attacks should be reserved to attack last, so that melee attackers can pull characters out of cover then use shockwave to do massive damage
2. Characters who have melee attacks targeting multiple enemies (especially if they have super speed) should generally attack first or early in the order to be able to pull them out of cover for later characters to have an easier time
