  1. Hey, guys. Unfortunate news, but my save file somehow got corrupted. Thankfully it was just a couple of shows in and not a years long save. That would have devastated me. I'm deciding to do a Real Life Dynasty that I will be posting later on. Just wanted to let you guys know that this one will not be continuing. Thanks for reading!
  2. Chapter Four: March 2020 Monday, Week One, March 2020 At their beginning of the month staff meeting, the group discuss the many companies that signed deals with the newly launched WrestleWorld. Most every company in the USA except PWR and RIPW signed with them. This comes as a relief to Greg, his biggest rival are still not on the airwaves. They recap RIPW’s recent shows, which have also been held in Biker’s Paradise. Their attendances have been 133, 135, and 133 people respectively. Both of PWR’s shows have brought in more eyes, and estimations are that Doomsday may see over 200 people. Greg is going into his third show feeling much better about the future of the company, and possibly more open about the idea of increasing production to match RIPW. ______________________________________________________________________________ Friday, Week 3, March 2020 Greg Sluchinksi walks through the halls of Biker's Paradise for a third time. He sees the smiling faces of his overall happy roster, but he's troubled. He's invested almost all of him money, his livelihood into this promotion. As of right now, it looks like it may have been a poor investment. But he can't worry about that right now. He's got a show to book. PWR Doomsday Biker's Paradise Attendance: 213 Garry the Entertainer opens the show by addressing the situation with Ozzie Goldstein. At Blackout, Ozzie Goldstein cost him the #1 Contendership. Garry has no ill will towards Nathaniel, and promises that he won’t interfere in their championship match tonight. But Garry promises that he will be waiting for Ozzie and the PWR Championship. This promo was hot, but was cut short by The Masked Mauler VII and Ben Williams, who had a match scheduled with Garry next. Garry the Entertainer defeats Ben Williams and the Masked Mauler VII (14:42) Match Rating: 32 Garry wins a decent match after hitting a Pants Pull Sunset Flip on the Masked Mauler. The three were told to go out there and advance Garry's story with Ozzie, and it may have affected how good the match may have been. Regardless, the Masked Mauler continues to impress and is getting better at his gimmick. Olivia Diamond defeats Sabrina Wells (11:59) Match Rating: 32 Olivia gets her first points in the round robin tournament against Sabrina Wells, who struggled in this match. Olivia, feeling the adrenaline of her first PWR win, grabs a microphone and declares that she will not lose another match in this tournament. The crowd is able to get behind a babyface on a mission! James Diaz defeats Fro Sure (12:04) Match Rating: 43 Fro Sure continues to put on great matches, but James Diaz weasels his way to a victory after hitting Fro with a low blow while the referee was knocked out. Diaz laughs his way to the back as Fro writhes in pain in the ring. Joanna Silver defeats Christy Higgins (14:36) Match Rating: 38 Joanna Silver steals one from Christy Higgins, who looked like she would run away with the match. Higgins has lost her first match in the championship tournament, and in a major upset! Penfold Perdition defeats Cheech Kong (8:23) Match Rating: 27 Penfold dominated Cheech in this match. The finish saw Roger Monteiro run out to try to sabotage the match, but Penfold hit him as he ran in the ring. Cheech saw his opportunity with a roll-up. Penfold, however, was NOT going to lose on another roll-up. He kicked out and hits Cheech with a Eyebrow Raiser for the pin. After the match, Penfold attacks Roger, continuing his beatdown from last week. Joy Ryder defeats Candy Floss (9:41) Match Rating: 29 Inexperience meets declining ability. Joy and Candy did their best, and Candy put over a potential future star. Ozzie Goldstein defeats Nathaniel Ca$ino (14:39) Match Rating: 40 Great booking work and refereeing from Rick Sanders and Francis Long, combined with solid performances from the champion and the challenger really pushed this match. Ozzie retains his title after a Golden Shower. As Ozzie celebrates his first defense in the ring, Garry the Entertainer returns from the back. He stares down Ozzie from the top of the ramp, showing that he's still here. And he's waiting for him. Overall Rating: 37 After holding his best show yet, Greg holds his monthly address to his locker room. Focusing on Garry’s great performance tonight, while giving some encouragement to Penfold, who just can’t seem to get any heat from the audience, and Sabrina, for having an off night. In the administration meeting the next day, the same problems echoed again. Lack of big names and poor comparisons to RIPW. Greg begins to wonder if perhaps they need to begin to lose money for the sake of gaining popularity. Lee points out how much Christy putting over Joanna helped her. She’s tripled her popularity since signing with PWR. Greg and his road agents begin to see if there’s some older popular workers who would be willing to come in and prop up some of the younger talent. ______________________________________________________________________________ APRIL PWR CARD (name to be announced later) PWR Championship Match Ozzie Goldstein (c) vs Garry the Entertainer Round Robin Tournament Match Christy Higgins vs Joy Ryder Round Robin Tournament Match Candy Floss vs Olivia Diamond Round Robin Tournament Match Joanna Silver vs Sabrina Wells
