    patch is 1.46 (Part III) that I got from the forum. Been using the Elicence one, is that the wrong one?

    Keep getting a pop up that says: "The code execution cannot proceed because elicen40.dll was not found. Reninstalling the program may fix this problem." I have tried to re install but issue keep occuring.
