  1. Great few shows buddy, and it's really great to have you back on here posting like the good old says. Hopefully that means things are less frantic now, and you're able to properly enjoy this brilliant time in your life.

As for the surprise, I don't think it's 'Taker. I can't see how in 2007 he could properly fit in for ECW. I reckon it'll be something to do with your alternate universe, someone who joined the WWF in the 90's or something on your game.

That or Davey Boy Smith. Or maybe even Triple H back in his blue blood gimmick? Gotta hand it to you though, the fact that he's in Team England throws everything well and truly up in the air.

Ooooh... maybe this Team England thing is a bluff and the mystery man is in fact not part of Team England.

It's a testement to your writing ability that there are so many avenues open when it comes to your mysteries and resolutions. Kudos.

  2. Thanks for the predictions, boys. Much appreciated ;).

Aha, well... long story cut a little short, I hope :D.

I imported her into the gameworld aaages ago, expecting WWF to hire her; they didn't. Then, as you probably know, I tend to get the "big ideas" for stories months in advance. So, I knew that I would, at some point, run with this "Romeo and Julietesque" main event love triangle thing.

Then, it dawned on me that it could be the sister of someone in the Nest (Vito seemed the most appealing because he has other siblings on the roster) and, finally, I realised "Kelly/Kelli Thomaselli" is the sought of dumb wrestling valet name that I find far too amusing :p. She had semi-decent charisma and great looks. So, I signed her to a developmental and she was mooching around CZW for a few months.

Out of curiosity, I get the feeling that I should have intoduced her a little more slowly. Did anyone find her immediate "push" a little unbelievable?

Answers on the back of a postcard...

    Quote The Raven

    Nevermore

Not at all, I think it worked fine.

It all makes snse now, just wondered why you used her in particular (as she strikes me as being devoid of any talent (except the obvious!) but the "Kelly Thomaselli" explanation clears it up. You can't turn down opportunities like that...

  3. Chris Hero vs. Jerry Lynn

I'd love to see the master teach the youngster a lesson, but Hero has great potential and a win would set him in the right direction

    Lance Storm vs. CM Punk©

Punk to retain in a brilliant technical encounter... but only just

Monsters Inc vs. The Iron Saints

The Monsters are just too big and too strong with the right connections. But the Saints aren't gonig down without a fight.

    Nate Hatred vs. Masato Tanaka

Part of me thinks Tanaka will win, which angers Hatred into a psychopathic streak like we've never seen, but Hatred gaining momentum seems most likely

Tommy Dreamer & Cactus Jack vs. Chris Benoit & The Sandman

    They're hardcore. Simple as.

The Canadian Connection vs. The Whole F**kin' Show©

The show retain, just, but RVD is more concerned with the TV Title and AJ Styles. HBK does not like that

    Bret Hart vs. Owen Hart

Owen loses and gets frustrated, but doesn't turn on his brother, yet.

AJ Styles vs. Rob Van Dam©

AJ gets the snidey win to p*ss RVD off further and cause an even bigger crack in the Show.

    Paul Burchill vs. Raven

Burchill loses the chance to be champion for nowbut finds a way into the title scene, a la Stone Cold, and Raven gets to be even more evil with Kelly. Perfick

Looks great my man, can't wait.

    PS

What made you hire Kelly out of interest?

  4. Great show as always my man. I still find it mind boggling you can be so consistently good at a diary you've had for so long.

I like Nate Hatred in this. The idea that he's gonna get challenged into seeing if he really is the most extreme of the extreme is a great idea... and so ECW.

And of course, the Whole F***ing Show are showstealers as ever. The beautiful thing is in the back of mind I know you're going to have them feud, and it is going to be so sweet after so much teasing and twisting. While the Burchill slow turn was undoubtedly brilliant, this slow build is just incredible. To actually give me the sense they could turn on each other at any time (and the fact that I care) when the only connection I have with them is through my computer screen is just incredible.

So yeah, this diary's pretty good. ;)

  5. Hey man, just wanted to let you know I absolutely loved the last couple of shows. The tournament is a great idea to establish the top few guys in the company (Rhino, Owen etc) whilst keeping Burchill and Raven apart, at least for now.

The referee stipulation is clever too, because I have no idea which way it will go. Will Burchill count for Ravenand keep their teetering relationship going, will he screw him over and cost him the best, or will he count the fall but then attack? I really don't know, and that shows good booking ability on your behalf.

  6. Good show.

No wait, that just doesn't do it justice.

    Great show.

    Nope, not hitting the mark.

    Sh*ts on the Royal Rumble.

    Nah.

    Okay, here goes...

That was the single best PPV ever written on this forum.

How you can be so damn good at this even now after this long is beyond me. That PPV was quite incredible.

The Ultimate Jeopardy match was brillaint. I loved the image of a dominant Benoit, and I would love to see him get pushed, maybe into a Hart storyline of some sort. And the segment afterwards was really good, too.

The Lance Storm vs Jerry Lynn match was the best match on the PPV. As strange as that may sound, I think it was absolutely genius and is possibly the best written match I've ever read. I would love to see both men get a solid push into the upper part of the card after those efforts.

I liked the Tag Titles match, I imagine if I'd have been watching it I would have marked out like you wouldn't believe, just because the psychology of the match sounded so strong.

The Rhino - Sandman match was good, and on pretty much on any other diary it would be the best match on the card. However, for me it didn't have the impact the rest of the matches did. But it firmly set Rhino up as being the one to watch, so in that respect it couldn't have been more successful.

The Douglas - Raven match was very good. Aside from yours and Tristrams diary, it may be the best match I've seen on here. However, I can't help but feel like it was overshadowed by the other matches. That said, it was still brilliant.

