They were some of his best and worst memories. He flicked the cigarette to the curb, composed himself and pushed open the door. The stairs to the office was covered in old photographs. I dealt with students with bereavements, gender identity concerns and medical issues that reduced lifespans.

I'd still be doing it if it wasn't for all the education cuts and redundancy

 4. Not a teacher, but spent 5 years working as an attendance officer/pastoral support.. does that count?
 5. Never played as much of TEW16 as I wanted to but 20 is definitely peaking my interest. Feeling tempted to start up a new diary (bar a few quickly aborted attempts would be the first in 8 years) as well as a few skin ideas
 6. Since we are all stuck waiting, I began wondering about how much extra room we'd have with the new resolution. This much apparently: https://imgur.com/0rXpvHC

 8.
Just throwing it out there, but why not sim it in TEW with no winners picked

Could advertise the new game at the same time <img alt="" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/cool.png.f00d2562b2c1d873a09323753efdb041.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />

 9.
Yip.. Still around and putting out occasional renders (albeit years apart these days)

<img alt="2019.png" data-src="https://i.postimg.cc/PxJYG2qh/2019.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />

 10.
I'm actually really enjoying RDR2 at the moment, and the slower paced motion. Just feels to me like most other games has the player permanent running places and this feels more real.

However... being a little more flush with cash this month, i purchased a HOTAS One mostly for Elite Dangerous.. Damn that change the game up

Thats gonna bite them in the butt when the season pass holders get refunds (its cited as a 4 episode pack so they're gonna get their money back)

 13.
I've been playing a bit of NMS on XB1.. Its grindy but fun.. I'm tempted to restart though having learnt a lot on run number 1

Anyone want me to join them, add me (Jizmochan)

 14. I had a couple of people checking over the data but they went dark on me and haven't been on this site at all this year. There are still changes I'd like to do, but may just release as is

I'm not going to do a Terry Funk and "retire" every year for decades, I plan on taking the Shawn Michaels route and remaining retired. I might cut some of my WMMA renders for TEW on the off chance that Adam wants them, but that's about it.

So if you're the Shawn Michaels of rendering, thats probably gonna make me X-Pac and Trell is Chyna (since the rest of us are certainly not HHH)

 16. *stands and claps* You're right. Your post showing off what you had made did get me into rendering and there always seemed a friendly rivalry between you, me, blashemywebleed and trell. Over the years, we've all kind of drifted away. I believe Blas got a graphic design job, Trell still haunts the boards but i've not really spoken to him in years, and I wound up doing the whole marriage/child/separation/career thing. I do dust Daz off every now and again and post something random, but i've been unofficially retired for years. We'll see you for TEW2018 i'm sure

PUBG p

Is more fun in teams though whereas I don't mind Fortnite solo.

Fortnite has my mates playing which definitely boosts its fun. They haven't brought PUBG yet (even though I gave them a link to a £19.99 version)

I did have an interesting encounter in PUBG. Finally found a UAZ and was off to the next circle when I see a motorcyclist in front. I plowed straight into him, and not only didn't he come off the bike, he survived and got off and started shooting at me.....

Anyone on XB1 with either game feel free to hit me up... Gamertag is Jizmochan (dont ask)

 18. A guy at work talked me into playing Fortnite and now its a regular gaming session.. Not won yet but been 3rd. That game did get me interested in PUBG (XB1 version). That game is tense as hell (although feeling FAR less polished)
 19.
UFC3 was never really on my radar and after watching a couple of gameplay videos, I doubt i'll ever play it.

The career mode looks dull as anything.. Pick a gym, select a training for a tiny stat increase to flash on the screen. Rinse & repeat until fight day.

It doesn't feel like there's a lot of substance outside the fights, and the game world feels static except the division you're in.

I'd have loved to have seen something like The Journey/Longshot for UFC, and with The Ultimate Fighter model, this could have been amazing to play.. but no.

Also.. are they not even attempting to effort with the menus???

<img alt="DfHWlSf.png" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/DfHWlSf.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />

Having played most of the previous games the gameplay gets repetitive but they freshened up the combat and borrowed some RPG elements from the Far Cry series. What's impressive is the game engine. I'm running it almost maxed out at 1440p with ReShade with only a few dips below 60fps and it looks stunning.

Started playing FUT for the first time a few months ago with FIFA 18. I've got 3 good squads but I'm a pretty average player and Squad Battles can be a right bitch at times. I'm not used to using an Xbox One controller so much (more of a keyboard and mouse user) so I managed to strain my left hand. So no FIFA or Origins for the rest of the week <img alt=":(" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/frown.png.e6b571745a30fe6a6f2e918994141a47.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />

Also slowly getting into Endless Space 2 and Planet Coaster.

Back away slowly from Planet Coaster. That thing can take over your life

He put up a 26 part tutorial on game making at the same time as making Heat Signature and Morphblade (hell, Morphblade was just a side project when working on Heat Sig) He's up there with Mike Bithell as a cool british indie developer. EDIT - He also released Floating Point for free on Steam which is a rope swinging zen like game

I'm told that it gets much better once you get into the dungeons.

Pillars Of Eternity - I've finished Act 1 and got the stronghold but nothing more.

Torment : Tides Of Numernara - Loved Planescape and brought this but never played it.

Skyrim Special Edition - I know, I know.. I usually get so sidetracked in this game that I've never finished the main quest.

Fable Trilogy - I've completed 1&2 many times but never done much in 3. Like most of the these sandbox strategy games it's daunting to even start with a steep learning curve. Doesn't help that there's no proper tutorial. It also runs like crap on GTX 1070 with a decent sized park (heavily CPU bound). That's the reason I bought Cities: Skylines and barely touched it but at least Planet Coaster has better much graphics. What I hate most is not being able to easily align paths, objects etc and snap everything together easily. It took me 2 hours just to figure out how to do accurate rotation <img alt="" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/eek.png.0e09df00fa222c85760b9bc1700b5405.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /> What I really love most is the mass of insanely awesome mods.

Look into Silverret and Geekism on YouTube. They have done some pretty decent tutorials on Planet Coaster