  3. Chapter 3: February 2020 Monday Week 1 February 2020 Greg calls in Lee Wright and Rick Sanders on the first day of February to discuss the company and the industry. The immediate point of topic is the Supreme Wrestling Federation’s decline. After major cutbacks, SWF is now a medium company. This could affect the business of PWR’s rival, RIPW. Lee Wright points out, however, that RIPW have made back nearly all of the $50,000 they were under, and are now just $1,000 under. PWR meanwhile, made $4,461 last month. Sanders does not expect to make money back this month after increasing production costs, however. Unless the merchandising upgrade can get here before Blackout. There is no other news relevant to them in the wrestling industry, so they begin to plan out Blackout. With the show finalized, Lee points out that Cheech Kong is not on the card. Needing to be somewhere in front of the crowd, Greg decides to book him for a pre-show promo, to see if he can get a reaction from the crowd. Greg needs to see some progress from Cheech this week. ______________________________________________________________________________ Nights before the show, Nathaniel Ca$ino was featured in a minor wrestling podcast. While trying to get it over, Nathaniel did the interview entirely in his "The Gambler" gimmick. During the podcast, Nathaniel called out Ozzie Goldstein and Garry the Entertainer, but had some special words towards Ben Williams. Williams had knocked Garry out with a Double or Nothing when Ben broke up the pin. Williams threw Garry out of the ring, just to get hit with a Golden Shower by Ozzie, giving Goldstein the win. Nathaniel believes that he would have won the championship if not for Ben. He claims that Ben will get his due but first, Nathaniel has to win the #1 Contenders match at Blackout and reclaim the title that should be his. ______________________________________________________________________________ PWR Blackout Friday, Week 3, February 2020 Biker's Paradise Attendance: 182 Preshow: Cheech Kong gives a short promo to hype the crowd and it… massively fails. The small crowd that was filing in did not care for what Kong had to say, and he was unable to get their attention. Awful performance, and one that was noted. Cheech returns backstage and quickly heads to the locker room, avoiding eye contact with Greg. Main Card: Ozzie Goldstein opens the show much like he did last week, with a coronation. This time, it was deserved. He celebrated winning the PWR Championship at Genesis and taunts the crowd for a bit, until Garry the Entertainer comes out. Garry tells Goldstein to enjoy it, because after he wins his #1 Contenders match tonight, he’s taking that title off of him. Joanna Silver defeats Olivia Diamond (15:30) Match Rating: 32 Olivia Diamond bounces back after a disappointing debut with a solid match against Joanna Silver. Olivia is unable to pull out the win though. As Joanna heads backstage after celebrating her win, the in-house video screen takes us backstage. Penfold Perdition is absolutely laying out Roger Monteiro. Perdition must not be over the roll-up defeat he suffered at Genesis! Fro Sure defeats The Masked Mauler VII (10:04) Match Rating: 42 Fro Sure and Masked Mauler put on the best performance of PWR's young life! After the match, Fro Sure calls out James Diaz. Diaz rubbed him the wrong way with his words at Genesis. He says that if Diaz wants respect, then he has to earn it. Fro Sure challenges him to a match at Doomsday! Christy Higgins defeats Candy Floss (15:04) Match Rating: 40 Candy Floss also has a solid performance after a rocky start at the last show, but is unable to thwart Christy in her quest to become Women's Champion. Sabrina Wells defeats Joy Ryder (12:05) Match Rating: 24 The two inexperienced women struggled to put on an entertaining match, but this is exactly what the Women's Tournament is for: to get these women some much needed exposure and in ring experience. James Diaz cuts a backstage promo scathing Fro Sure for his promo earlier in the night. He then accepts Fro’s challenge. Nathaniel Ca$ino defeats Garry the Entertainer and Ben Williams (15:30) Match Rating: 36 Garry the Entertainer's crusade will have to wait a little longer, after Ozzie Goldstein takes advantage of the Triple Threat match rules and attacks Garry with a Golden Shower. This gives Nathaniel a chance to take the pinfall and become #1 Contender! Overall Rating: 32 Ben Williams, Sabrina Wells, and Joy Ryder are the recipients of kind words from Sluchinski are the show. Though he does not show it to the roster, Greg is disheartened. His second show was worse than his first. He is told that major feedback has not changed from January. They look worse compared to RIPW, and have a lack of big names. Greg is then informed of a potential new way to raise popularity: WrestleWorld, which will be debuting in March. Greg is enthusiastic, but is informed by Wright that WrestleWorld will not negotiate a contract with them unless they increase production values. Greg leaves the issue up in the air, wanting to wait until after Doomsday in March to make any decisions. ______________________________________________________________________________ PWR Doomsday (announced matches) PWR Championship Match Ozzie Goldstein (c) vs Nathaniel Ca$ino Round Robin Tournament Match Christy Higgins vs Joanna Silver Round Robin Tournament Match Olivia Diamond vs Sabrina Wells Round Robin Tournament Match Candy Floss vs Joy Ryder Fro Sure vs James Diaz
