Justice League Mafia (Game 1: Secret Society)
BlueStar replied to Eternal Phoenix's topic in The Dog Pound
WAAAAY back there where games with one-shot Night stopping actions that happened when the player sent it in...that would also mean other actions sent before that would happen...the write-up suggests otherwise (I suppose the Night phase would have ended way earlier if the person calling the Night skip sent in his PM first). -

I can see one reason, except I don't see it in the write-up...a one-time scum night ability blocks one time town night abilities....but then again, I don't see all of town using a one-shot town ability on N1 after a no-lynch. -

What...we all got a night skip? That's ... well ... using an ability straight off the bat. (Not like DJ's marking last game, don't get me started on that)... -

I'd think so as well...and probably more powerful than Death in Sunset Mafia (who got locked in a cupboard N1). -

I tried (a small dose) of DC Wiki but I have no idea what this could be... N0 ---------------------- Elsewhere on Earth, something activated. It had a mission to be completed. It would complete its mission at any cost. ---------------------- Anyone with a proper background on the DC verse? -

This game also made a bit of a mockery what us -old timers- were claiming at the graveyard a few game ago....if "I" would have played, "he" would have been lynched long ago...I think the latter part of the game was basically Rev and DJ (possibly myself) heading out like "naa, one of these has to be scum".... I enjoyed the game....good setup Ray. -

Oh man, hind sight and all ... I'd have played this role completely different. You played it to the uber-townie to the point nobody believed it (I think). But you played it....like I said, for some reason the Belgian and the UK-guys have a bad reading on eachother from the go. Even pre-Brexit 10 years ago! -

Not getting any red scum in the end (while town all agreed on some names)...also means a good scum play. Reading the team play in discord, ... well played. -

<p>A deserved win...and honestly, I was without internet during the first days (with my role I didn't ask for a replacement). To be honest, and I'll cut Destiny some slack here, DJ and me never seem to be one the same page. Perhaps it's a language barrier, perhaps I'm looking elsewhere but hey ...
