After a 20 month NXT title reign, dropping it to Dream in Feb 2021, Adam Cole got called to Smackdown and defeated Braun Strowman at Wrestlemania 37 for the Universal Title.

Playing a WCW 1993 save (I think it's ScottKen's mod maybe?).Signed Warrior away from WWF to feud with Big Van Vader. He's a natural to pair with Sting as Painted Warriors up top of the card as faces.
Signed Mr. Perfect away from WWF and I'm going to work him into the 4 Horsemen with Arn and returned Ric Flair. He's working a program with Steamboat right now to get him into that whole picture. Imagine those matches.
But...the big coup is about to happen. I'm going to sign Shawn Michaels to a 10 year deal.
Please let Hennig run stuff with the World title for a bit, eventually, maybe when he splits from the Horsemen?

First, if you're so concerned about his morale, give him a bonus. That's the quick and dirty way to change morale. Secondly, you seem to think wrestlers are not human or something. Would you be okay with some guy who started on the job a week ago getting a promotion you've been working hard for? Let's be real. Pretty much every worker in every industry wants to 'do a good job' but nobody wants to suffer (in any way, shape, or form) unless there's something in it for them. Junior is a 'People Person' which is almost the easiest personality type to deal with (Irrepressible is easier). Seems like you put someone over him that shouldn't have gone over him. Anyone would be pissed if that happened (unless they suggested or offered to 'do the honors' ). When that popup box comes up telling you the worker is 'angry' over the decision, you should probably pay attention to it and use the various tricks to try to get the worker to agree (keep strong, tainted win, interference, whatever). Otherwise, you deal with the consequences.
To answer your question in TL;DR fashion ("What do I have to do?"): In future, don't just blow past the popup box when the worker is upset about a booking decision. OR, be ready to reward them for being a professional (via a bonus). Or just deal with the morale hit.

So I got about two months motice that Wolf Hawkins will be going to do a cameo role in a TV show. How long will he be unavailable? Will I see any benefit when he returns...maybe a popularity increase, or skill ups in entertainment or something?
I don't see a reason for it happening, if not only to throw us booking curveballs, if it doesn't boost the worker's popularity or acting skills at all. I don't have an answer for ya lol, just kinda curious about this myself. I haven't seen it in my game yet.

He's irritated (-1) and angry (-3) about things.
He's also pleased (+1) about two things.

Nah, my point is the last thing he got any kind of upset about was 3 months ago, and before that, it was 6 months, and now he's got Red Hot momentum, post-title reign, and he's still booked to win most of the time. I mean what do I have to do?
I really don't think he should be holding a grudge about a loss at an event 11 months ago. I think this game thinks wrestlers care way more about wins and losses than they actually do in real life. Most just wanna put on a good show. There are bad apples of course, but that's kinda ridiculous.

I'm really puzzled right now. I had Pillman Jr. (he's not assigned any personality traits that would trigger this) lose a match in June 2020 and he got upset, but ever since, he's been booked to win most of the time, even held the MLW title for like 7 months or so, but now I'm in March 2021 and he's "annoyed" but all of this kinda indicates that he should be in a good mood.

Goddamnnniiittttttt. Wish Saving matches and angles on the booking screen would also save the game. I was almost done booking a big event when my power went out and came right back on. When I booted my computer back up, my game was still on the beginning part of the day, meaning I lost all my booking progress.

I just ran Fightland 2021 as a Season Finale, playing as Court Bauer and running MLW. It's the best show I've done so far, as I just recently moved up to Medium size, and I have about 7 workers in the top 100 in popularity, including AJ Styles, whom I was able to sign. He hasn't been able to debut yet, but I'm looking forward to it.
Tyler Bate was supposed to be in that cage match with Fatu, but was injured by Fatu in a match on an episode of Fusion last week
Instead, he just made a run-in during Fatu's match with Spud.
