  1. best tna ppv ive seen in a long time. solid matches from start to finish. nothing really terrible on the show although i didnt get the point of hall throwing out a planted fan" maybe they are just playing off halls history a little over board somewhat. but overall good show for a show with little time to actually have any build for matches. i'm glad the ring has changed, intsead of that gimmick 6 sided rind that looked like a toy. loved the main event, and that they are finally turning styles into a champion who isn't weak. jan 4th they had hogan put him over and now flair joins styles. styles as a heel can have serious potential. im waiting for styles to turn on sting and for flair vs sting to happen, then ill be happy.
  2. Spike's TNA Wrestling Special Draws 2.2 Million Viewers WWE Trounces TNA In Head-To-Head Matchup by R. Thomas Umstead -- Multichannel News, 1/5/2010 5:52:36 PM Spike TV's TNA Impact! pro wrestling show set a viewership record during last night's three-hour special featuring Hulk Hogan, but failed to pin down more viewers than pro wrestling rival WWE's Monday Night Raw series. TNA Impact! drew 2.2 million viewers for its Jan. 4 special featuring the ring return of former WWE star Hogan, easily outdistancing the former high mark of 1.9 million viewers the series set in April 2008, according to Spike TV officials. The first hour of the special averaged 2.5 million viewers, according to Spike. TNA Impact! however was no match for USA Network's popular WWE Monday Night Raw series. Raw drew an average of 5.5 million viewers from 9 p.m. to 11 p.m., well above the 2 million viewers the TNA Impact! special averaged during the same time period on Spike, according to Nielsen data. **** if tna keeps this up they should be on mondays very soon, maybe in the fall. they will have another monday special in 3 months sometime spike execs said they would do them every quarter and if they do ok they could get on weekly. this is tna highest ever. and the past several weeks tna have barley got a 1.0 just imagine if raw didnt have bret hart that night tna could have got a little bigger, and raws rating was crap bret didnt even help them out
  3. actually i wanted the nasty boys in tna for a fued with 3d. odds are they wont be long term , but they can have some good wild brawls with 3d. maybe not great wrestling based matches but some fun all over the arena brawls. and theya re entertaining. im interested in whats nash hall and pacs role. if they are hogans back up when he hs rouble with anyone. or if hes have issues with them and bish or what. then you have flair why was he watching part of the main event. is he interested in the world title? or will he offer services to aj styles as a mout piece. who was the attacker backstage, was it the sam person who went after aj? or someone else. also sting, will he side with hogan, or jarret foley or alone. does he trust any of them lots of potential here. and who will be in tna by the time of the ppv.
  4. while wwe has the bret vince hbk fued tna also have "real life" and real life fueds as well hogan russo jarret angle jarret
  5. lmao i laughed at the percentages when i saw that. im just in wait and see mode, cause so much speculation of whats gonna happen tomorrow and the coming months. no matter what happens wrestling just got fun again
  6. all i can say if this is true, and really happens is WOW eric, hogan and heyman the 3 men who took wwf to school in the 90s. 2 of them nearly put him out while ecw was where wwf stole ideas. they been on both sides of the fence . they worked against vince after the wars they worked for the company and knows just the way vince thinks more than anyone. pretty dangerous combo. you also have russo , while russo get likes if people pissed with him, hes no idiot. sure giving him full control = bad, but hes a good idea guy to have around, as long as you have someone watching over him (vince in wwe , heyman in tna) dont forget tommy dreamer and raven. dreamer is headed to tna in the next 90 days. he was part of ecws creative team with heyman so was raven. im sure those are guys who heyman would push for in such positions you have eric bishoff dealing with tv deals, marketing and tv production hogan name value and also experience who can go outside of wrestling and get publicity for tna like no other wrestler could do. hogan working with heyman who is no doubt one of the greatest creative minds in wrestling and is always on the edge of whats hot and going to be hot in pop culture. then the talent, the young talent and the older talent that heyman and hogan can truly mold and market to the masses. also shannon moore posted on his twitter that hes headed to the tna show to speak with hogan, jeff hardy is coming along if hardy is signed , tna just needs matt for a future hardys vs young bucks dream match
