This has already been addressed repeatedly. WMMA is coded to let that happen whenever any fighter with the name "Clay Guida" fights - I remember somebody renamed a C-verse fighter Clay Guida and that fighter burped between rounds.

As opposed to what? If anything, it's more likely to be a reference to Javier Castillejo (read: the best Spanish boxer ever).