By the way, as always, the Raven promo was top notch.

The Baptism Of Fire match is the most creative idea we have had on here. The match itself was a well worked out, and brilliantly creative match that was full of moments sure to be replayed over and over in highlight packages. Particularly the Rhino ladder dive.

So all in all; creative ideas + creative matches + well written matches + good results + good pushes = the best PPV ever on here.

  7. Baptism Of Fire

Burchill to win and start getting upside Raven's head.

    ECW Title Match

Raven to conquer Douglas to set up a feud with Burchill and to give you an opportunity to send us some even more top class Raven promos

Rhino to top Sandman, because Rhino still has so much to offer, which I don't think Sandman does.

Iron Saints to retain their gold, setting up another match with the Whole F'N Show until RVD and HBK finally get ripped apart and have a feud for the ages.

Storm will beat Lynn and hopefully get himself in the main event scene. A feud with Owen or Bret would be money

The Canadian Connection will win their match, I think they are probably the potential breakout stars, although a Team Mexico win wouldn't be the end of the world

sWo to topple bWo after the bWo get controlled yet again by the sWo, maybe with Da Blue Guy getting turned on when the others are under sWo control.

Looks like a top show buddy, can't wait for it.

    Al Snow injured!

    http://www.scifi.com/ecw/images/extremists/al_snow.jpg

ECW.com is, unfortunately, able to announce that Al Snow's neck was indeed broken as a result of Rhino's actions last night on Revolution. Our sincerest apologies go out to Al and those affected by his injury. While it is likely that Al will recieve compensation, it is currently undecided as to whether Rhino will face disciplinary action.

Really?! Kayfabe or legit? If legit then where the hell am I supposed to get Head from?! :p

  9. Callis: Well, either way, I'm sure you'll enjoy the tag team debut of "Crouching Lyger, Hidden Dragon".

Love it! My vote for best tag team name of the year!

Also was a big fan of the Raven interview. I know you of all people would not underperform in a Raven interview but his promo was very Raven-like. And I really like the Revolution video, some great moments there.

Oh, and the show wasn't bad either ;)

  10. Good call on the whole Raven thing. It would make great TV and builds up the storyline brilliantly. Very impressed with it all.

Shame about McIntosh though. If that's the girl off Neighbours like I suspect then I would not enjoy seeing her go through a table. Poor girl, even the hottest women aren't safe in ECW!

  11. Mate, I'm not too sure what reverence to place in the various polls going around. Firstly, I'm sure much like you, my goal when I started this had nothing to do with accolades. I just wanted to smash the WWF for WCW and put over young talent :) One thing though you can be sure of is there were three diary writers who I followed for a few months before I penned up my initial diary, WCW '98, that was Stallion, giantgonzalez with WWF Wrestlecr@p (because it was funny) and yours. I distinctly remember reading both of yours and Stallions and thinking wow. So you have no reason to think of any rivalry champ, yours was the benchmark back then, yours still is the benchmark, the likes of keefy and myself we just want to give a diary to people that gives them as much enjoyment as your effort has given us all. What you put together is the...whole....F'N.... show of all shows.

I second that motion. I look up to Tristram's diary writing skills, and he looks up to you. How freaking high must you be?

Seriously though, I echo everything Tristram said. As you know before I started mine I turned to you for help and advice, and I stand by the sentiments that if I can create anything with as much effort and that gives so many people enjoyment then I can be very pleased with what I've done.

I can't wait until Living Dangerously, I get the feeling it's going to be one of those huge, brilliant PPVs that you have every now and again, that are just that little better than your usual ridiculously high standards.

  12. The leader of the bWo versus the leader of the sWo

Big Stevie Cool vs. The Great SasukeSasuke the whole way, man. Although I like your booking of Stevie, using him as more than just a joke.

6-Man Tag Team Match under Lucha Libre rules

Team Mexico vs. The Canadian ConnectionI love the Canadians!

ECW International All Action Championship Match

CM Punk vs. Michael Shane vs. Christopher Daniels©Daniels is the most talented of the three and most worthy of being champ

Match Number Three In The Best-Of-Seven Series

    Lance Storm vs. Jerry Lynn

My man Lance gets one back in the series to keep it close. Otherwise Lance will just win the next three matches

ECW World Tag Team Title Match

The Iron Saints vs. The Whole F**kin' Show©

To further drive in the wedge between the champs

    Barbed Wire Match

    Tommy Dreamer vs. The Sandman

Because Dreamer booking Sandmans matches would be more entertaining than just having Beulah as manager. Although no doubt you'd make both work.

    ECW World Television Championship Match

    Paul Burchill vs. Bret Hart©

Shock win for Burchill elevates him to the next level and p*sses off the Harts

    ECW World Heavyweight Championship Match

    "Superstar" Steve Austin vs. Sabu©

Sabu to remain the champion. For now at least...

  13. I won't get impatient. Just hurry up :p

I'm sure the storylines you have in mind will be awesome, as they usually are. I went on a random page of yuor diary the other day and it happened to be the wedding one. Truly amazing. I'd forgotten how good it was. So I'm sure your new storylines will be brilliant. No pressure ;)

  14. Not a problem mate, take your time.

And four full A-Levels? Blimey, that's a lot of work. If you're taking it seriously that is! And trust me you shuold because if not uni level of work will come as a real shock- it did for me.

Also, Nevermore, I wanna let you know I'm gonna PM you in the next few days to get some advice off you for diary writing, hope you don't mind.

Good luck with the computer kefuffel and I'm still looking forward to what you do next!