  4. Chapter Two: January 2020 Butterflies fluttered inside of Greg Sluchinski as he looked out the curtain. A crowd of over 150 people surround the wrestling ring inside Biker’s Paradise where his first ever show will be taking place. His road agents try to calm him down, and they join the locker room backstage. Sabrina Wells is lifting up the other workers with some stories from her short time on the road. Greg goes over the night’s show and the PWR roster is set for their first ever show. PWR Genesis Friday, Week 3, January 2020 Biker’s Paradise Attendance: 154 The show starts off with Ozzie Goldstein, the company’s most popular male performer in New England. He claims that there is no better way to start off PWR’s first show than by crowning its first champion. Since holding the Fatal Four Way match will be a waste of time, Ozzie believes that Greg should go ahead and bring him the championship. This doesn’t sit well with Garry the Entertainer, who makes his way out to the ring. Garry tells Ozzie that he can’t weasel his way to the championship, and that he’ll have to win the Fatal Four Way first. Ozzie threatens Garry for interrupting his coronation, but decides it’s better to hold off until the main event, leaving Garry in the ring. Christy Higgins defeats Olivia Diamond in a Women’s Championship Round Robin Tournament Match (13:08) Match Rating: 39 Christy Higgins was in top form in this match, while Olivia Diamond seemed off her game. Diamond skulks backstage, disappointed in her performance. Sabrina Wells defeats Candy Floss in a Women’s Championship Round Robin Tournament Match (15:19) Match Rating: 25 Not a great match from Candy Floss who, despite her excellent in ring skills, suffered from declining abilities. She puts over the rookie Sabrina Wells. Roger Monteiro and Fro Sure defeats Penfold Perdition and The Masked Mauler (11:33) Match Rating: 39 What started off as a back and forth contest devolved into complete domination from Penfold Perdition. Penfold gets caught off guard though and takes a roll-up pin from The Masked Mauler. Penfold is furious after the match. The ring clears before he’s able to take his frustration out on anyone. We take a break in the action as James Diaz makes his way to the ring. He’s furious that he’s been left off of the card. The future of the wrestling industry depends on his success, but the industry is doomed to fail if he can’t get on the card in a locker room full of nobodies. Cheech Kong comes out, and says that if James Diaz wants a fight, then he’s got one. James Diaz defeats Cheech Kong (9:31) Match Rating: 33 James Diaz and Cheech Kong both looked solid in the ring, but struggled in the promo before their match. Cheech’s gimmick in particular struggled to get over with the crowd. Joanna Silver defeats Joy Ryder (11:53) Match Rating: 30 These two had excellent chemistry in the ring, but neither of them are really over with the crowd yet. Joanna still feels like she will be a big deal down the line, however. PWR Championship Match Ozzie Goldstein defeats Nathaniel Ca$ino, Garry the Entertainer, and Ben Williams (14:49) Match Rating: 41 As expected, the main event was the best match of the night. Ozzie and Nathaniel carried the match ringwise, despite Nathaniel’s poor gimmick. Ozzie Goldstein is crowned as the first ever PWR Champion. Overall Show Rating: 34 Backstage, Greg addresses the locker room. He congratulates Ozzie Goldstein on a great performance and on winning what will become the most prestigious title in all of wrestling. He tells Cheech Kong that the crowd wasn’t into his gimmick just yet, but he has faith that Kong can get over. Finally, he turns his attention to a still disappointed Olivia Diamond. He tells her to forget about tonight, because her future is still bright. ______________________________________________________________________________ Saturday, Week 3, January 2020 The next day, Greg meets with Wright, Sanders, Poker, and Long to discuss the show and address any issues. The main issue seems to be how much poorer their show seemed compared to RIPW’s production. The group decides to increase their production in a few phases, but that they don’t have the budget just yet to match what RIPW is doing. Lee Wright does point out that RIPW, after having just one show, is almost $50,000 in the hole, while PWR have actually made money, even after spending almost $2,000 on workers. Perhaps they just need to wait RIPW out. The group decides that they’ll increase each production level by one for now, until they can start making money. Sanders posits merchandise as a potential way to make more money. Greg agrees and begins to upgrade their merchandising system. Another major point of emphasis in show feedback was the lack of any major stars. Greg questions if he’ll be able to pull in a big name right now to bring in some viewers. One name that gets brought up is Shady K, but Greg decides to wait and trust in the process of building up his own stars, such as Ozzie, Garry, Christy, and Joanna. The group plans out the card for their next event, PWR Blackout, being held next month. It will see the next round of the Women’s Championship Tournament, along with a #1 Contenders Match for the PWR Championship. The meeting is adjourned. As the group leaves, Francis Long mentions that love has bloomed inside the locker room. Christy Higgins and Nathaniel Ca$ino are apparently dating. ______________________________________________________________________________ PWR Blackout (Announced Matches) PWR Championship #1 Contenders Match Garry the Entertainer vs Ben Williams vs Nathaniel Ca$ino Round Robin Tournament Match Candy Floss vs Christy Higgins Round Robin Tournament Match Joanna Silver vs Olivia Diamond Round Robin Tournament Match Joy Ryder vs Sabrina Wells
  5. Note: This is my first time writing a diary like this after discovering the game just a couple of months ago. Feedback will always be appreciated! Chapter 1: Creation Greg Sluchinski, after fielding booking offers from RIPW and FCW, decided to open up his dream promotion. He, alongside road agents Lee Wright and Rick Sanders, starts up Pro Wrestling Revolution, taking the initials from his publication, Pro Wrestling Report. At creation, PWR is a Tiny company, ranked 26th in the world with a budget of $50,000. They are most popular in their home region of New England. Wright and Sanders already had some names in mind, suggesting Fro Sure, Garry the Entertainer, Prime Time Jack Pryde, and Justice Jolson, as potential hidden gems. Greg shoots down Jack Pryde and Justice Jolson, claiming that he’s heard that they’re bad influences on the locker room, and he wants everything to run smoothly starting off. After watching tape of Garry and Fro Sure, Greg agrees that they need to extend an offer for Garry the Entertainer. While being blown away by Fro Sure, Greg is hesitant to pursue him due to his commitments to GSW. The budding promoter doesn’t want to step on any hands. From there, Greg lays out to his road agents exactly what he’s looking for. Guys who are currently unemployed, easy to work with, young, and entertaining. Most importantly, however, they need to be able to work. Greg figures they need a solid ten people to fill their early shows. The trio immediately come up with a shortlist and decided to extend offers to the following: Ozzie Goldstein, who has good in ring skills and would be a steal at his estimated cost, immediately catches the eye of Sluchinski Ben Williams is an excellent worker and has decent mic work. The group were hesitant to pursue him as they do not see him having star potential. Masked Mauler VII. Young, good in the ring, okay charisma, very respected around the industry. They like this guy. Cheech Kong is a flashy 28 year old high flyer who could improve on the mic. But he’s young and can develop. James Diaz, the rookie, excellent worker, solid charisma, cheap, and is only 18 years old. This is exactly the kind of guy that Greg wants to build. Nathaniel Ca$ino, relatively unknown in the USA but has a solid base in Canada. He’s great in the ring and on the microphone and could be a big star for PWR. Penfold Perdition may be a guy who they need to badger into signing, due to not wanting to leave his home state of Hawaii, but he’s young and great in the ring. Roger Monteiro shot to the top of their list as a guy who is very good in the ring and on the microphone. Greg wants him on his roster. With all but one of the spots filled, Lee and Rick insist that Greg take another look at Fro Sure, promising that he’ll be an irreplaceable asset to the promotion. Greg heeds the advice and extends an offer to Fro Sure as well. While waiting to hear back from their potential signings, PWR signs two referees: David Poker and Francis Long. The two respected referees join the owner and road agents in formulating a shortlist for the women’s division. They’re looking for six women: Joanna Silver is first recommended by David Poker. She’s 25 years old with excellent charisma and solid in ring skills that will only improve. They see her as a potential star. Sabrina Wells is even younger, has a solid grasp on the basics and is an excellent talker. Olivia Diamond would easily be the best worker in the group, but is 33 years old. Joy Rider is super young, only 21 years old, has good basics and is consistent, but most importantly, could act as a manager for one of the men as well. Candy Floss, despite being 38 years old, is a great worker and is well respected in the industry. Finally, the crew locked onto Christy Higgins, the 32 year that would likely be the most popular and the best worker on the entire roster. She’s also the most expensive. They bite the bullet and offer her the contract. Now with their roster set, it’s time to start booking. PWR announces their first three shows: PWR Genesis, PWR Blackout, and PWR Doomsday, taking place in January, February, and March respectively. Oh, they are free! PWR also announced the creation of the PWR and PWR Women's Championships. The PWR Championship will be decided in a Fatal Four Way match at Genesis, while the Women's Championship will be determined through a 6-woman round robin tournament!
